Description
Claims (46)
- 血液分析器(2)であって、
ハウジングベース(4)と、穿刺要素(8、114、122、232)を有する血液採取装置(6)と、採取された微量の血液を受容するためのテスト手段(10)と、電子装置を備えた評価装置(12)と、その評価結果を表示するための表示装置(14)とを有し、これらが単一の器械として取扱うことのできる一体型システムを成しており、
前記ハウジングベース(4)が、使用者の皮膚表面に当てて穿刺するための穿刺要素(8、114、122、232)の作動位置(34)である穿刺位置(22)と、該穿刺装置によって穿刺された皮膚表面から流出する微量血液を採取するために、前記ハウジングベース(4)の前記作動位置とは別の供給位置(30)に設けられた複数のテスト手段(10)とを有し、
前記テスト手段(10)および前記穿刺要素(8、114、122、232)が、各々の作動位置(30、34)において繰り返し同様の測定を行うために順次移動可能となっており、
前記穿刺要素をその作動位置に位置決めされかつ穿刺要素が使用者の皮膚表面に接触する穿刺位置(22)において刺込まれ、その結果、使用者の皮膚表面から流出する血液を、供給位置(30)に皮膚表面を近づけて前記テスト手段上に滴下させるものであって、
前記テスト手段(10)及び前記穿刺要素(8、114、122、232)が、ハウジングベース(4)内で回転可能に一体的な支持体(50)として組み込まれており、
更に、前記支持体(50)が、全体的に環状に構成されておりかつその中心の回りを前記ハウジングベース(4)に対して回転可能であり、該支持体の回転によって前記テスト手段と前記穿刺要素とが、前記ハウジングベース(4)に対して相互に異なる作動位置(32、34)に移動可能であることを特徴とする血液分析器。 - 前記支持体(50)が、手動操作可能であると共に、前記穿刺要素(8、114、122、232)と前記テスト手段(10)とが共に該支持体上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記支持体(50)が、テスト手段(10)を設けられた第1支持部材(52)と穿刺要素(8、232)を設けられた第2支持部材(56、170)とから成ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記第1及び第2支持部材(52、56)が、手動の単体ユニットとして組付けられることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記支持部材(52、56)が、相対回転不能に一体的に連結されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項または第4項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記支持体(50)が、中央凹部(80)を有し、この凹部内に血液採取装置(6)を作動するための駆動装置(44、48)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第5項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記駆動装置(44、48)が駆動歯車(84)を備えており、
前記支持部材(52,56)とそれらの下面に一体的に回転可能に固定された支持体(60)が、前記中央凹部(80)に向いた内歯(82)を有しており、
前記支持体(50,170)が、駆動歯車(84)と前記内歯が噛み合うことにより一体的に回転駆動されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第6項の内の何れか1項に記載された血液分析器。 - 前記穿刺要素(8、114、232)が、作動位置において前記支持体(50、170)の回転軸線(70)に対して半径方向に穿刺運動を行なうように、前記支持体(50,170)上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第7項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記穿刺要素(122)が、作動位置において支持体の回転軸線方向で穿刺運動を行うように支持体(126)上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第8項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記穿刺要素(8、114、122、232)が、穿刺運動前には、支持体(50、126、170)上の滅菌障壁によって取り囲まれていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第9項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記穿刺要素(114)が、各々穿刺運動前にシリンダ室を形成する被筒手段(100)内に配置され、その中を動くことのできるピストン手段(106)によって保持されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第10項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記穿刺要素(114)が、プラスチック射出成形品で製造されたピストン手段(106)の挿入部材を形成していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記被筒手段(100)が、片側を密閉されており、前記ピストン手段(106)と共に滅菌障壁を形成していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項又は第12項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記被筒手段(100)が、前記ピストン手段(106)から離れた方のその末端が膜(112)によって施蓋されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項〜第13項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記ピストン手段(106)が、前記シリンダ室の壁(116)に対して密封手段(118、120)を備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項〜第14項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 複数の前記被筒手段(100)が、帯状に接ぎ合わされ、帯末端が互いに結合されて円形状を形成していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項〜第15項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記支持体(126)が、複数のくぼみ(124)を有しており、その内部に各1つの穿刺要素(122)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項〜第15項の内のいずれか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記くぼみ(124)を限定する壁(133)が変形可能に構成されており、穿刺作業を実行するために血液採取装置の駆動装置によってこの壁が変位可能であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第17項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記くぼみ(124)を限定する壁(133)が、変形を容易とするための弱化域を有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第17項又は第18項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記くぼみ(124)が、桶状または半皿状に構成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第17項〜第19項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記くぼみ(124)に被さる膜状施蓋手段(134)によって滅菌障壁が形成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第17項〜第20項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記穿刺要素(140)が、穿刺を行う前、その自由末端に保護キャップ手段(147)を担持していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第21項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記保護キャップ手段(147)が、穿刺を行う直前に穿刺要素(140)から剥取り可能であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第22項に記載の血液分析器。
- 血液分析器(2)であって、
ハウジングベース(4)と、穿刺要素(8、114、122、232)を有する血液採取装置(6)と、採取された微量の血液を受容するためのテスト手段(10)と、電子装置を備えた評価装置(12)と、その評価結果を表示するための表示装置(14)とを有し、これらが単一の器械として取扱うことのできる一体型システムを成しており、
前記ハウジングベース(4)が、使用者の皮膚表面に当てて穿刺するための穿刺要素(8、114、122、232)の作動位置(34)である穿刺位置(22)と、該穿刺要素によって穿刺された皮膚表面から流出する微量血液を採取するために、前記ハウジングベース(4)の前記作動位置とは別の供給位置(30)に設けられた複数のテスト手段 (10)とを有し、
前記テスト手段(10)および前記穿刺要素(8、114、122、232)が、各々の作動位置(30、34)において繰り返し同様の測定を行うために順次移動可能となっており、
前記穿刺要素をその作動位置に位置決めされかつ穿刺要素が使用者の皮膚表面に接触する穿刺位置(22)において刺込まれ、その結果、使用者の皮膚表面から流出する血液を、供給位置(30)に皮膚表面を近づけて前記テスト手段上に滴下させるものであって、
前記テスト手段(10)及び前記穿刺要素(8、114、122、232)が、ハウジングベース(4)内で回転可能に一体的な支持体(50)として組み込まれており、
前記支持体(50)が、全体的に環状に構成されておりかつその中心の回りを前記ハウジングベース(4)に対して回転可能であり、該支持体の回転によって前記テスト手段と前記穿刺要素とが、前記ハウジングベース(4)に対して相互に異なる作動位置(32、34)に移動可能であり、
更に、前記穿刺要素(140)が、穿刺前にはその先端部に保護キャップ手段(147)を取り付けられておりかつ穿刺直前に取り外されると同時に、各保護キャップ手段(147)が、穿刺要素の運動路から遠ざけられかつ受容室(152)内に持ち来たされることを特徴とする血液分析器。 - 前記テスト手段(10)が、前記支持体の回転軸と平行に配列されるように支持体(50)上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第24項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記テスト手段(10)の供給位置(30)が、それが必要とされない時には、可動施蓋部材(28)によって、施蓋されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第25項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 手動の制御要素(238)が設けられており、この制御要素が穿刺要素(8)用駆動装置(250)と回転可能な支持体(60)とに連結され、制御要素(238)の動き時に穿刺要素用駆動装置(250)の作動と支持体(60)の回転運動とが起きることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第26項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記制御要素(238)が、第1調整方向での第1運動段階の間支持体(60)との駆動結合に移すことができ、調整方向とは逆向きの第2運動段階の間駆動結合から解除可能であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第27項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記制御要素(238)を支持体と連結するためにピニオンが設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第27項又は第28項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記穿刺要素のための駆動装置(250)が、曲げばね(252)を含み、制御要素(238)が曲げばね用受容部(258)に作用しかつこの受容部を曲げばねの曲げ平面で方向転換させることを特徴とする請求の範囲第27項〜第29項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記曲げばね(252)が、死点を越えて安定緊張状態へと緊張可能である請求の範囲第30項に記載の血液分析器。
- 手動の制御要素(238)が施蓋部材(28)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第27項〜第31項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記穿刺要素(8)のための駆動装置(250)の解除装置(254)が、皮膚表面を穿刺位置(22)に当接させることによって操作可能であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第32項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記穿刺位置(22)に設けられる押ボタン(264)によって解除装置(254)が形成されている請求の範囲第33項に記載の血液分析器。
- 前記解除装置(254)が穿刺位置(22)に設けられ、かつ穿刺過程を実行するために穿刺要素を挿通させるための切欠きを有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第33項又は第34項に記載の血液分析器。
- 引込機構(78)が設けられており、この引込機構によって各穿刺要素(8、232)は穿刺過程に直接続いて引き戻すことができることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第35項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 各穿刺要素(8、114、232)を使用者の皮膚表面から引き戻すためのばね手段(74、78、108)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第36項に記載の血液分析器。
- 各穿刺要素(8)が、各ばね手段(74、78)内に延設されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第37項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 器械が規定どおり取扱われてはじめて穿刺過程の解除を可能とする安全装置を備えたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第38項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- ユニットとして取扱うことのできるテスト手段の数が5〜15であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第39項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 器械が実質円板状の外輪郭を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第40項のいずれか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 器械が時間表示装置を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第41項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- ハウジングベース(4)が、これに固着可能な帯材を利用して使用者の手首に着用できることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第42項の内の何れか1項に記載の血液分析器。
- 血糖分析器であって、
ハウジングベース(4)と、穿刺要素(8、114、122、232)を有する血液採取装置(6)と、採取された微量の血液を受容するためのテスト手段(10)と、電子装置を備えた評価装置(12)と、その評価結果を表示するための表示装置(14)とを有し、これらが単一の器械として取扱うことのできる一体型システムを成しており、
前記ハウジングベース(4)が、使用者の皮膚表面に当てて穿刺するための穿刺要素(8、114、122、232)の作動位置(34)である穿刺位置(22)と、該穿刺装置によって穿刺された皮膚表面から流出する微量血液を採取するために、前記ハウジングベース(4)の前記作動位置とは別の供給位置(30)に設けられた複数のテスト手段(10)とを有し、

更に、前記供給位置(30)はそれが必要とされないとき可動施蓋部材(28)によって施蓋可能であることを特徴とする血糖分析器。 - 前記供給位置(30)の解放方向に前記可動施蓋部材(28)を動かすことによって穿刺要素(8)のための駆動装置(44,48)が作動可能である請求の範囲第44項に記載の血糖分析器。
- 前記穿刺要素(8)のための駆動装置(44,48)が、ばね手段(156)の緊張によって作動可能である請求の範囲第44項又は第45項に記載の血糖分析器。
