Claims (5)
- 内底部が漏斗状に窄められた耐火煉瓦製の炉本体の底部に設けられ、その中央部に流下孔を備えたガラス溶融炉の底部電極において、上記流下孔を備えた電極本体の頂面に、上記炉本体内の傾斜面と連続して上記流下孔方向に延びる傾斜面を形成すると共に、その傾斜面上に上記炉本体から落下する煉瓦屑を受け止める煉瓦屑受けを、鋳造により上記電極本体と一体に形成したことを特徴とするガラス溶融炉の底部電極。
- 上記電極本体に、当該電極本体を冷却する冷却媒体が流れる冷却通路を形成した請求項1記載のガラス溶融炉の底部電極。
- 上記煉瓦屑受けは、上記流下孔上に位置する屑受け本体と、この屑受け本体を上記電極本体の傾斜面から十字状に支持する支持部とからなる請求項1または2記載のガラス溶融炉の底部電極。
- 上記煉瓦屑受けは、頂面が平坦な縦断面三角形の屑受け本体と、この屑受け本体と上記電極本体の各傾斜面との間にスリット状の流下溝を形成すべく上記屑受け本体をその傾斜面側から支持する支持部とからなる請求項1または2に記載のガラス溶融炉の底部電極。
- 上記屑受け本体に、その頂面から下方の流下孔方向に延びる連通孔を設けた請求項3または4記載のガラス溶融炉の底部電極。
