Abstract
Description
約400mm×600mmの市販のこんにゃくシート15枚の間および最上下に未晒クラフト紙(大昭和紙社製)を位置せしめ、ポンス機により直径89mmの円形に切り抜いた。かかる積層体を80℃で10秒間熱プレスすることによって、側面に26本のヒダを有し、底面形状が直径40mmの円形の、図1に示すような食品用容器を製造した。
Claims (3)
- 大豆シート、海藻シート、こんにゃくシートまたはゼラチンシートから選択されるシート状食品を成形してなることを特徴とする食品用容器。
- 上記シート状食品の厚みが10μm〜1mmである請求項1に記載の食品用容器。
- 上記海藻シートが天草をシート状に形成したものである請求項1または2に記載の食品用容器。
