Claims (10)
- 少なくとも表示パネルを保持する筐体であって、
前記筐体は、同一形状の一対の枠部材からなり、
前記一対の枠部材の各々には、一方の前記枠部材と表裏を反転させた他方の前記枠部材とを対向させた時に互いに嵌合する構造を備えることを特徴とする表示装置用筐体。 - 少なくとも表示パネルを保持する筐体であって、
前記筐体は、同一形状の一対の枠部材からなり、
各々の前記枠部材は、前記表示パネルの表示画面の周縁を覆う額縁部と、前記表示パネルの側面の少なくとも一部を覆う側面部とからなり、
前記側面部の少なくとも一対の対向する面には、外側に配置される外面部と内側に配置される内面部とからなる段違い構造が対称位置に形成され、かつ、前記外面部と前記内面部との間には切り込みが形成され、
一方の前記枠部材と表裏を反転させた他方の前記枠部材とを対向させることにより、前記一対の枠部材が嵌合されることを特徴とする表示装置用筐体。 - 少なくとも表示パネルを保持する筐体であって、
前記筐体は、同一形状の一対の枠部材からなり、
各々の前記枠部材は、前記表示パネルの表示画面の周縁を覆う額縁部と、前記表示パネルの四方の側面を覆う側面部とからなり、
前記四方の側面部の各々の面には、外側に配置される外面部と内側に配置される内面部とからなる段違い構造が前記額縁部の中心に対して点対称の位置に形成され、かつ、前記外面部と前記内面部との間には切り込みが形成され、
一方の前記枠部材と表裏を反転させた他方の前記枠部材とを対向させることにより、前記一対の枠部材が嵌合されることを特徴とする表示装置用筐体。 - 相隣り合う前記側面部の角部で前記外面部同士又は前記内面部同士が連続するように、前記外面部及び前記内面部が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の表示装置用筐体。
- 前記側面部の少なくとも一対の対向する面に、前記外面部又は前記内面部が複数形成されることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか一に記載の表示装置用筐体。
- 前記外面部と前記内面部とは、前記一対の枠部材の対向方向の長さが異なることを特徴とする請求項2乃至5のいずれか一に記載の表示装置用筐体。
- 対応する前記外面部又は前記内面部の一方に、他方に向かって突出する凸部が形成され、前記外面部又は前記内面部の他方に、前記凸部に嵌合する凹部が形成され、前記凸部と前記凹部とを嵌合させることにより、前記一対の枠部材が固定されることを特徴とする請求項2乃至6のいずれか一に記載の表示装置用筐体。
- 対応する前記外面部又は前記内面部の一方に、他方に向かって屈曲する爪部が形成され、前記外面部又は前記内面部の他方に、前記爪部を差し込み可能なスリット部が形成され、前記爪部を前記スリット部に差し込んで引っかけることにより、前記一対の枠部材が固定されることを特徴とする請求項2乃至6のいずれか一に記載の表示装置用筐体。
- 液晶パネルと、前記液晶パネルを照明するバックライト装置と、少なくとも前記液晶パネル及び前記バックライト装置を保持する請求項1乃至8のいずれか一に記載の前記筐体と、を少なくとも備えることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。
- 表裏両面を照明する両面バックライト装置と、前記両面バックライト装置の各々の面に配置される一対の液晶パネルと、少なくとも前記一対の液晶パネル及び前記バックライト装置を保持する請求項1乃至8のいずれか一に記載の筐体と、を少なくとも備えることを特徴とする両面液晶表示装置。
