Description
図1は本発明による空気調和機の冷凍サイクルを示す。同図に示すように、本発明の空気調和機は室外機1と室内機9とを備える。室外機1は、可変能力圧縮機2と、一般的な固定能力圧縮機4と、凝縮器5とを備える。前記可変能力圧縮機2と固定能力圧縮機4は並列に連結され、前記可変能力圧縮機2はPWMバルブ3により冷媒を吐き出すローディング状態と冷媒を吐き出さないアンローディング状態で作動されるパルス幅変調方式の圧縮機であり、前記固定能力圧縮機4はオン又はオフされる方式で運転され、一定の回転数で駆動する一般的な圧縮機である。
同図に示すように、室外機1は、可変能力圧縮機2、PWMバルブ3、固定能力圧縮機4、及び各室内機9に対してデータを送受信するための通信回路部14にそれぞれ信号伝達可能に連結された室外制御部13を備える。
一定時間が経過して前記可変能力圧縮機2がアンローディング状態に転換した後、前記固定能力圧縮機4を起動させる(tb)。
前記一定時間(B)は、前記固定能力圧縮機4を起動させた後、正常運転に到達するのにかかる時間を考慮して設定する。
まず、前記室外制御部13は、各室内機9から伝送される冷房要求能力を合算して総冷房要求能力を計算し、室内機冷房運転要求があるかを判断し(S101)、この判断の結果、室内機冷房運転要求がないと運転停止する(S102)。

Claims (5)
- 一定の能力を有する固定能力圧縮機と、
ローディング状態で冷媒を吐き出し、アンローディング状態で冷媒を吐き出さない、周期内のローディング時間とアンローディング時間を決定するデューティ制御信号に応じて能力が可変する可変能力圧縮機と、
前記可変能力圧縮機及び前記固定能力圧縮機の同時起動を防止するため、前記可変能力圧縮機と前記固定能力圧縮機を順次起動させる制御部とを含んでなり、
前記制御部は、前記可変能力圧縮機を起動させてから前記固定能力圧縮機を起動させ、
前記制御部は、前記固定能力圧縮機の起動要求が発生すると、前記可変能力圧縮機がアンローディング状態で前記固定能力圧縮機を起動させることを特徴とする空気調和機。 - 前記制御部は、前記固定能力圧縮機の起動電流及び前記可変能力圧縮機の運転電流を合算した総電流値が最大許容電流値を超えないように、前記固定能力圧縮機を起動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記制御部は、前記固定能力圧縮機の起動要求が発生した後にも前記可変能力圧縮機が持続してローディング状態を維持すると、前記可変能力圧縮機を強制的にアンローディング状態に転換させた後、前記固定能力圧縮機を起動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機。
- 一定の能力を有する固定能力圧縮機と、周期内のローディング時間及びアンローディング時間を決定するデューティ制御信号に応じて能力が可変する可変能力圧縮機とを含む空気調和機の制御方法において、
前記可変能力圧縮機を作動させる段階と、
前記可変能力圧縮機の作動後、前記固定能力圧縮機の起動要求が発生したかを判断する段階と、
前記固定能力圧縮機の起動要求が発生すると、前記可変能力圧縮機の作動状態によって前記固定能力圧縮機を起動させる段階とを含んでなり、
前記固定能力圧縮機を起動させる段階は、
前記可変能力圧縮機がアンローディング状態であるかを判断する段階と、
前記可変能力圧縮機のアンローディング状態で前記固定能力圧縮機を起動させる段階とを含み、
前記固定能力圧縮機を起動させる段階は、
前記可変能力圧縮機がローディング状態であると、アンローディング状態になるまで待ってから前記固定能力圧縮機を起動させる段階を含むことを特徴とする空気調和機の制御方法。 - 前記固定能力圧縮機を起動させる段階は、前記可変能力圧縮機がローディング状態を持続すると、前記可変能力圧縮機を強制的にアンローディング状態に転換させてから前記固定能力圧縮機を起動させる段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空気調和機の制御方法。
