Abstract

【課題】モバイル装置を覆うことによりモバイル装置を保護することができ、且つ落下による振動を大幅に低減することができる保護カバーを提供する。【解決手段】モバイル装置２０を覆うことによりモバイル装置２０を保護し、振動低減構造を含む軟質保護カバー３０において、振動低減構造３２は、モバイル装置２０に対応するケースコナー構造２２を有し、振動低減構造３２には、エアチェンバー５０が形成される。【選択図】図６

Description

本考案は、軟質保護カバーに関し、特に、モバイル装置を覆うことによりモバイル装置を保護することができる軟質保護カバーに関するものである。
携帯電話またはＰＤＡなどの高価なモバイル装置は、ユーザの操作や携帯による傷付けを防止するために、シリコン製の保護カバーが開発されて市販になる。シリコン製の保護カバーは、軟質なシリコンで作製されたものであるので、モバイル装置への密着性が良くて、見栄えも極めて良い。
従来の軟質保護カバーは、例えば台湾特許Ｍ３３２５７４及び台湾特許Ｍ３２８８１０が提案されている。これらは、モバイル装置を緊密に覆うことより、異物などのモバイル装置に対する傷付けを防止するものである。しかし、モバイル装置の予想外の落下による振動を低減する効果が殆どなかった。
上記の問題を解決するために、台湾特許Ｍ３１７７８５の軟質保護カバーが提案されている。このような軟質保護カバーによれば、その厚い端部により、モバイル装置の落下による振動を低減する効果が不十分であった。すなわち、モバイル装置が予想外に落下すると、モバイル装置が損壊する可能性があり、且つ端部がより厚いので、全体の重量が増加し、材料コストが増加するという欠点があった。

本考案の主な目的は、モバイル装置を覆うことによりモバイル装置を保護することができ、且つ落下による振動を大幅に低減することができる軟質保護カバーを提供することにある。
本考案の請求項１に記載の軟質保護カバーによると、モバイル装置を覆うことによりモバイル装置を保護し、振動低減構造を含む軟質保護カバーにおいて、振動低減構造は、モバイル装置に対応するケースコナー構造を有し、振動低減構造には、エアチェンバーが形成されることを特徴とする軟質保護カバーである。
本考案の請求項２に記載の軟質保護カバーによると、モバイル装置を覆っているときには、エアチェンバーの周縁がモバイル装置に押付けられて、エアチェンバーが密封空間となる。
本考案の請求項３に記載の軟質保護カバーによると、振動低減構造は、軟質保護カバーの主体と一体に成形される。
本考案の請求項４に記載の軟質保護カバーによると、更に、開口を有し、開口により、保護されるモバイル装置のディスプレイが外部に露出する。
本考案の請求項５に記載の軟質保護カバーによると、更に、モバイル装置のコネクタ台に応じて貫通孔が少なくとも一つ設けられ、貫通孔により、外部のコネクタがモバイル装置のコネクタ台と電気的または通信的に連接可能である。
本考案の請求項６に記載の軟質保護カバーによると、軟質保護カバーはシリコン材料で作製されたものである。
本考案の軟質保護カバーによれば、モバイル装置を覆うことによりモバイル装置を保護することができ、且つ落下による振動を大幅に低減することができるという効果を有する。

以下、本考案の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。まず、図１を参照する。図１は本考案の軟質保護カバー３０の正面図である。本考案の軟質保護カバー３０は、モバイル装置２０を覆うことによりモバイル装置２０を保護することができ、シリコン材料で作製されたものであることが好ましい。モバイル装置２０はディスプレイを有するので、軟質保護カバー３０の正面には大きい開口４０が設けられている。この開口４０により、保護されるモバイル装置２０のディスプレイが外部に露出するので、ユーザが外部からモバイル装置２０のディスプレイを見ることができる。
図２を参照する。図２は本考案の軟質保護カバー３０の背面図である。軟質保護カバー３０の背面には、ヒューマン・マシン・インターフェースが設けられていないので、背面の全面が軟質保護カバー３０に覆われている。
図１及び図２から明らかなように、軟質保護カバー３０は、シリコン製の本体の他に、更に、振動低減構造３２を有する。軟質保護カバー３０は、図１及び図２に示すように、最も当たり易い箇所には、四つのケースコナー構造２２が設けられ、各ケースコナー構造２２に応じて振動低減構造３２が設けられている。なお、隣接する振動低減構造３２同士は、軟質保護カバー３０の本体により連接される。
このように、振動低減構造３２がモバイル装置２０の四つのケースコナー構造２２に覆われると、開放状態であったエアチェンバー５０は、ケースコナー構造２２に覆われて気密状態となり、振動低減の役割を発揮することができる。
次に、図３から図５を参照する。図３は本考案の軟質保護カバー３０の下面図であり、図４は本考案の軟質保護カバー３０の平面図であり、図５は本考案の軟質保護カバー３０の側面図である。図３から図５には、一部の振動低減構造３２を見ることができる。
本考案の軟質保護カバー３０は、更に、モバイル装置２０のコネクタ台に応じて貫通孔４２、４２ａが少なくとも一つ設けられ、貫通孔４２、４２ａにより、外部のコネクタがモバイル装置２０のコネクタ台と電気的または通信的に連接可能となる。なお、コネクタ台は、イヤホーン穴でもよく、電源接続穴でもよく、通信用コネクタ台でもよい。一般に、コネクタ台がモバイル装置２０の側辺に設けられるので、平面図、下面図、又は側面図から、貫通孔４２、４２ａを見ることができる。
図１及び図６を参照する。図６は本考案の軟質保護カバー３０の正面断面図である。図６に示すように、振動低減構造３２とモバイル装置２０の関係を理解することができる。
振動低減構造３２は、モバイル装置２０のケースコナー構造２２に対応し、膨起なエアチェンバー５０を有する。軟質保護カバー３０がモバイル装置２０を覆っているときに、開放状態であったエアチェンバー５０は、ケースコナー構造２２に覆われて気密状態になり、振動低減の役割を発揮することができる。且つモバイル装置２０のケースコナー構造２２の一部がエアチェンバー５０に挿入されるので、軟質保護カバー３０に覆われるモバイル装置２０全体を薄型化にすることができる。
エアチェンバー５０が設けられるので、モバイル装置２０を覆っている軟質保護カバー３０が瞬間的に衝撃を受けたときに、振動低減構造３２により、従来のものよりも優れた振動低減の効果を達成することができる。
図７及び図８を参照する。図７は本考案の軟質保護カバー３０の側面断面図であり、図８は本考案の軟質保護カバー３０の下面断面図である。図７及び図８から明らかなように、軟質保護カバー３０がモバイル装置２０に緊密に接触している。これにより、軟質保護カバー３０に覆われるモバイル装置２０全体を薄型化にすることができ、そして軟質保護カバー３０のケースコナー構造２２にエアチェンバー５０が設けられるので、振動を低減することができ、且つ軟質保護カバー３０の正面から見ると、軟質保護カバー３０の形状が骨のような流線形状になる。
このように、本考案が、特定の例を参照して説明されたが、それらの例は、説明のためだけのものであり、本考案を限定するものではなく、この分野に通常の知識を有する者には、本考案の精神および範囲を逸脱することなく、ここで開示された実施例に変更、追加、または、削除を施してもよい。
本考案は、軟質保護カバーに適用することができる。

Claims (6)

  1. モバイル装置を覆うことによりモバイル装置を保護し、振動低減構造を含む軟質保護カバーにおいて、
    前記振動低減構造は、モバイル装置に対応するケースコナー構造を有し、前記振動低減構造には、エアチェンバーが形成されることを特徴とする軟質保護カバー。
  2. モバイル装置を覆っているときには、前記エアチェンバーの周縁がモバイル装置に押付けられて、前記エアチェンバーが密封空間となることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の軟質保護カバー。
  3. 前記振動低減構造は、軟質保護カバーの主体と一体に成形されることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の軟質保護カバー。
  4. 更に、開口を有し、前記開口により、保護されるモバイル装置のディスプレイが外部に露出することを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の軟質保護カバー。
  5. 更に、モバイル装置のコネクタ台に応じて貫通孔が少なくとも一つ設けられ、前記貫通孔により、外部のコネクタがモバイル装置の前記コネクタ台と電気的または通信的に連接可能であることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の軟質保護カバー。
  6. 軟質保護カバーはシリコン材料で作製されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の軟質保護カバー。
