Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a hair nourishing cosmetic having an excellent hair-growth effect and a hair-loss preventing effect. 2. Description of the Related Art A hair restoration cosmetic comprising a blood circulation promoting substance such as pepper tincture and a nicotinic acid derivative, as well as amino acids and vitamins which are nutritional components of hair. The fee is known.
Further, many medical hair restorers and cosmetics containing a component having an effect of preventing sebaceous gland hypertrophy and a component having an androgenic inhibitory effect have been proposed. [0003] However, conventionally used blood circulation promoting substances are highly irritating to the skin, and their amounts are limited.
The disadvantage is that the duration of blood circulation promotion is short. In addition, there is a problem in that the nutritional component of the hair also has a low permeability to the skin at a low concentration, and the effect is not sufficiently exerted by itself. [0004] By the way, male pattern baldness is said to be one of the causes of the excessive action of male hormones. However, phenomena such as poor circulation, decreased activity of hair matrix cells, enlargement of sebaceous glands and fibrosis of the scalp, etc. It is presumed that this is caused by complicated intertwining. [0005] However, in order to suppress the decrease in hair matrix activity and the enlargement of the sebaceous glands, which are said to be caused by the excessive action of male hormones, the hair growth action is exhibited even if an anti-androgen agent is simply used as a hair restorer. It is not the case at present. In addition, good results cannot be obtained even when the hair matrix activator or the blood circulation promoter is used alone. As means for solving the above-mentioned problems, a hair restorer composition containing fatty acids and alcohols having an odd number of carbon atoms, hydroxypropyl alcohol and a lower alcohol disclosed in JP-A-5-58850 is disclosed. Numerous hair growth and hair growth, including a hair growth agent containing a certain carboxybetaine in JP-A-5-139936, a hair growth cosmetic containing an acidic mucopolysaccharide and a hop extract in JP-A-5-170625, etc. Agents have been proposed, but the use of a substance that promotes peripheral blood flow and activates hair matrix cells alone does not show any remarkable hair-growth effect, and also shows a satisfactory effect in the composition. In fact, there was room for improvement in the hair growth effect and the hair loss prevention effect. [0007] In view of such circumstances, the present inventors have conducted intensive studies on substances that promote peripheral blood flow of the scalp and activate hair matrix cells. ,
Extract extracted from the fruit of acerola, Duke extract, diisopropylamine dichloroacetate, hair restoration cosmetics containing at least one or more substances selected from the group consisting of γ -aminobutyric acid and γ-amino-β-hydroxybutyric acid , It has been found that the synergistic effects of the respective components exhibit excellent hair-growth effects and hair-loss preventing effects, which are the objects of the present invention, and have completed the present invention. That is, an extract extracted from the fruit of acerola, a duke extract, diisopropylamine dichloroacetate, γ-aminobutyric acid and γ-amino-β-hi
The object of the present invention is achieved by a hair growth cosmetic containing at least one or more substances selected from the group consisting of droxybutyric acid . Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail. [0010] Acerola (Malpighia glabra Linne) is an evergreen shrub native to Latin America and bears small red berries similar to cherries. This fruit contains a large amount of L-ascorbic acid and is used as a food material. The extract extracted from the fruit of acerola used in the present invention is produced by the method disclosed in JP-A-2-200610 and the like. In addition to L-ascorbic acid, amino acids, organic acids, sugars, It also contains useful substances such as pectin. It is well known that an extract extracted from the fruit of acerola is incorporated into cosmetics (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-2 / 1990).
No. 6010). However, the effect on hair-growth cosmetics is not known at present. The following is an example of a method for extracting an extract from acerola fruit. <Extraction Example 1> Acerola fruits are washed with water and then pressed to obtain a pressed juice. The precipitate is removed by filtration, decantation or the like, and concentrated under reduced pressure if necessary. Thereafter, if necessary, ethanol, propylene glycol and the like are added, and the mixture is allowed to stand at a low temperature. Thereafter, the resulting precipitate is removed by filtration again, and if necessary, an extract is obtained by filtration using a membrane filter having a pore size of 0.22 μm. <Extraction Example 2> Acerola fruit was finely ground and glycerin, 1,3-
Butylene glycol, propylene glycol, ethanol, water, or the like is used alone or as a mixture as an extraction solvent. The extract is concentrated if necessary under reduced pressure, clarified by filtration, decantation, or the like, and optionally filtered using a membrane filter having a pore size of 0.22 μm to obtain an extract. <Extraction Example 3> The extract obtained in Extraction Example 1 or 2 is re-extracted with another solvent. Thereafter, if necessary, the pore size is 0.22 μm.
The extract is obtained by filtration using a membrane filter. By selecting a solvent, it is possible to remove some components, and it is possible to obtain an extract suitable for blending into a hair nourishing cosmetic. The scope of the present invention, which shows the hair-growth effect and the hair loss-preventing effect, was examined. 0 Consequently, the amount of extract extracted from acerola fruit according to the present invention obtained by the above method, the extract obtained with the fruit used for extraction if the mass ratio was 1, the hair tonic cosmetics. 001-20 mass <br/>% may be a (hereinafter, abbreviated as wt%), more preferably 0.01-10 wt%. Γ-aminobutyric acid and γ-a used in the present invention
Mino -β- hydroxybutyrate Ru der known compounds. Then, Duke extract, diisopropylamine dichloroacetate, γ-aminobutyric acid and γ-
Mino-β-hydroxybutyric acid was examined for the range of hair growth and hair loss prevention effects that are the objects of the present invention, and as a result, 0.001 to 20.0 wt% based on the total amount of the hair growth cosmetic.
And more preferably 0.01 to 5.0 wt%.
It is. In the present invention, diisopropylamine dichloroacetate gives a particularly preferable result as a substance to be used in combination with the extract extracted from the fruit of acerola. The hair nourishing cosmetic composition according to the present invention is manufactured in a usual manner into a dosage form such as a hair tonic, a hair lotion, a hair cream, a hair conditioner, a shampoo, a rinse, a hair gel, a hair mist, a hair foam, and the like. It is possible to use. The hair-growing cosmetic composition according to the present invention is applied or sprayed to a topical area (scalp) for the purpose of hair-growing, hair-growth and / or hair loss prevention according to the dosage form. The hair nourishing cosmetics according to the present invention include a pigment, a fragrance, a bactericide, a preservative, a surfactant, a pigment, a keratolytic agent, an antiandrogen, etc. within a range in which the object of the present invention is achieved. It can be appropriately blended. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples and comparative examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples. The test method used in the present invention is as follows. Practical test method Twice in the morning and evening twice a day on the head of 20 male pattern baldness patients
The effect after applying the sample for a month was evaluated. The test results are for hair growth and hair loss prevention.
The number of respondents who indicated that "hair had become bristle or bristles had increased" and "hair loss had decreased", respectively. Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 6 (Heart Tonic) Hair tonics were prepared by mixing active ingredients as shown in Table 2 in the raw material compositions shown in Table 1, and the above test was carried out. [0025] In the following examples, the method made tone extract extracted from acerola fruit blended in Comparative Example corresponds to the extracted example 1 described above, specifically shown below. [0025] The method made control of the extract from the fruit of acerola fruit (extraction method) acerola (10kg) squeezing to give a squeezed juice.
This was concentrated under reduced pressure and filtered to obtain a filtrate (about 2 kg).
A 30 wt% aqueous solution of propylene glycol (18 k
g) was added, and the mixture was allowed to stand in a cool place for 7 days. Thereafter, the mixture was filtered to obtain an extract (about 20 kg). [Table 1] (1) Preparation method After dissolving the component (B) shown in Table 1 in the component (A), the component (C) was added, and the mixture was stirred, dispersed and filled into a container. (2) Characteristics [Table 2] Table 2 shows the results of the tests for each hair tonic. As shown in Table 2, the hair restoration cosmetics according to the present invention of Examples 1 to 4 showed good results in practical tests, and the extracts extracted from the fruits of acerola promoted the hair growth effect and the hair loss prevention effect. Was. On the other hand, Comparative Examples 1 to 6 did not show good results in practical tests. It should be noted that, when any of the hair-growth cosmetics of any of the examples is used, no inflammation or other symptoms considered to be side effects occur in humans, and the hair-growth cosmetic according to the present invention is also excellent in safety. It was clear.
