Abstract

本发明提供一种收容电子装置的保护套,其包括由软性材质制成的方形固定框,该固定框内侧形成一收容腔,该收容腔用于收容一电子装置的侧端,进而将电子装置固定于该保护套内,该保护套还包括设置于固定框顶角内的多个多向弹性件,每一多向弹性件包括一本体及固定至本体上的至少三个弹性部,所述至少三个弹性部分别沿着三个不同的方向延伸。本发明的保护套套设于电子装置上时,其能够减少意外摔落时的冲击对电子装置的损害。

保护套及其多向弹性件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种能够在多个方向提供缓冲的弹性件及使用该弹性件的保护套。
背景技术
为了防止电子装置在使用过程中脏污或磨损,用户一般会在电子装置上套设硅胶套、皮套或网壳等。当电子装置摔落或碰撞时,现有的硅胶套和皮套能够起到保护作用,避免电子装置的外壳被刮伤。然而当摔落或碰撞时冲击力较大时,所述电子装置内部电子元件则容易损坏。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种保护套,能够进一步保护电子装置内部电子元件。
本发明提供一种收容电子装置的保护套,其包括由软性材质制成的方形固定框,该固定框内侧形成一收容腔,该收容腔用于收容一电子装置的侧端,进而将电子装置固定于该保护套内,该保护套还包括设置于固定框顶角内的多个多向弹性件,每一多向弹性件包括一本体及固定至本体上的至少三个弹性部,所述至少三个弹性部分别沿着三个不同的方向延伸。
当电子装置意外摔落时,所述保护套的顶角位置容易先与撞击面(例如地面)接触,由于多向弹性件的三个弹性部沿着三个不同的方向延伸,无论保护套的顶角与撞击面的角度如何,总能有一个或多个弹性部吸收冲击,从而能够减少意外摔落时的冲击对电子装置的损害。

具体实施方式
参考图1和图2,保护套1包括一方形固定框20及设置于固定框20顶角内的若干多向弹性件10。在本实施方式当中,所述固定框20由软性材质制成且内侧开设有一收容腔21。该收容腔21用于收容一电子装置(图中未示)的侧端,从而该保护套1能够包裹住电子装置的外缘。
一并参考图3和图4,多向弹性件10包括一本体11及固定连接至本体11上的至少三个弹性部12,其分别自本体11沿着三个相互垂直的方向延伸。可以理解地,在需要时,三个弹性部12的延伸方向可以不垂直。所述本体11呈球状或立方体状。在本实施方式当中,所述弹性部12为圆柱螺旋弹簧。
当电子装置意外摔落时,所述保护套1的顶角位置容易先与撞击面(例如地面)接触,由于三个弹性部12沿着三个不同的方向延伸,无论保护套1的顶角与撞击面的角度如何,总能有一个或多个弹性部12吸收冲击,从而能够减少意外摔落时的冲击对电子装置的损害。
尽管对本发明的优选实施方式进行了说明和描述,但是本领域的技术人员将领悟到,可以作出各种不同的变化和改进,这些都不超出本发明的真正范围。因此期望,本发明并不局限于所公开的作为实现本发明所设想的最佳模式的具体实施方式,本发明包括的所有实施方式都有所附权利要求书的保护范围内。

Claims (6)

1.一种保护套,其包括由软性材质制成的方形固定框,该固定框内侧形成一收容腔,该收容腔用于收容一电子装置的侧端,进而将电子装置固定于该保护套内,其特征在于:该保护套还包括设置于固定框顶角内的多个多向弹性件,每一多向弹性件包括一本体及固定至本体上的至少三个弹性部,所述至少三个弹性部分别沿着三个不同的方向延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保护套,其特征在于:所述至少三个弹性部包括两个沿着第一方向彼此反向延伸的第一弹性部、两个沿着第二方向彼此反向延伸的第二弹性部以及两个沿着第三方向轴彼此反向延伸的第三弹性部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的保护套,其特征在于:所述第一方向、第二方向及第三方向相互垂直。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保护套,其特征在于:所述本体呈球状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的保护套,其特征在于:所述本体呈立方体状。
6.根据权利要求1所述的保护套,其特征在于:所述弹性部为圆柱螺旋螺旋弹簧。
