Claims (5)
- 医薬品カプセル(P)が収容されるように、多数のカプセル収容溝(11)が形成されたガイドプレート(10)と、
前記ガイドプレート(10)の水平移動時、医薬品カプセル(P)が摩擦によって回動される底部摩擦面(20)と、
を含む構成を有することを特徴とする医薬品カプセルの外観検査装置。 - 前記カプセル収容溝(11)は、一定の角度(θ)の傾斜形状を有することを特徴とする 請求項1に記載の医薬品カプセルの外観検査装置。
- 前記床摩擦面(20)は、ガイドプレート(10)の水平移動方向と一定の角度をなす異なる方向に駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医薬品カプセルの外観検査装置。
- 前記カプセル収容溝(11)の内側面には、医薬品カプセル(P)との摩擦力を減少させるための摩擦低減コーティング層(12)がコーティング形成されるが、前記摩擦低減コーティング層(12)は、酸化カルシウム、ヒアルロン酸ナトリウム、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、ガリウムヒ素、エチレン樹脂の混合組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医薬品カプセルの外観検査装置。
- 前記摩擦低減コーティング層(12)には、ピリドキサールリン酸及び次亜リン酸マグネシウムの成分がさらに添加されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の医薬品カプセルの外観検査装置。
