後加熱を停止し、約24時間自然放冷して約22〜23℃に低
下させ、この時点で茸栽培用培養基1の上に又はその内
部に茸種菌を植え付けた。この場合の茸種菌として実験
例では三和松茸菌(群馬三和商事株式会社が開発した
菌)を使用した。
