Description
Claims (6)
- 所定の輪郭をもつ外側面(11)と所定の輪郭をもつ内側面(12)とをもつ環状のワークピース(10)を環状のブランクから成形する冷間圧延装置であって、以下の構成を備える前記装置:
第1の軸(X1)まわりを回転可能な成形マンドレル(21)で、このマンドレルは、成形すべき内側面(12)の輪郭に相当する作用面(21a)を有しているもの、
第1の軸(X1)と平行な第2の軸(X2)まわりを回転可能な成形ダイ(51)であって、このダイは、成形すべき外側面(11)に相当する回転面の形態の内側作用面(53a)をもつキャビティ(52)を有しているもの、
それぞれの軸(X1,X2)まわりをマンドレル(21)とダイ(51)とが回転するようにする第1のモータ手段(70,72)、
第1の軸(X1)と第2の軸(X2)との間の距離をコントロールしながら変え、マンドレル(21)とダイ(51)との作用面(21a,53a)との間のワークピース(10)をラジアルに圧縮する第2のモータ手段、
前記装置は、さらに、マンドレル(21)とダイ(51)との間の相対軸間距離を変える第3のモータ手段(43)を備えていることを特徴とし、そして、
マンドレル(21)と中間ローラ(31)とがプレート(41)上に装着されており、このプレートは、軸方向の案内手段(42)にそって、第1の軸方向取り着け後退位置と第2の作用軸方向前進位置との間をスライドし、前記第2の位置においては、中間ローラー(31)がマンドレル(21)と少なくとも一対の遊びローラー(91,92)と反作用アッセンブリー(90)との間に介在し、一方で前記マンドレルと接触し、他方では、前記反作用アッセンブリーと接触する構成になっている。 - 反作用アッセンブリー(90)は、一対の軸反作用ローラー(91,92)を備え、これらは、それぞれ中間ローラー(31)の軸(X3)が横たわる水平面の上(91)と下(92)に配置されている請求項1の装置。
- 軸反作用ローラー(91,92)は、中央位置決め支持体(93)の軸(X6)まわりを回転可能に装着され、前記支持体は、固定の支持構造体(38)にヒンジ止めされ、前記軸は、軸反作用ローラー(91,92)のそれらの間の中間の高さに位置している請求項2の装置。
- マンドレル(21)と中間ローラー(31)とは、プレート(41)に固定のそれぞれのジャーナルボックスに装着され、それぞれの長さ方向軸(X4,X5)まわりを揺れ動くようになっている請求項1の装置。
- 長さ方向にスライドするプレート(41)の対応する複数の座(40)に係合すように適していて、プレート(41)を前記第2の前進又は作用位置にロックするようになっているラッチ手段(39)を備えている請求項1の装置。
- マンドレル(21)は、第4のモータ手段(37)に作用的に関連していて、該モータ手段は、処理操作の間、マンドレルに与えられる回転方向と同じ方向にマンドレルを回転させるものである請求項1の装置。
