平板显示设备以其精致轻薄、外形秀美和应用功能强大等诸多优点被广泛应用于工作和生活的各种场合,这些平板显示设备在设计时,因为体积和便携性考虑,大多数采用超薄和小体积以及无机械外挂接口设计,这样会带来长时间手持工作等情况下产生手部疲劳,或者有时候需要将平板显色固定在某处位置使用时,比如需要将平板显色设备设备固定在汽车仪表台当作GPS或车载电脑使用时,将平板显示设备固定在轿车前排座椅后面当作视频设备观看时,或者需要将平板显示设备固定在移动式的便携音箱上,以及需要将平板显色设备固定在家里的墙上等设备上作为智能家居的主控电脑使用时,都需要要一种简单可靠并且美观的固定机构(装置),以便稳妥、安全可靠地固定平板显示设备,尤其是移动环境应用时,特别需要稳妥的固定和对平板显示设备的保护----比如,在轿车碰撞的情况下,还可以实现可靠的固定和保护功能,目前市场上有专门用于固定平板显示设备的框架,但是现有的平板显示设备固定机构一般由四个长框条组成,在使用的时候将长框条依次拼接包围平板显示设备,操作非常不便,而且长框条拼接的结构不稳,结构复杂,遇振动容易分离,使用不安全等。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种安装方便、结构稳固的平板显示设备固定机构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的平板显示设备固定机构,包括主框架,所述主框架内具有敞口的空腔,空腔上方两侧分别伸出设置有相对的第一、第二定位档边,其中第一定位档边的伸出长度大于第二定位档边,所述第一定位档边下方的空腔中安装有可伸缩的挡块。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述空腔中设置有辅助弹出机构,该辅助弹出机构包括与空腔连通的沉腔,该沉腔中安装有弹簧,弹簧上方设置有可伸出空腔的活动块。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述活动块的端部为半球状;所述第二定位档边下方的空腔中设置有用于与平板显示设备连接的连接器。
本发明的有益效果是:这种平板显示设备固定机构由于采用上述结构,在安装平板显示设备的时候先将显示设备的一边推进第一定位档边内卡定,随后将整个平板显示设备推向第二定位档边下,再将挡块伸出使平板显示设备在第一、第二定位档边和挡块的约束下固定,安装操作方便,结构稳固。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图3,本发明的平板显示设备固定机构,包括主框架1,所述主框架1内具有敞口的空腔2,空腔2上方两侧分别伸出设置有相对的第一、第二定位档边3、4,其中第一定位档边3的伸出长度大于第二定位档边4,所述第一定位档边3下方的空腔中安装有可伸缩的挡块5。这种平板显示设备固定机构由于采用上述结构,在安装平板显示设备的时候先将显示设备8的一边推进第一定位档边3内卡定,随后将整个平板显示设备推向第二定位档边4下,再将挡块5伸出使平板显示设备在第一、第二定位档边和挡块的约束下固定,安装操作方便,结构稳固。
在本实施例中,所述空腔2中设置有辅助弹出机构6,该辅助弹出机构6包括与空腔2连通的沉腔61,该沉腔61中安装有弹簧62,弹簧62上方设置有可伸出空腔2的活动块63。在需要取出平板显示设备的时候,先将挡块5缩回,显示设备从第二定位档边4的约束下移出,活动块在弹簧的作用下将显示设备顶出,便于使用者拿取。其中,所述活动块63的端部为半球状,利于活动块与平板显示设备的接触,不会对显示设备表面造成损伤。
所述第二定位档边4下方的空腔中设置有用于与平板显示设备连接的连接器7,方便平板显示设备直接与外界连线。
以上所述仅为本发明的优先实施方式,只要以基本相同手段实现本发明目的的技术方案都属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

  1. 平板显示设备固定机构,包括主框架(1),其特征在于所述主框架(1)内具有敞口的空腔(2),空腔(2)上方两侧分别伸出设置有相对的第一、第二定位档边(3、4),其中第一定位档边(3)的伸出长度大于第二定位档边(4),所述第一定位档边(3)下方的空腔中安装有可伸缩的挡块(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的平板显示设备固定机构,其特征在于所述空腔(2)中设置有辅助弹出机构(6),该辅助弹出机构(6)包括与空腔(2)连通的沉腔(61),该沉腔(61)中安装有弹簧(62),弹簧(62)上方设置有可伸出空腔(2)的活动块(63)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的平板显示设备固定机构,其特征在于所述活动块(63)的端部为半球状。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的平板显示设备固定机构,其特征在于所述第二定位档边(4)下方的空腔中设置有用于与平板显示设备连接的连接器(7)。
