sinensis, Amomun krervanhpirrre, Allium sativumCe
The present invention relates to a hair restorer / hair restorer containing an extract of ntellaasiatica urban and Spilanthes acmella Murr. extracted with water and / or an organic solvent, and having an excellent hair restorer / hair restorer effect. [0002] Hair greatly affects its appearance.
Occupies a very important position in beauty. Alopecia has no well-established treatment and is a source of deep distress. Alopecia is either congenital or acquired, and many studies have been conducted on the cause and mechanism of its development to date, but there are many unclear points. Nevertheless, there are many hair nourishing agents on the market, but at present there are few that can provide a sufficient effect. At present, the causes of hair loss are considered to be endocrine abnormalities, abnormalities in the hair cycle, autonomic nervous disorders, poor blood circulation, nutritional disorders, and others (hereditary, aging, etc.). Conventional hair growth components include hormones such as estrogen (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-38313),
Vitamins such as vitamin E, B 2 , B 6 , biotin, pantothenic acid, other amino acids (peptide substances: JP-A-61-7209), crude drug extracts such as assembly extract, anti-inflammatory agents such as diphenhydramine hydrochloride, glycerin And the like, a scalp stimulant such as photosensitive element 301, a bactericide such as hinokitiol, and a cooling agent such as ethanol. Recently, it is a male hormone activating enzyme.
Glycyrrhetinic acid, Landic acid and the like are used as α-reductase activity inhibitors, and pentadecanoic acid and the like are used as a nutrient supplementing action. However, very few of the above-mentioned effect substances show a sufficient effect. Some of the above-mentioned effect substances have a strong skin irritating property, and some of them have a restriction on the amount of compounding substances, and may hinder continuous use. At present, problems remain. [0005] Against the above background, recently, there have been many cases where extracts are extracted from various natural products, and the extracts are added to a hair-growing / hair-growing agent. [0006] For example, the spouse [Euphorbia lathyris L.]
Seeds or daisies [Knoxia corymbosa WILLD. Or E
uphorbia sieboldiana MORR. et DECENE.] The active ingredient extracted from the crude drug of the root alone with a water-soluble organic solvent alone or with these water-containing organic solvents (JP-A-63-198612),
Seeds of sesame seeds [Ricinus communis L.] or Kamala [M]
allotus philippinensis MULL.-ARG.] The active ingredient extracted from the crude drug of glandular hair and bristles of the epidermis of the fruit of water-soluble organic solvents alone or with these aqueous organic solvents (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication (Kokai) 63)
198614), a tea leaf extract preserved under anaerobic conditions and heat-treated (JP-A-63-280009), an extract from Shikimi (Sound) (JP-A-63-303915),
Seeds or bamboo leaves of winter melon [Benincasa hispida Cogn.]
[Lophatherum gracile Brongh] Leaves or larva [Pla
ntago asiatica L.], a water-soluble organic solvent alone or an active ingredient extracted with these water-containing organic solvents from crude drugs of the seeds (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 64-38011). It is said that the active ingredients derived from various natural products are used as they are, or after dissolving, dispersing and diluting them with an appropriate solvent or the like and blending them into a base. [0007] Hair-growing and hair-growing agents are used in combination with the above hair-growing components, alone or in combination, with the expectation of a local effect. Hair growth, promotion of hair growth, dandruff, itching, prevention of inflammation, thinning hair -Prevents hair loss, thereby aiming for a comprehensive hair restoration and hair growth effect. [0008] As described above, hair growth and
A wide variety of substances having a hair-growth effect have been proposed, but these conventional hair-growth and hair-growth have side effects, and hair-growth and hair-growth are not always sufficient, and more effective hair-growth and hair-growth The development of agents is desired. Recently, attention has been paid to the effect of converting the rest period of the hair cycle to the growth period, and attempts have been made to use the active substance as a hair-growing / hair-growing agent. [0010] The reason that the above-mentioned action of converting from the telogen to the anagen is used as a hair-growing / hair-growing agent is as follows. Because. Therefore, focusing on the hair cycle of hair, it stimulates the roots of the telogen and aims at the development of a hair growth and hair growth agent that is effective to accelerate the transition to the anagen phase. He has been conducting research to find effective substances. Therefore, the present inventors have found that, based on the background described above, the present invention is excellent in the effect of shifting the telogen to the anagen from the natural product which is generally regarded as safe, effective in preventing hair loss, and effective in hair restoration and hair growth. As a result of retrieving and testing various substances, it was found that substances extracted from water or / and organic solvents of various plants could solve this problem, and completed the present invention. [0012] In view of such a situation,
As a result of extensive research, the present inventors have found that lily of the family Lentaceae, duckweed family of budding, apiaceae family of Angelica sinensis, ginger family of Amomun krervanh pierre, and lily family of Allium sativu.

It was clarified that the extract group of lanthes acmella Murr. extracted with water and / or organic solvent converts the rest period of the hair cycle to the anagen stage and shows an excellent effect of hair restoration and hair growth. did it. The extract of the present invention can be used in a dry state after removing the solvent, or can be used in a state of being dissolved in the solvent. A hair-growth / hair-growth agent can be prepared by mixing at least one or two or more of the extracts. The various plant extracts have no toxicity to the human body and are safe for the skin and the scalp. Can be selected. Amount of extract (dry matter equivalent)
Is suitably used within the range of 0.01 to 10% by weight, and most preferably within the range of 0.1 to 3% by weight. This is because if it is 0.1% by weight or less, the hair-growth effect is weak, and if it is 3% by weight or more, a remarkable difference in the effect is hard to be recognized and it is not efficient. As raw materials used in the present invention, raw or dried products of the above-mentioned various plants can be used. Then, various active ingredients are extracted from the various plants with water and / or an organic solvent. Solvents used for extracting an active ingredient from the above various plants include water, lower monohydric alcohols (eg, methanol, ethanol, n-butanol, etc.), lower polyhydric alcohols (eg, ethylene). Glycol, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, glycerin, etc.), ethers (eg, diethyl ether, etc.), ketones (eg, acetone, ethyl methyl ketone, etc.), esters (eg, ethyl acetate), halogenated alkanes ( For example, the solvent is selected from the group consisting of aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzene and toluene. These solvents can be used alone, but a mixture of two or more, for example, a 20 to 80% aqueous ethanol solution, a benzene: ethyl acetate (4: 1) mixed solution,
It can also be used as an aqueous solution of 3-butylene glycol. The hair tonic / hair restorer according to the present invention is characterized in that at least one or more extracts extracted from the plant with water and / or an organic solvent are mixed with various cosmetic bases and the like to obtain a hair tonic, It can be applied to cosmetics such as hair cream, hair liquid, hair gel, hair blow, hair mousse, hair lotion, pomade, hair shampoo, hair rinse, and emulsion. The cosmetics can be applied in various forms such as a solution, a sol, a gel, an emulsion, an ointment, an oil, a wax, and a spray. Furthermore, the hair-growing / hair-growing agent of the present invention can be used in combination with other known hair-growing / hair-growing agents, and an excellent synergistic effect can be expected. In addition, the hair growth and fostering agent of the present invention, after confirming that it is stable to various surfactants, solvents, pigments, fragrances, preservatives, antioxidants, moisturizing agents and other various additives, these Can be used in combination with the various additives described above. The plant extract of the present invention can be expected not only to shift the rest period of the hair cycle to the growth period, but also to have secondary effects such as moisturizing action. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto. EXAMPLES [Preparation of Various Extracts from Plants] Each of the dried products of the above-mentioned various plants is added to 50 parts of an extraction solvent and extracted at room temperature for about 3 days. After extraction, the supernatant is taken and filtered. Water and / or organic solvent is distilled off from this extract under reduced pressure to obtain extracts from each plant using various solvents.
