【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、手摺や取手等を
木ねじにより壁面等に固定する固定構造に関するもので
ある。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】例えば、図４に示すように、木ねじ１を
用いて手摺２を壁面３に取り付けるには、手摺２のフラ
ンジ４に貫孔５を形成し、この貫孔５を介して木ねじ１
を壁面３にねじ込み、木ねじ１の頭部６でフランジ４を
壁面３に押しつける。
【０００３】この際、手摺２を確実に壁面３に固定する
ため、木ねじ１を斜めに向けて、壁ボード７を介し柱等
の構造材８にねじ込むことがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところで、図５に示す
ように、木ねじ１を斜めにねじ込んで取付物１０を被取
付物１１に取り付けるには、貫孔５の径を大きくしなけ
ればならい。
【０００５】しかしながら、貫孔５の径を大きくする
と、木ねじ１の頭部６が貫孔５から抜け出して取付物１
０を固定できなくなる恐れがあり、その対策として、図
６に示すように、ワッシャ１２を使用すると、作業性が
悪化する。
【０００６】そこで、この発明は、ワッシャを使用する
ことなく、木ねじを斜めにねじ込んで取付物を被取付物
に確実に固定できるようにすることを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を解決するた
め、この発明は、取付物に貫孔を形成し、この貫孔を介
して木ねじを被取付物にねじ込み、取付物を木ねじの頭
部で被取付物に押しつけて固定する固定構造において、
前記貫孔に被取付物へ向けて拡径するテーパを形成し、
このテーパに沿わせて木ねじを斜めに挿入するようにし
たのである。
【０００８】この固定構造では、貫孔の径を大きくせず
に木ねじを斜めにねじ込めるので、ワッシャを使用しな
くても、木ねじの頭部が貫孔から抜けることがない。
【０００９】また、前記貫孔を、木ねじを傾ける方向に
長い長孔とすると、木ねじを大きく傾けることができ
る。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、この発明の実施形態を図１
乃至図３に基づいて説明する。これらの実施形態は、取
付物１０に形成した貫孔５を介して木ねじ１を被取付物
１１に斜めにねじ込むことにより、木ねじ１の頭部６で
取付物１０を被取付物１１に押しつけて固定するもので
あり、取付物１０には、木ねじ１の頭部６を没入させる
座ぐり１３が設けられている。そして、各実施形態にお
いて、貫孔５には、被取付物１１へ向けて拡径するテー
パ１４が形成され、木ねじ１は、このテーパ１４に沿っ
て傾けられている。
【００１１】上記のような固定構造では、貫孔５の径を
大きくせずに木ねじ１を斜めにねじ込めるので、ワッシ
ャを使用しなくても、木ねじ１の頭部６が貫孔５から抜
けることがない。
【００１２】ここで、図１に示す実施形態は、木ねじ１
の頭部６が皿頭の場合を示し、図２に示す実施形態は、
木ねじ１の頭部６が丸頭の場合を示す。
【００１３】また、図３に示す実施形態のように、貫孔
５を木ねじ１を傾ける方向に長い長孔とすると、木ねじ
１を大きく傾けることができる。
【００１４】なお、座ぐり１３は、必ずしも設ける必要
はなく、省略することもできる。また、図３に示す実施
形態において、座ぐり１３の形状は、貫孔５に対応する
長円形としてもよい。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように、この発明の固定構
造では、取付物に形成する貫孔の径を大きくしなくても
木ねじを被取付物に斜めにねじ込めるので、頭部抜止用
のワッシャを使用することなく、取付物を被取付物に確
実に固定できる。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 取付物に貫孔を形成し、この貫孔を介し
    て木ねじを被取付物にねじ込み、取付物を木ねじの頭部
    で被取付物に押しつけて固定する固定構造において、前
    記貫孔に被取付物へ向けて拡径するテーパを形成し、こ
    のテーパに沿わせて木ねじを斜めに挿入するようにした
    木ねじによる固定構造。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記貫孔を、木ねじを傾ける方向に長い
    長孔とした請求項１に記載の木ねじによる固定構造。
