Claims (11)
- 絶縁材料によって形成されたケース体と、
ケース体の内部に収納された二次電池と、
ケース体の内部に配置され二次電池に対する充放電制御を行う制御回路基板と、
絶縁材料によって形成されると共に二次電池の外面に密着された状態でケース体の内部に配置された保護シートとを備え、
制御回路基板が保護シートを挟んで二次電池の反対側に配置され、
保護シートの外形を制御回路基板の外形より大きく形成し、
保護シートを略長方形状に形成し長手方向を二次電池の長手方向に一致させた状態で配置し、
筐体の内面に、保護シートの長手方向に延びる一方の側縁と当接し保護シートのケース体に対する位置決めを行う位置決め用リブを設けた
ことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 保護シートを略長方形状に形成し長手方向を二次電池の長手方向に一致させた状態で配置し、
保護シートの少なくとも長手方向に延びる両側縁に、それぞれケース体の内面との間の隙間を閉塞するシール材を塗布した
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 上記シール材として接着剤を用い、
シール材によって保護シートと二次電池とケース体の内面とを接着した
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 保護シートを略長方形状に形成し長手方向を二次電池の長手方向に一致させた状態で配置し、
保護シートの少なくとも長手方向における両側縁に、それぞれ二次電池の内部から漏出する電解液を吸収する吸収シートを貼着した
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 先端縁が保護シートに当接し、二次電池の内部から漏出する電解液の制御回路基板側への浸出を堰き止める堰止用リブをケース体に設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 保護シートに挿通孔を形成し、
二次電池の各電極と制御回路基板とを挿通孔を挿通させたタブによって接続し、
挿通孔とタブの隙間をシール材によって閉塞した
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 制御回路基板に接続され二次電池の表面温度を検出するサーミスタを設け、
保護シートを熱伝導性材料によって形成し、
サーミスタを制御回路基板と保護シートの間に配置した
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 二次電池を複数直列に接続してケース体の内部に収納し、
上記位置決め用リブを隣接する二次電池間に挿入し、
二次電池のケース体に対する位置決めを行うようにした
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 電子機器に設けられ案内部を有するバッテリー装着部に装着されるバッテリーパックであって、
バッテリー装着部に装着されるときに案内部に案内される被案内部を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 電子機器に設けられロック部を有するバッテリー装着部に装着されるバッテリーパックであって、
バッテリー装着部に装着されたときにロック部にロックされる被ロック部を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 電子機器の表示部の回動角度を規制する規制突部を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
