Description
また、前記のようなLCMと、前記LCMを駆動させる駆動部、及びシステムケースなどを含む装置が液晶表示装置である。
また、前記カバーボトム14は、前記導光板12b、及び各種シート類12を支持する機能も有する。
即ち、前記突出片20aには、複数個のスクリュー締結ホール21a,21bが形成され、締結ホール21aは、前記LCM10自体の締結のために用いられ、締結ホール21bは、前記LCM10とシステムケースとの締結のために用いられるここで、前記LCM10の右側の上下部に形成された突出部に、それぞれ一個所の前記LCM10自体を締結するための締結ホール21aが形成される。
図2Bに示すように、前記LCM10の背面には合わせて5個所のスクリュー締結ホール22a、22b、22c、22d、22eが形成される。そして、前記正面及び背面に形成されたスクリュー締結ホールは、前記LCM10自体を締結すると同時に、スクリュー締結ホールに締結されたスクリューによって前記PCB30を接地させる。
図3は、前記LCM10を前面から見た図面で、前記LCM10の前面の外角縁部は、トップケース20によって覆われ、前記トップケース20の一側面の上部及び下部の‘A’部分には、突出片20aが形成される。前記突出片20aは、それぞれ平たいプレート形状からなる。前記それぞれの突出片20aには、多数個のスクリュー締結ホールが形成されており、それらのうち一つは、前記LCM10自体のスクリュー締結のために形成され、残りの締結ホールは、LCM10とシステムケースとの締結のために形成される。
また、安定的な固定のためのスクリュー締結用の締結ホールが、前記突出片20aと第1延長片14aのそれぞれ相互対応する位置に形成される。
また、前記第1延長片14aの一端が前記ランプハウジング26の上部面の上部に積層されるように構成することも可能である。
前記第2延長片14bは、図5に示すように、前記カバーボトム14から下方に折り曲げ延長されている。
Claims (7)
- 液晶表示装置モジュールの下部を構成するベースプレートと、
前記ベースプレートの一辺の側部に提供されるランプハウジングと、
前記ベースプレートの背面に設置される印刷回路基板と、
液晶表示装置モジュールの上部を構成し、その側面に突出片が形成されたトップケースと、
締結時の接触部分で加圧により弾性変形するベンディング部を有し、前記ベースプレートの上面に設置され、スクリューによって前記トップケースに電気的に連結されることにより、前記ベンディング部が前記突出片および前記ランプハウジングの上部面と接触する第1延長片と、前記ベースプレートの下面に突出して、前記印刷回路基板の接地部に電気的に連結される第2延長片とを備えたカバーボトムと
を含むことを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1延長片のベンディング部は、‘Z’形状からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記突出片と前記第1延長片とは、それぞれ対応する位置にスクリュー締結ホールが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1延長片のベンディング部は、前記ランプハウジングの上部面とその一端が接触することを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記カバーボトムは、アルミニウムを材料にして構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第2延長片と前記印刷回路基板の一端とが相互接触する部分で、前記第2延長片と前記印刷回路基板とは、それぞれ対応する位置にスクリュー締結ホールが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記突出片は、前記トップケースの側面の上部及び下部にそれぞれ一つずつ形成され、 前記第1延長片は、前記突出片に相応する部分に二つ形成され、
前記第2延長片は、前記印刷回路基板の長手方向の両先端にそれぞれ一つずつ形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示装置。
