Description
(1)昇華性染料、前記糖アルコール、分散剤、水、並びに、必要に応じて水溶性有機溶媒や前記添加剤を混合して撹拌し、予備分散液を調整し、次いで、
(2)該予備分散液をサンドミル等の湿式媒体ミルで昇華性染料を微粒子化し、分散させ、染料分散液を得る。
(3)該染料分散液に、水、必要に応じて水溶性有機溶媒や前記添加剤を加え濃度調整した後、濾紙等でろ過してから使用する。
実施例1〜8および比較例1〜3で作成した昇華転写用インクジェット記録用インクを用いて、剥離可能なインク受容層を有する昇華転写染色が可能なフィルム製品(50μmの厚みの支持体ポリエステルフイルム上に、ポリウレタン樹脂系の染料定着層を30μmの厚みにコーティングして乾燥後、フルオロオレフィン系共重合体樹脂層を20μmの厚みにコーティングして架橋させ、更にフイルム背面に粘着剤層および離型紙を貼合せたのち、フィルム表面にインク受容層として架橋タイプのウレタン系インクジェット用コーティング剤“パテラコールIJ−50”(商標、大日本インキ化学工業社製)を20μmの厚みに積層し作成した。)のインク受容層上に、前記大判インクジェット用プロッター(ピエゾ方式、(株)ミマキエンジニアリング製“JV2−130”)により画像の印刷を行い、あらかじめ約170℃に設定した熱風乾燥機(ヤマト科学社製、“Fine Oven DF62”)中で約7分間加熱処理を実施した。加熱処理実施中、乾燥機の換気口から噴出してくる加熱蒸気の状況を観察した。その後、インク受容層を剥離すると、フィルム製品中に画像が昇華拡散染色されたフィルム製品が得られた。
Claims (8)
- 水、4個以上のOH基を有する糖アルコール、分散染料及び油溶性染料からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の昇華性染料、及び分散剤としてアニオン性界面活性剤を含有し、前記昇華性染料は微粒子化されており、かつ平均粒子径が0.05〜0.2μmであることを特徴とする昇華転写用インクジェット記録用インク。
- 4個以上のOH基を有する糖アルコールがD−ソルビトール、キシリトール及びマルチトールから選ばれる少なくとも一種である請求項1に記載の昇華転写用インクジェット記録用インク。
- 分散剤として、さらにノニオン性界面活性剤を含有する請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載の昇華転写用インクジェット記録用インク。
- 4個以上のOH基を有する糖アルコールの含有量が、インク全重量に対し0.5〜50重量%である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の昇華転写用インクジェット記録用インク。
- 4個以上のOH基を有する糖アルコール、昇華性染料、及び分散剤の含有量が、インク全重量に対し、4個以上のOH基を有する糖アルコール0.5〜50重量%、昇華性染料0.2〜12重量%、及び分散剤0.1〜20重量%である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の昇華転写用インクジェット記録用インク。
- 実質的に水溶性有機溶剤を含まない請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の昇華転写用インクジェット記録用インク。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の昇華転写用インクジェット記録用インクを用いてシート状媒体にインクジェット印刷を行った後、前記シート状媒体を加熱して昇華性染料を被染色対象物に昇華転写することを特徴とする昇華転写染色方法。
- 少なくとも水、分散剤としてアニオン性界面活性剤、分散染料及び油溶性染料からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の昇華性染料を含む分散液を、前記昇華性染料の平均粒子径が0.05〜0.2μmの範囲に微粒子化した後、4個以上のOH基を有する糖アルコール及び/又は水を加えてインク濃度を調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の昇華転写用インクジェット記録用インクの製造方法。
