Description
本発明は、このような問題点に着目してなされたもので、ボールねじ溝の溝間隔が狭い場合やボールねじ溝が多条ねじ溝である場合でもボールの直径を小さくすることなくボール中心軌道円の接線方向にボールを掬い上げて循環させることのできるボールねじ装置を提供することを目的とするものである。
請求項2の発明に係るボールねじ装置によれば、多数のボールのうち隣り合う二つのボール間に樹脂製のボール保持ピースを設けたことで、ボール同士の衝突がボール保持ピースによって緩和されるので、上述した効果に加え、ボールに過大な衝撃荷重を発生させることなくねじ軸またはナットを高速で回転させることができる。
本発明に係るボールねじ装置の一実施形態を図1〜図7に示す。図1において、符号11はねじ軸、12はねじ軸11の外周面に形成されたボールねじ溝13と対向するボールねじ溝14を内周面に有するナットを示しており、ボールねじ溝13とボールねじ溝14との間には多数のボール15が配設されている。
なお、本発明は上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変更が実施可能である。

Claims (2)
- 外周面にボールねじ溝を有するねじ軸と、このねじ軸の前記ボールねじ溝と対向するボールねじ溝を内周面に有するナットと、前記ねじ軸のボールねじ溝と前記ナットのボールねじ溝との間に配設された多数のボールと、前記ナットの内周面両端部に形成された収容凹部と、この収容凹部内に組み込まれたボール循環部材と、前記ナットの内周面に形成された固定溝と協働して前記ボール循環部材を前記ナットの軸方向に対して移動不能に固定するC字状の円弧状ばねリングとを備え、前記ねじ軸と前記ナットのボールねじ溝間を転動するボールを前記ボール循環部材のボール掬い上げ部によりボール中心軌道円の接線方向に掬い上げ、掬い上げたボールを前記ナットに形成されたボール戻し通路に導入して循環せしめるボールねじ装置において、
前記ボール中心軌道円の接線方向に掬い上げられたボールを前記ボール戻し通路に案内するボール案内路を前記ボール循環部材に形成されたボール案内面との間に形成するボール案内路形成面を前記ナットに設けるとともに、前記ボール循環部材と前記円弧状ばねリングとを合成樹脂にて一体に形成し、かつ射出成形後の円弧状ばねリングの歪みを抑制する橋渡し部を前記円弧状ばねリングの両端間に設け、前記円弧状ばねリングの外周面に設けられた突起が前記固定溝から抜け出ることを前記橋渡し部の弾性力によって防止するようにしたことを特徴とするボールねじ装置。 - 前記多数のボールのうち隣り合う二つのボール間に樹脂製のスペーサを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のボールねじ装置。
