Abstract
線材の曲げ部分の変形,損傷を確実に防止する。
【解決手段】
線材Wの幅方向に相対して内治具1,外治具2が配置され、外治具2が内治具1を支点として回動される。内治具1は、線材Wの曲げの内側の側面Waに当接する曲面11aと平坦面11b,11cとが連続して設けられて定位置に固定されている。外治具2は、線材Wの曲げの外側の側面Wbに当接する直線状の押圧面21bが設けられている。内治具1,外治具2は、線材Wの曲げ部分の厚さ方向への変形を防止する規制面12c,21a22bが設けられている。

Claims (4)
- 線材の幅方向に相対して内治具,外治具が配置され、外治具が内治具を支点として回動される曲げ加工装置において、
内治具は線材の曲げの内側の側面に当接する曲面と該曲面の両端に連続して設けられて90度の線材の曲げ角度より小さい角度を形成する2つの平坦面とからなる扇形ブロック体を有し、定位置に固定され、前記扇形ブロック体にフランジが設けられ、該フランジの下面が線材の表面の一部に対面する規制面となり、
外治具は線材の曲げの外側の側面に当接する直線状の押圧面が設けられ、該外治具は線材の曲げ部分の厚さ方向への変形を防止する規制面が設けられていることを特徴とする曲げ加工装置。 - 請求項1の曲げ加工装置において、外治具は線材が供給される線材供給機構の端末に位置して線材供給機構の一部を構成していることを特徴とする曲げ加工装置。
- 請求項1または2の曲げ加工装置において、内治具,外治具の規制面の少なくとも一部は線材に対して進退可能であることを特徴とする曲げ加工装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかの曲げ加工装置において、内治具は固定軸に着脱可能に取付けられ、外治具は固定軸に回動可能に嵌合されたスリーブに着脱可能に取付けられていることを特徴とする曲げ加工装置。
