Claims (13)
- 吸気のための吸気セクション(3)及び内燃機関の燃焼生成物のための排気系統(4)、ならびに前記燃焼生成物の後処理のための前記排気系統内の二次空気噴射装置(11、12、18、22)、及び分配された二次空気の量を判定する測定装置を有する内燃機関(1)であって、
− 排気ガスターボチャージャ(6)のタービン(7)は前記排気系統の流路内に配置され、前記排気ガスターボチャージャのコンプレッサ(8)は、前記吸気系統の流路内に配置され、前記吸気を圧縮する働きをし、
− 前記排気系統の流路内での前記二次空気噴射は前記ターボチャージャのタービンの上流で行われ、
− 分配された二次空気の量を判定する前記測定装置(S)は前記ターボチャージャの回転速度を判定する装置であることを特徴とする内燃機関(1)。 - 前記二次空気ライン(11)内に設けられるモータ駆動コンプレッサ(18)は前記二次空気を圧縮する働きをすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記二次空気ライン(11)内に設けられる排気ガスターボチャージャ(20)のコンプレッサ(22)は、前記二次空気を圧縮する働きをすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記二次空気ライン(11)は、前記排気ガスターボチャージャ(6)の前記コンプレッサ(8)の下流の前記吸気セクション内で分岐し、前記排気ガスターボチャージャ(6)の前記タービン(7)の上流の前記排気系統内に開いていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記二次空気ライン(11)は、前記排気ガスターボチャージャ(6)の前記コンプレッサ(8)の上流の前記吸気セクション内で分岐し、前記排気ガスターボチャージャ(6)の前記タービン(7)の上流の前記排気系統内に開いていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 制御弁(12)は前記二次空気噴射装置の流路内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 分配された二次空気の量が測定装置(S)を用いて判定され、制御可能な分配装置(12、18、19、20、23、24)を用いて設定される、内燃機関の排気系統内での二次空気噴射を監視する方法であって、
− 排気ガスターボチャージャ(6)のタービン(7)は前記排気系統の流路内に配置され、前記排気ガスターボチャージャ(6)のコンプレッサ(8)は、吸気セクションの流路内に配置され、吸気を圧縮し、
− 前記二次空気噴射装置(11、12、18、22)は前記排気ガスターボチャージャ(6)の回転速度に影響を与え、前記二次空気噴射によって影響を受けた回転速度の変化が、分配された二次空気の量を判定する前記測定装置(S)により記録されることを特徴とする方法。 - 分配された二次空気の量は、前記二次空気ライン(11)内の制御弁(12)により影響が与えられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 分配された二次空気の量は前記二次空気ライン(11)内のターボ機(18、22)の送りラインによって影響が与えられることを特徴とする請求項7あるいは8に記載の方法。
- 前記内燃機関からの排気ガスの流量が既知である場合、分配された二次空気の量は、二次空気噴射を用いた場合と二次空気噴射を用いなかった場合の前記排気ガスターボチャージャの回転速度差から判定されることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記二次空気噴射に起因する前記排気ガスターボチャージャの回転速度の変化は前記二次空気噴射を制御するために使用されることを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記排気ガスターボチャージャの回転速度の記録は前記二次空気噴射を診断するために使用されることを特徴とする請求項7〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記二次空気噴射の診断は、前記内燃機関の動作ポイントから既知である所望回転速度からの前記排気ガスターボチャージャの測定回転速度の偏差に基づいて行われることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
