Claims (6)
- 少なくともバインダーと可塑剤とからなる成形用コンパウンドの製造方法であって、前記バインダーおよび前記可塑剤は、プラスチゾルとして形成されており、前記プラスチゾルは、実質的にPVCと可塑剤とから構成されている方法であって、前記製造方法を、
PVC粉末と、ある量の可塑剤とを、必要に応じて他の添加物および/または添加剤とともに混合工程に供し、前記混合工程を55~70℃の混合温度で行う
ことにより行うことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記可塑剤の含有量が、32~60重量%、好ましくは35~55重量%、特に好ましくは38~53重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記可塑剤が、フタレート不含および/またはフタレート含有可塑剤として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記フタレート不含の可塑剤が、クエン酸をベースとして、アジピン酸をベースとしておよび/または安息香酸エステルをベースとして構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。
- 好ましく使用される前記フタレート不含の可塑剤が、クエン酸アセチルトリブチル、アセチルクエン酸トリ(2-エチルヘキシル)、クエン酸トリオクチル、クエン酸トリデシル、クエン酸トリブチル、クエン酸トリヘキシル、クエン酸トリエチル、アジピン酸ジオクチル、アジピン酸ジイソデシル、アジピン酸ジイソノニル、1,2-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸ジイソノニルエステル、モノグリセリドの酢酸エステル、安息香酸塩、または前記物質の少なくとも2つの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記成形用コンパウンドが、少なくとも
20~68重量% バインダー
32~60重量% 可塑剤
0~40重量% 充填剤
0~20重量% 他の添加物
から構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
