Claims (4)
- 少なくとも一つ以上の電池セル、前記電池セルから一側方向に延びて形成される電極タップ、及び内部に前記電池セルを収容するポーチを有するサブ電池モジュールと、
前記サブ電池モジュールを保護する電池モジュールケースと、を含む電池であって、
前記電池モジュールケースの内面の所定領域に凹の載置溝が備えられており、
前記載置溝の内部には、前記ポーチと接触する際に前記ポーチを切開するように、前記サブ電池モジュール側に突出した切開手段が備えられ、
複数個の前記電池モジュールケースが並列に備えられ、前記サブ電池モジュールが前記電池モジュールケースにそれぞれ備えられており、
前記電池モジュールケースの一面及び他面に、高さ方向に同一の位置に複数個の前記載置溝が形成されており、
前記電池モジュールケースの前記一面に形成された前記載置溝と、前記電池モジュールケースの前記他面に形成された前記載置溝とは、幅方向に所定距離離間して形成される、電池。 - 前記切開手段の高さが前記載置溝の深さより低く形成されて、前記電池の正常作動時には、前記サブ電池モジュールと前記切開手段とが互いに接触されず、前記電池の異常作動時には、前記サブ電池モジュールと前記切開手段とが互いに接触される、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 複数個の前記載置溝が形成されており、前記切開手段が前記複数個の載置溝にそれぞれ形成される、請求項2に記載の電池。
- 向い合う前記複数個の電池モジュールケースのうち一つの前記電池モジュールケースの前記載置溝の外面が、他の一つの前記電池モジュールケースの外面に接するように位置される、請求項1に記載の電池。
