でハンドル17、18を旋回することでシャフト56に
対してもたらされたロッド64の変位により、ロッドの
終端84がスタブシャフト118を支持部材88に対し
て外側に移動させる。この外側方向の変位により、リン
ク106、108は、顎92、94を外側に、互いに離
れるように旋回させる。逆に、ハンドル17、18(図
1参照)をともに掴むことにより引き起こされたロッド
64の内向きの変位は、支持部材88に対してスタブシ
ャフト118を内向きに変位させ、その結果、リンク1
06、108は、顎92、94を引き合わせる。従っ
て、ハンドル17に対するハンドル18の旋回動作は、
顎92、94の互いの旋回動作を引き起こす。
【0021】シャフト56から先端具14を取り外すに
は、まず支持部材88を、シャフト56のネジ端80か
らねじって引き出す。ハンドル17、18のループ2
0、22を互いに引き寄せると、ロッド端84がシャフ
ト端80から外側に変位し、クレビス86が露出する。
ロッド端84が、シャフト端80からいったん離れる
と、スタブシャフト118の先端124は、クレビス8
6から取り外し可能となり、先端具14全体が廃棄でき
る。ハンドル部12からロッド64を取り外したり、ハ
ンドル上端30から延長部68を切り放すことは不要と
なる。

具14が、シャフト端80に隣接して配置され、先端1
24は、クレビス86に挿入される。ハンドル17、1
8は、若干広がり、支持部材88は、シャフト端80に
ねじ込まれる。好適な実施例では、支持部材88のネジ
端90は、ボス126を有し、ボス126は、ネジ端8
0のネジにより変形し、先端具14の不注意なネジのは
ずれが起こらないようになっている。
反対に行うことで実行できる。具体的には、新しい先端
具14が、シャフト端80に隣接して配置され、先端1
24は、クレビス86に挿入される。ハンドル17、1
8は、若干広がり、支持部材88は、シャフト端80に
ねじ込まれる。好適な実施例では、支持部材88のネジ
端90は、ボス126を有し、ボス126は、ネジ端8
0のネジにより変形し、先端具14の不注意なネジのは
ずれが起こらないようになっている。
【0023】器具システム10のハンドル部12を洗浄
するには、先端14をまず上述のようにして取り外す。
次にナット58が、管57から取り外され、洗浄液がハ
ウジング24及びシャフト56の内部32、62を通じ
て流され、いかなる屑をもシャフトから排出する。しか
し、唯一の開口は、シャフト端と支持部材88との継ぎ
目、及び通路120とスタブシャフト118との継ぎ目
であるので、先端14とシャフト端80との連結は、内
部62内への汚染物の進入を最小限にするように留意し
なければならない。

顎92A、94Aは、後方向き鋸刃128を含み、従っ
て先端14Aはわに口掴み具を形成している。図7で
は、先端具14Bは、生検具を形成する形に構成されて
いる顎92B、94Bを含む。図8では、先端具14C
は、切開具を形成する鋸刃130を有する顎92C、9
4Cを含む。
14Cで示される代替実施例であり、各々が特定の機能
を有し、システム10の部分を形成する。14Aでは、
顎92A、94Aは、後方向き鋸刃128を含み、従っ
て先端14Aはわに口掴み具を形成している。図7で
は、先端具14Bは、生検具を形成する形に構成されて
いる顎92B、94Bを含む。図8では、先端具14C
は、切開具を形成する鋸刃130を有する顎92C、9
4Cを含む。

実施例であって、本発明はこの器具の構成に限定され

Claims (24)
- 【請求項1】内視鏡器具を掴むための手段と、前記掴み
手段から延びているシャフトを形成する手段と、前記器
具を作動させるための手段とを含むハンドル部と、複数
の器具先端具とを含み、前記器具先端具の各々は、前記
シャフトの端に取り外し可能に取り付けられ、かつ前記
作動手段とかみ合わすための手段を含み、前記先端具の
取り付けられた一つは、前記作動手段により動作可能で
あるとともに、前記掴み手段は前記作動手段を駆動し、
前記作動手段は前記掴み手段から前記先端具の前記取り
付けられた一つに向かって前記シャフトを通じて延びる
と同時に、前記掴み手段から前記シャフト端に取り付け
られた前記先端具の一つに向かって延びているロッドを
含み、前記先端具はネジのかみ合わせによって前記シャ
フトに連通可能であり、前記先端具の各々は前記ロッド
とかみ合わせるための手段を含むとともに、拡大終端部
を有するリンク手段を含み、前記作動手段は前記拡大終
端部と取り外し可能にかみ合わせるための手段を含み、
かつ前記かみ合わせ手段は前記先端具の取り付けられた
一つの前記拡大終端部を受けるためのクレビス手段を含
むことを特徴とする内視鏡器具システム。 - 【請求項2】前記先端具は、鋏を含む請求項1記載の内
視鏡器具システム。 - 【請求項3】前記シャフトは、前記掴み手段に回転可能
に取り付けられている請求項1記載の内視鏡器具システ
ム。 - 【請求項4】前記シャフトは、前記掴み手段から取り外
し可能である請求項1記載の内視鏡器具システム。 - 【請求項5】前記先端具の各々は、前記シャフトの端に
取り付け可能で、前記リンク手段を受ける支持部材と、
前記支持部材及び前記リンク手段へ旋回可能に取り付け
られている第一の要素と、前記支持部材に取り付けられ
ている第二の要素とを含み、前記作動手段の動作に応答
した前記リンク手段の動作は、前記支持部材に対しまた
前記第二の要素に対し前記第一の要素を旋回させる請求
項1記載の内視鏡器具システム。 - 【請求項6】前記リンク手段は、前記拡大終端部を有
し、前記支持部材により滑り可能に受けられるスタブロ
ッドと、前記スタブロッドと前記第一要素を連結する第
一リンク要素とを含み、前記スタブロッドの滑り動作
は、前記第一要素を旋回させるように前記リンク要素を
通じて伝達される請求項5記載の内視鏡器具システム。 - 【請求項7】前記第二の要素は、前記支持部材に旋回可
能に取り付けられ、前記リンク手段は、前記スタブロッ
ドと前記第二要素とを連結する第二リンク要素を含み、
前記スタブロッドの前記滑り動作は、前記第一及び第二
要素を互いに、鋏の動作にて動作させる請求項6記載の
内視鏡器具システム。 - 【請求項8】前記第一及び第二要素は、それぞれ鋏の第
一及び第二顎を含む請求項7記載の内視鏡器具システ
ム。 - 【請求項9】前記第一及び第二要素は、それぞれ切開具
の第一及び第二顎を含む請求項7記載の内視鏡器具シス
テム。 - 【請求項10】前記第一及び第二要素は、それぞれ掴み
具の第一及び第二顎を含む請求項7記載の内視鏡器具シ
ステム。 - 【請求項11】前記第一及び第二要素は、それぞれ生検
具の第一及び第二顎を含む請求項7記載の内視鏡器具シ
ステム。 - 【請求項12】前記掴み手段は、前記シャフトを洗浄す
るためのポート手段を含む請求項1記載の内視鏡器具シ
ステム。 - 【請求項13】前記ポート手段は、前記シャフトと連通
し、前記掴み手段へねじ込まれているスタブチューブを
含む請求項12記載の内視鏡器具システム。 - 【請求項14】内視鏡器具を掴むための手段を含むハン
ドル部と、前記掴み手段から延び細長いシャフトを形成
し、前記掴み手段と反対側に解放端を有する手段と、前
記器具を作動させる手段とを含むタイプの前記内視鏡器
具に使用するための、使い捨て可能な先端具であって、
一対の顎を形成する手段と、前記顎が互いに動くように
前記顎を支持するための手段とを含み、前記支持手段
は、前記作動手段が前記顎の手段を動かすように、前記
シャフトに取り付けられると同時に前記シャフト端に固
定されるように適応した内側端を含み、この内側端は前
記シャフトにねじ込まれるような形となっているネジ部
を有し、かつ前記顎手段は前記支持手段に滑り可能に取
り付けられ、前記作動手段とかみ合うように適応してい
るスタブシャフトを含み、前記シャフト端を損傷せずに
取り外し可能としたことを特徴とする先端具。 - 【請求項15】前記スタブシャフトは、前記内側端から
突出し、前記作動手段と結合されるような形になってい
る端部を有する請求項14記載の先端具。 - 【請求項16】前記顎手段は、第一及び第二顎を含み、
前記顎は、前記支持手段に旋回可能に取り付けられてい
る請求項15記載の先端具。 - 【請求項17】前記顎手段は、前記第一の顎及び第二の
顎のそれぞれを前記スタブシャフトに連結する第一及び
第二リンクを含み、前記作動手段に応答して前記支持手
段に対して前記スタブシャフトの往復運動が前記顎を互
いに旋回させる請求項16記載の先端具。 - 【請求項18】前記支持手段は、プラスチック材料で構
成される請求項14記載の先端具。 - 【請求項19】前記プラスチック材料は、ガラス充填の
ポリエーテルイミド、ガラス充填のポリエーテルケトン
及びガラス充填のポリエーテルスルホンのいずれかであ
る請求項18記載の先端具。 - 【請求項20】前記顎は、鋏を形成する請求項16記載
の先端具。 - 【請求項21】前記顎は、掴み具を形成する請求項16
記載の先端具。 - 【請求項22】前記顎は、生検具を形成する請求項16
記載の先端具。 - 【請求項23】前記顎は、切開具を形成する請求項16
記載の先端具。 - 【請求項24】内視鏡器具を掴むための手段を含むハン
ドル部と、前記掴み手段から延び細長いシャフトを形成
し、前記掴み手段と反対側に解放端を有する手段と、前
記器具を作動させるロッド手段とを含むタイプの前記内
視鏡器具において、前記ロッド手段は、前記掴み手段に
より滑り動作可能に前記シャフト内に取り付けられ、前
記シャフト端に近接してクレビス端を有していて、前記
シャフト端へねじ込めるような形のネジ部内側端を有す
る支持部材と、往復運動のため前記支持部材内にて支持
され、前記クレビス端と取り外し可能にかみ合わされる
ような形の前記内側端から突出している拡大端を有する
スタブシャフトと、前記支持部材内で前記スタブシャフ
トに旋回可能に取り付けられている第一及び第二リンク
と、鋏動作を実行するように前記支持部材に旋回可能に
取り付けられた第一及び第二顎とを含み、前記第一及び
第二顎は、それぞれ前記第一及び第二リンクへ旋回可能
に取り付けられ、前記ロッドの往復運動は、前記スタブ
シャフトを往復動作させ、前記顎の前記鋏動作を実行す
ることを特徴とする使い捨て可能な先端具。
