Description
Claims (22)
- 電子機器に取り付けられることにより該電子機器に電力を供給する電子機器用の二次電池において、
正極、負極及び電解質とが包装体に収納されるとともに上記正極及び負極からそれぞれ正極端子及び負極端子が上記包装体の同一側面から導出されたバッテリーセルを、上記各正極端子及び負極端子を同一方向に臨ませるように複数積層させたセル積層体と、
上記セル積層体が挿入される一の開口部が形成され、上記各正極端子及び負極端子が導出された一側面を上記開口部側に向けて上記セル積層体を収納する金属製のバッテリー缶と、
上記各正極端子及び負極端子が接続されるとともに外方に臨まされることにより上記電子機器の電極と接続される端子部が設けられ、上記バッテリー缶の開口部を閉塞する合成樹脂からなる蓋体とを備え、
上記包装体の切断面と上記バッテリー缶の内壁との間には、絶縁フィルムが設けられていることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 上記セル積層体は、上記バッテリーセルが折り代を介して複数隣接されたセル集合体を折り畳み、上記バッテリーセルを積層させて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 上記各バッテリーセルは直列接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の二次電池。
- 上記各バッテリーセルは並列接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の二次電池。
- 上記各正極端子及び負極端子が接続される端子部が形成された基板を備え、
該基板には上記各バッテリーセルを直列接続させる回路パターンが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の二次電池。 - 上記各正極端子及び負極端子が接続される端子部が形成された基板を備え、
該基板には上記各バッテリーセルを並列接続させる回路パターンが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の二次電池。 - 上記蓋体には上記バッテリー缶の開口部に設けられた被係止部に係止される係止部が設けられ、上記セル積層体の正極端子及び負極端子が接続された後、該セル積層体が収納された上記バッテリー缶の被係止部に上記係止部が係止されることにより上記バッテリー缶が閉塞されて組み立てられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 上記バッテリー缶の外側面には、上記電子機器又は該二次電池の充電器に係合される凹状又は凸状の係合部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 上記バッテリー缶の底面部に形成された凹状の係合部がアース電極とされることを特徴とする請求項8記載の二次電池。
- 上記セル積層体は、上記バッテリー缶の内面に接着されて収納されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 上記セル積層体及びバッテリー缶は、略扁平状に形成されるとともに短辺側の稜が円弧状に形成された断面略台形状に形成され、
上記セル積層体は長辺及び短辺を、上記バッテリー缶の長辺及び短辺に対応させて挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。 - 上記セル積層体は上記バッテリー缶の内周面との間にクリアランスが設けられて収納されていることを特徴とする請求項10又は11記載の二次電池。
- 上記セル積層体は、上記バッテリー缶の上記開口部と反対側の底面部に対峙する側面に貼着された弾性部材を介して、該側面が上記底面部に接着されていることを特徴とする請求項10又は11記載の二次電池。
- 上記セル積層体は、上記バッテリー缶の一主面に供給された接着剤によって、一平面部が該バッテリー缶の一主面と接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の二次電池。
- 上記セル積層体は、上記包装体の糊代部が側面に沿って折り返されて上記バッテリー缶に収納されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。

- 上記巻回部は、矩形状に形成された上記底面部の長手方向両端部を除く領域に巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項16記載の二次電池。
- 上記巻回部は、上記二次電池が、上記電子機器又は該二次電池を充電する充電器の電池装着部に挿入方向を反対にして挿入されたとき、上記電池装着部に臨まされている上記電子機器又は上記充電器側の電極端子と対峙されることを特徴とする請求項16又は17記載の二次電池。
- 上記底面部は、上記巻回部に巻回されていない領域を上記電子機器又は該二次電池を充電する充電器の電池装着部に設けられた係止部材が係止される係止部とされていることを特徴とする請求項16又は17記載の二次電池。
- 上記底面部は、上記巻回部に巻回されていない領域をアース部とされていることを特徴とする請求項16又は17記載の二次電池。
- 上記バッテリー缶の外周に貼着される主面部と、上記開口部に係止された蓋体を巻回する巻回部を有する外装ラベルとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 上記巻回部は、上記蓋体より外方に臨まされている端子部を除く領域に巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項21記載の二次電池。
