Claims (10)
- 基板を塗布して極片を形成するための塗布システムであって、
相互に独立した少なくとも2つの分配キャビティが設けられ、各分配キャビティはそれぞれ塗布開口を有する塗布ヘッドと、
前記分配キャビティに接続され、前記分配キャビティにスラリーを供給するために使用される供給装置と、
少なくとも1つの分配キャビティと前記供給装置間に設けられ、対応の分配キャビティと前記供給装置を連通または遮断するために使用される弁とを含む、塗布システム。 - 前記塗布システムはバックローラをさらに含み、前記バックローラは前記基板を転送するために使用され、
各前記塗布開口の吐出方向が前記バックローラの直径の延伸方向と一致している、請求項1に記載の塗布システム。 - 前記少なくとも2つの分配キャビティの1つの分配キャビティの塗布開口の吐出方向は水平に配置される、請求項1または2に記載の塗布システム。
- 前記塗布システムは吸着装置をさらに含み、前記吸着装置は前記塗布開口において安定した空気圧を維持するために使用される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の塗布システム。
- 前記塗布システムはマーキング装置をさらに含み、前記マーキング装置は前記塗布ヘッドの下流に配置され、前記マーキング装置は前記基板の非塗布領域をマーキングして、薄塗布位置または非塗布位置をマーキングするために使用される、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の塗布システム。
- 前記分配キャビティの数は2つであり、
前記塗布ヘッドは下型、中型および上型を含み、
前記上型の下面と前記中型の上面間に1つの分配キャビティが形成され、前記中型の下面と前記下型の上面間にもう1つの分配キャビティが形成される、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の塗布システム。 - 前記塗布ヘッドは2つのガスケットをさらに含み、前記2つのガスケットはそれぞれ前記上型と前記中型間、前記中型と前記下型間に設けられ、
前記塗布開口は前記ガスケットに設けられる、請求項6に記載の塗布システム。 - 前記上型と前記中型は枢動可能に接続され、前記中型と前記下型は枢動可能に接続され、
前記塗布ヘッドは第1クランプ部材と第2クランプ部材をさらに含み、前記第1クランプ部材は、前記上型と前記中型を閉じるとき前記上型と前記中型を固定するために使用され、前記第2クランプ部材は、前記中型と前記下型を閉じるとき前記中型と前記下型を固定するために使用される、請求項6または7に記載の塗布システム。 - 前記供給装置の数は少なくとも2つであり、前記供給装置は前記分配キャビティと1対1で対応し、
前記供給装置は貯蔵タンクと供給ポンプを含み、前記供給ポンプは前記貯蔵タンク内のスラリーを前記分配キャビティに圧送するために使用される、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の塗布システム。 - 前記弁は弁本体、第1弁コア、第2弁コア、第1駆動部材と第2駆動部材を含み、
前記弁本体に材料入口、材料戻り口および排出口が設けられ、前記排出口は前記分配キャビティに連通し、前記材料入口は前記供給ポンプの出口に連通し、前記材料戻り口は前記貯蔵タンクに連通し、
前記第1駆動部材は、前記第1弁コアを駆動して前記弁本体内で移動させ、前記材料入口と前記排出口を連通または遮断するように構成され、
前記第2駆動部材は、前記第2弁コアを駆動して前記弁本体内で移動させ、前記排出口と前記材料戻り口を連通または遮断するように構成される、請求項9に記載の塗布システム。
