【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本考案は合掌全体の横方向の座屈
防止を考慮した鋼製の屋根パネルに関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来の屋根パネルは合掌全体の横方向の
座屈防止を十分考慮しておらず合掌梁の屋根構造自体に
つなぎ材を入れる方法が用いられていた。
【０００３】
【考案が解決しようとする課題】本考案は以上の従来の
課題を解決し合掌全体の横方向の座屈防止を考慮した鋼
製の屋根パネルの提供を目的とする。
【０００４】
【課題を解決するための手段】本考案は、以上の目的達
成のために、長方形の枠状の鋼製フレームと、該鋼製フ
ーム内に所定間隔でダブル母屋を混ぜて張られたシング
ル母屋と、前記鋼製フレーム内に張られたブレースと、
鋼製フレームに取り付けられた板材とからなり、前記ブ
レースは、鋼製フレーム内の棟側端から軒先側へ隣接し
て並ぶ２か所に各々交差状に設け、前記鋼製フレーム内
における軒先側端の付近は前記ブレースの配置がない部
分とし、前記棟側と軒先側の交差状ブレースの間に前記
ダブル母屋を配置した屋根パネルを提案するものであ
る。

【実施例】以下本考案の屋根パネルを図面に示す実施例
に従い説明する。図１及び図２は本考案の屋根パネルを
示し、該屋根パネル（１）は長方形の枠状の鋼製フレー
ム（２）を有する。
【０００６】該鋼製フレーム（２）内には所定間隔でダ
ブル母屋（３ｂ）を混ぜてシングル母屋（３ａ）が張ら
れる。シングル母屋（３ａ）は鋼材（例えばＣ形鋼）が
１本用いられダブル母屋（３ｂ）は鋼材が２本（例えば
背中合せにされたＣ形鋼が１対）用いられる。
【０００７】次に屋根パネル（１）が合掌の側端部に用
いられる場合には図１及び図２に１点鎖線で示す様に鋼
製フレーム（２）無いブレース（４）が張られたものが
用いられる。
【０００８】屋根パネル（１）はダブル母屋（３ｂ）に
おいて及び側端部の屋根パネル（１）はブレース（４）
においても横方向の力を十分支持し合掌全体の座屈は防
止される。又屋根パネル（１）にはその鋼フレーム
（２）に板材（５）が取り付けられており現場作業の負
担の軽減が図られる。

【考案の効果】本考案の屋根パネルの実施例は以上の通
りでありその効果を次に列記する。 （１）本考案の屋根パネルは特にダブル母屋を有すると
共にブレースが付加された屋根パネルも用いられるため
横方向の強度を十分有し合掌全体は座屈防止される。 （２）本考案の屋根パネルは特にダブル母屋を有すると
共にブレースが付加された屋根パネルも用いられるため
屋根構造自体につなぎ材を入れる必要がなく施工が容易
である。

  1. 【請求項１】 長方形の枠状の鋼製フレームと、該鋼製
    フーム内に所定間隔でダブル母屋を混ぜて張られたシン
    グル母屋と、前記鋼製フレーム内に張られたブレース
    と、鋼製フレームに取り付けられた板材とからなり、前
    記ブレースは、鋼製フレーム内の棟側端から軒先側へ隣
    接して並ぶ２か所に各々交差状に設け、前記鋼製フレー
    ム内における軒先側端の付近は前記ブレースの配置がな
    い部分とし、前記棟側と軒先側の交差状ブレースの間に
    前記ダブル母屋を配置した屋根パネル。
