Description
Rは分枝鎖状であってもよく、多重結合及びヒドロキシル基を有してよい6〜22個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基を表し、
Aはエチレン基、プロピレン基、イソプロピレン基又はブチレン基を表し、
MはH、アルカリ金属又はアンモニウムイオンを表し、
aは0〜30であり、
bは0〜2である]の少なくとも1種の化合物及び/又は
一般式IIa
[式中、
Mは水素、一価又は二価の金属カチオン、アンモニウムイオン又は有機アミン基を表し、
aは1であるか、又はMが二価の金属カチオンの時にはaは0.5であり、
Xは−OMa又は−O−(CpH2pO)q−R1(式中、R1はHであるか、又は1〜20個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族炭化水素基、5〜8個の炭素原子を有する脂環式炭化水素基、6〜14個の炭素原子を有する置換されていてよいアリール基であり、pは2〜4であり、qは0〜100である)、−NHR2及び/又は−NR2 2(式中、R2はR1又は−CO−NH2である)を表し、
YはO、NR2を表し、
A1はエチレン基、プロピレン基、イソプロピレン基又はブチレン基を表し、
mは10〜30であり、
nは0〜50であり、
kは10〜30であり、その際、合計m+kは20〜60、有利には20〜40の範囲内である]を含有することを特徴とする水性分散液によって解決される。
Mは水素、一価又は二価の金属カチオン、アンモニウムイオン又は有機アミン基を表し、
aは1であるか、又はMが二価の金属カチオンである場合には、aは0.5であり、
Xは−OMa又は−O−(CpH2pO)q−R1(式中、R1はH又は1〜20個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族炭化水素基、5〜8個の炭素原子を有する脂環式炭化水素基、6〜14個の炭素原子を有する置換されていてよいアリール基を表し、pは2〜4であり、qは0〜100である)又は−NHR2及び/又は−NR2 2であり、その際、R2はR1又は−CO−NH2であり、
YはO、NR2を表し、
A1はエチレン基、プロピレン基、イソプロピレン基又はブチレン基を表し、
mは10〜30であり、
nは0〜50であり、
kは10〜30であり、その際、合計m+kは20〜60、有利には20〜40の範囲であり、
−(A1O)n−は前記のアルキレンオキシドの1種のホモポリマーか、2種以上のモノマーのブロックコポリマーもしくはランダム分布をポリマー分子中に有するコポリマーのいずれかを表し、
単位[ ]m及び[ ]kは、2種以上のモノマーのブロックコポリマーもしくはランダム分布をポリマー分子中に有するコポリマーを表してよい]が使用される。
第1表に列記される、TiO2粒子以外の分散液の成分をまず初充填(バッチ量 約75kg)する。次いで前記の粒子を、剪断条件下にYstral Conti-TDS 3型の吸引管を通じて吸い込み、そして剪断工程を3000rpmで前記の手順(試料0、第2表参照)の完了後に更に15分間続ける。この予備分散液を高エネルギーのSuginoウルティマイザーHJP−25025型ミルに2500バールで0.3mm直径のダイヤモンドノズルを用いて5回まで導通させ、そしてミルへの各導通後に試料を採取する(1回目の通過を試料1とし、2回目の通過を試料2などとする;第2表を参照)。第3表は選択された実施例の粘性を示しており、そして第4表は選択された実施例のζ電位を示している。

Claims (16)
- 分散液中に中央値として表して250nm未満の平均粒度を有するチタン、亜鉛、鉄又はセリウムの熱分解法で製造された酸化物粒子を含有する水性分散液であって、分散液中の酸化物粒子の粒度が対称的に分布しておらず、かつ該分散液は分散剤として、一般式I
Rは分枝鎖状であってもよく、多重結合及びヒドロキシル基を有してよい6〜22個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基を表し、
Aはエチレン基、プロピレン基、イソプロピレン基又はブチレン基を表し、
MはH、アルカリ金属又はアンモニウムイオンを表し、
aは0〜30であり、
bは0〜2である]の少なくとも1種の化合物及び/又は
一般式IIb
[式中、IIbについて
Mは水素、一価又は二価の金属カチオン、アンモニウムイオン又は有機アミン基を表し、
aは1であるか、又はMが二価の金属カチオンの時にはaは0.5であり、
Xは−OMa又は−O−(CpH2pO)q−R1(式中、R1はHであるか、又は1〜20個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族炭化水素基、5〜8個の炭素原子を有する脂環式炭化水素基、6〜14個の炭素原子を有する置換されていてよいアリール基であり、pは2〜4であり、qは0〜100である)、−NHR2及び/又は−NR2 2(式中、R2はR1又は−CO−NH2である)を表し、
A 1はエチレン基、プロピレン基、イソプロピレン基又はブチレン基を表し、
mは10〜30であり、
nは0〜50であり、
kは10〜30であり、その際、合計m+kは20〜60の範囲内である]を含有することを特徴とする水性分散液。 - 金属酸化物粒子が、チタン、亜鉛、鉄、セリウムの酸化物、それらの混合酸化物及び前記の酸化物とアルミニウム又はケイ素との混合酸化物であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の水性分散液。
- 二酸化チタン粒子の表面がトリアルコキシシランを用いて改質されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の水性分散液。
- 金属酸化物粒子20〜60質量%を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液。
- 一般式Iの化合物において、Rが6〜22個の炭素原子の炭素原子を有する脂肪アルコール基を表し、かつ1〜30の値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液。
- 一般式Iのリン酸エステルにおいて、Rは6〜22個の炭素原子を有するゲルベアルコールを表し、かつ1〜30の値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液。
- 一般式Iのリン酸エステル0.5〜30質量%を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液。
- 一般式IIbの化合物において、A1はエチレン基であり、mは10〜30であり、nは5〜20であり、kは10〜30であり、そして合計m+kは20〜40の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液。
- 一般式IIbの化合物において、Rは8〜18個の炭素原子を有し、多重結合を有してよく、かつヒドロキシル基を有してよい分枝鎖状であってよいアルキル基を表し、かつAはエチレン基であり、MはH又はアルカリ金属であり、aは1〜30であり、bは1又は2であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液。
- 一般式IIbの化合物0.5〜30質量%を含有するか、又は全体で一般式IIbの化合物0.5〜30質量%を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液。
- 更に補助物質及び添加剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液。
- pH範囲4.5〜7.5において、−20mV未満のζ電位を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液。
- 剪断速度100s−1において2000mPas未満の粘度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液。
- 請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液の製造方法であって、熱分解法で製造された金属酸化物粒子、その都度少なくとも1種の一般式Iの化合物及び/又は少なくとも1種の一般式IIbのコポリマー、水及び場合により付加的な補助物質を含有する予備分散液流を、少なくとも2つの下位流に分け、これらの下位流に、高エネルギーミル中で少なくとも500バールの圧力をかけ、ノズルを介して大気圧に戻し、そして互いに衝突させ、ガス又は液体を充填した反応室中で粉砕することを特徴とする方法。
- 分散液を高エネルギーミルを用いて数回粉砕させる、請求項14記載の方法。
- 化粧品配合物を製造するための、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液の使用。
