Claims (2)
- 化学式が(A1−x−yNdxYby)VO4で表される蛍光体であって、
Aは、イットリウム(Y)、ガドリニウム(Gd)、ルテチウム(Lu)およびランタン(La)の少なくとも1つ以上の元素であり、
xは、0.01≦x≦0.3であり、
yは、0.01≦y≦0.4であり、
x+yは、(x+y)≦0.5であり、
y/xは、0.2≦(y/x)≦6である
ことを特徴とした赤外発光蛍光体。 - xは、x≦0.2であり、
yは、y≦0.15であり、
x+yは、(x+y)≦0.3であり、
y/xは、0.5≦(y/x)≦2.5である
ことを特徴とした請求項1記載の赤外発光蛍光体。
