Abstract
Description
本願は2021年9月30日に出願された、出願番号202111159354.7、発明の名称「正極シート、二次電池、電池モジュール、電池パック及び電力消費装置」の中国特許出願の優先権を主張し、該出願内容の全体は参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。

本願の第1態様によれば、正極集電体と、前記正極集電体の少なくとも一面にコーティングされた正極活物質層と、を含む正極シートを提供する。前記正極活物質層は、順に前記正極集電体の表面に積層された内層活物質層と、前記内層活物質層の表面に積層された外層活物質層と、を含む。
第2態様によれば、本願は、本願の第1態様に係る正極シートと、負極シートと、正極シートと負極シートとの間を隔てるセパレータと、電解液と、を含む二次電池を提供する。
本願の第3態様によれば、本願は、本願の第2態様に記載の二次電池を含む電池モジュールを提供する。いくつかの実施形態において、前記二次電池を電池モジュールに組み立てることができ、電池モジュールに含まれる二次電池の数は複数であってもよく、具体的な数は、電池モジュールの用途及び容量に応じて変更することができる。図3は一例としての電池モジュール4の斜視図である。図3を参照すると、電池モジュール4において、複数の二次電池5を電池モジュール4の長手方向に沿って順に並べて設置することができる。当然ながら、他の任意の方法で配置してもよい。また、該複数の二次電池5は締結具によって固定することができる。好ましくは、電池モジュール4は、複数の二次電池5が収容される収容空間を有するハウジングをさらに備えてもよい。
本願の第4態様によれば、本願は、本願の第3態様に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パックを提供する。いくつかの実施形態において、上記電池モジュールはさらに電池パックに組み立てることができ、電池パックに含まれる電池モジュールの数は、電池パックの用途及び容量に応じて変更することができる。図4は一例としての電池パック1の斜視図であり、図5は図4に示す電池パックの分解図である。図4及び図5を参照すると、電池パック1は、電池ケースと、電池ケース内に設置された複数の電池モジュール4と、を含むことができる。電池ケースは上筐体2及び下筐体3を含み、上筐体2は下筐体3に被せることができ、且つ電池モジュール4を収容するための密閉空間を形成する。複数の電池モジュール4は、任意の方法で電池ケース内に配置することができる。
本願の第5態様によれば、本願の第2態様に記載の二次電池又は本願の第3態様に記載の電池モジュール又は本願の第4態様に記載の電池パックを含む電力消費装置を提供する。前記二次電池又は前記電池モジュール又は前記電池パックは、前記電力消費装置の電源又は前記電力消費装置のエネルギー貯蔵ユニットとして用いられる。前記電力消費装置はモバイル機器(例えば携帯電話、ノートパソコン等)、電動車両(例えば純電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、電動自転車、電動スクーター、電動ゴルフカート、電動トラック等)、電車、船舶及び衛星、エネルギー貯蔵システム等であってもよいが、それらに限定されない。
実施例1~15及び比較例1~5の正極シート及び二次電池の製造:
実施例1~15、比較例1~5における二次電池に対して以下の特性試験を行う。

- 正極集電体と、前記正極集電体の少なくとも一面にコーティングされた正極活物質層と、を含み、
前記正極活物質層は、順に前記正極集電体の表面に積層された内層活物質層と、前記内層活物質層の表面に積層された外層活物質層と、を含み、
前記内層活物質層は、細孔径分布が3nm~10nmであり、好ましくは6nm~10nmである内層第1クラスと、細孔径分布が10nm~100nmであり、好ましくは10nm~84nmである内層第2クラスと、細孔径分布が0.1μm~2μmであり、好ましくは0.1μm~1.26μmである内層第3クラスの、3つのクラスの細孔径分布を有し、
前記外層活物質層は、細孔径分布が0.5nm~3nmであり、好ましくは1nm~3nmである外層第1クラスと、細孔径分布が10nm~100nmであり、好ましくは60nm~100nmである外層第2クラスと、細孔径分布が0.1μm~2μmであり、好ましくは0.45μm~2μmである外層第3クラスの、3つのクラスの細孔径分布を有する正極シート。 - 前記内層活物質層は内層導電剤及び内層活物質を含み、前記内層導電剤の比表面積は300m2/g~1000m2/gであり、好ましくは、800m2/g~1000m2/gであり、及び/又は、
前記外層活物質層は外層導電剤及び外層活物質を含み、前記外層導電剤の比表面積は1000m2/g~2500m2/gであり、好ましくは2000m2/g~2500m2/gである、請求項1に記載の正極シート。 - 前記内層活物質は内層第1活物質及び内層第2活物質を含み、前記内層第1活物質の粒径分布は24nm~600nmであり、好ましくは24nm~200nmであり、前記内層第2活物質の粒径分布は0.25μm~13μmであり、好ましくは0.5μm~3μmであり、及び/又は、
前記外層活物質は外層第1活物質及び外層第2活物質を含み、前記外層第1活物質の粒径分布は24nm~600nmであり、好ましくは200nm~400nmであり、前記外層第2活物質の粒径分布は0.25μm~13μmであり、好ましくは3μm~8μmである、請求項1又は2に記載の正極シート。 - 前記内層第1活物質の粒径は、前記内層第3クラスの細孔径と異なり、及び/又は、前記外層第1活物質の粒径は、前記外層第3クラスの細孔径と異なる、請求項3に記載の正極シート。
- 前記内層導電剤と内層活物質との質量比は(0.3~2):100であり、好ましくは(1.5~2):100であり、及び/又は、前記外層導電剤と外層活物質との質量比は(0.3~3):100であり、好ましくは(2.5~3):100である、請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の正極シート。
- 前記内層第1活物質と前記内層第2活物質との質量比は(0.3~3):1であり、好ましくは、(1~3):1であり、及び/又は、前記外層第1活物質と前記外層第2活物質との質量比は(0.3~3):1であり、好ましくは、(0.3~1):1である、請求項3乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の正極シート。
- 前記内層導電剤及び前記外層導電剤は、それぞれ独立して、活性炭及びカーボンナノチューブからなる群から選ばれる、請求項2乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の正極シート。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の正極シートを含む二次電池。
- 請求項8に記載の二次電池を含む電池モジュール。
- 請求項8に記載の二次電池、又は請求項9に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
- 請求項8に記載の二次電池、又は請求項9に記載の電池モジュール、又は請求項10に記載の電池パックを含む電力消費装置。
