Abstract
Description
本出願は、2020年12月10日付の韓国特許出願第10-2020-0172032号及びこれに基づいて2021年07月20日付で再出願された韓国特許出願第10-2021-0094849号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として組み込まれる。
前記(a-1)ポリアリーレンエーテル樹脂は、一例として、ベース樹脂100重量部中に50~95重量%、好ましくは55~90重量%、より好ましくは60~85重量%、さらに好ましくは65~82重量%、より一層好ましくは67~82重量%であってもよく、この範囲内で、機械的物性及び耐熱性に優れるという効果がある。
前記(a-2)ポリスチレン樹脂は、一例として、ベース樹脂100重量部中に5~50重量%、好ましくは10~45重量%、より好ましくは15~40重量%、さらに好ましくは18~35重量%、より一層好ましくは18~33重量%であってもよく、この範囲内で、衝撃強度及び引張強度などの機械的物性に優れるという効果がある。
前記(b)リン含量が異なる2種以上の有機リン系難燃剤は、一例として、ベース樹脂100重量部を基準として8.5~16重量部、好ましくは9~15重量部、より好ましくは10~15重量部、さらに好ましくは10~14重量部であってもよく、この場合に、難燃性に優れながらも、機械的物性に優れるという効果がある。
前記(c)有機粘土は、一例として、ベース樹脂100重量部を基準として0.5~3重量部、好ましくは1~2.5重量部、より好ましくは1~2重量部であってもよく、この範囲内で、機械的物性、加工性などを高く維持しながらも、耐熱性に優れるという効果を提供することができる。
前記(d)粉砕雲母は、一例として、ベース樹脂100重量部を基準として0.5~3.5重量部、好ましくは0.7~3重量部、より好ましくは1~2.5重量部、さらに好ましくは1~2重量部であってもよく、この範囲内で、耐衝撃性、耐熱性及び絶縁性に優れるという効果がある。
前記(e)アルカリ土類金属の硫酸塩は、一例として、ベース樹脂100重量部を基準として1~4重量部、好ましくは1~3.5重量部、より好ましくは1~3重量部であってもよく、この範囲内で、絶縁性が向上しながらも、耐衝撃性に優れるという効果がある。
前記(f)多官能反応化剤は、一例として、ベース樹脂100重量部を基準として1~5重量部、好ましくは1.5~4.5重量部、より好ましくは1.8~4重量部、さらに好ましくは2~3.5重量部であってもよく、この範囲内で、引張強度、衝撃強度などの機械的物性、絶縁性、耐熱性、及び難燃性がいずれも優れるという効果がある。
本記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、好ましくは、ASTM D3638に準拠して射出試片(サイズ:50mm×50mm×3mm)の電気絶縁特性を測定した耐トラッキング性が255Volt以上、より好ましくは290Volt以上、さらに好ましくは320Volt以上、より一層好ましくは320~400Volt、特に好ましくは330~380Volt、特にさらに好ましくは340~370Voltであってもよく、この範囲内で、物性バランスに優れながら、難燃性、機械的物性及び電気絶縁性に優れるという効果がある。
本記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法は、好ましくは、(a-1)ポリアリーレンエーテル樹脂50~95重量%及び(a-2)ポリスチレン樹脂5~50重量%を含むベース樹脂100重量部と、(b)リン含量が異なる2種以上の有機リン系難燃剤8.5~16重量部と、(c)有機粘土0.5~3重量部と、(d)粉砕雲母0.5~3.5重量部と、(e)硫酸バリウム1~4重量部と、(f)多官能反応化剤1~5重量部とを含んで混練及び押出するステップを含み、前記混練及び押出は、混練ブロックが9個以上である押出機を用いて行うことを特徴とし、このような場合、衝撃強度、引張強度などの機械的物性、耐熱性、電気絶縁性及び難燃性がいずれも優れるという利点がある。
本記載の成形品は、本記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物を含むことを特徴とし、この場合、衝撃強度、引張強度などの機械的物性、耐熱性、電気絶縁性及び難燃性がいずれも優れるという利点がある。
下記実施例及び比較例で使用された物質は、次の通りである。
(a-1)ポリアリーレンエーテル樹脂、(a-2)ポリスチレン樹脂、(b-1)リン含量が9重量%である有機リン系難燃剤、(b-2)リン含量が25重量%である有機リン系難燃剤、(c)有機粘土、(d)粉砕雲母、(e)アルカリ土類金属の硫酸塩及び(f)多官能反応化剤を、下記表1及び表2に記載された含量で、混合ブロックが10個である二軸押出機(SM社のT40)を用いて、温度250~310℃、回転数(rpm)300rpmに設定し、溶融混練及び押出してペレットに製造し、前記ペレットを射出機(エンゲル社、80トン)を用いて評価用試片を製造した。製造された試片を常温(20~26℃)で48時間以上放置した後、物性を測定し、下記表1及び表2に示した。
前記実施例1~8及び比較例1~11で製造された試片の特性を下記のような方法で測定し、その結果を下記の表1及び表2に示した。
*引張強度(MPa):ISO 527に準拠して、U.T.M(製造社;Instron、モデル名;4466)を用いてクロスヘッドスピード(cross head speed)5mm/minで引っ張った後、試片が切断される地点を測定した。
Claims (16)
- (a-1)ポリアリーレンエーテル樹脂50~95重量%及び(a-2)ポリスチレン樹脂5~50重量%を含むベース樹脂100重量部と、
(b)リン含量が異なる2種以上の有機リン系難燃剤8.5~16重量部と、
(c)有機粘土0.5~3重量部と、
(d)粉砕雲母0.5~3.5重量部と、
(e)アルカリ土類金属の硫酸塩1~4重量部と、
(f)多官能反応化剤1~5重量部とを含む、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記(a-1)ポリアリーレンエーテル樹脂は、固有粘度が0.2~0.8dl/gである、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(a-2)ポリスチレン樹脂は、汎用ポリスチレン(general purpose polystyrene)、高衝撃ポリスチレン(high-impact polystyrene)、またはこれらの混合物である、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(b)リン含量が異なる2種以上の有機リン系難燃剤は、(b-1)リン含量が5~15重量%である有機リン系難燃剤、及び(b-2)リン含量が20~35重量%である有機リン系難燃剤を含む、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(b-1)有機リン系難燃剤と(b-2)有機リン系難燃剤の重量比((b-1):(b-2))は1.5:1~4.5:1である、請求項4に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(b)リン含量が異なる2種以上の有機リン系難燃剤は、リン酸エステル化合物、ホスフェート系難燃剤、ピロホスフェート(pyrophosphate)系難燃剤、ホスホネート(phosphonate)系難燃剤、金属置換されたホスフィネート(metal substituted phosphinate)系難燃剤、ホスファネート(phosphanate)系難燃剤及び金属リン酸塩からなる群から選択された1種以上である、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(c)有機粘土は、(c)有機粘土の総重量に対して有機改質剤を1~45重量%含む、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(d)粉砕雲母は、平均粒径が50~150μmである、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(e)アルカリ土類金属の硫酸塩は、平均粒径が0.05~3μmである、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(f)多官能反応化剤は、ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂、水素添加ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂、臭素化ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂、ビスフェノールF型エポキシ樹脂、ビスフェノールS型エポキシ樹脂、ノボラック型エポキシ樹脂、フェノールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂、クレゾールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂、N-グリシジル型エポキシ樹脂、ビスフェノールAのノボラック型エポキシ樹脂、ビキシレノール型エポキシ樹脂、ビフェノール型エポキシ樹脂、キレート型エポキシ樹脂、グリオキサール型エポキシ樹脂、アミノ基含有エポキシ樹脂、ゴム変性エポキシ樹脂、ジシクロペンタジエンフェノリック型エポキシ樹脂、ジグリシジルフタレート樹脂、ヘテロサイクリックエポキシ樹脂、テトラグリシジルキシレノイルエタン樹脂、シリコン変性エポキシ樹脂、及びε-カプロラクトン変性エポキシ樹脂からなる群から選択された1つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- (a-1)ポリアリーレンエーテル樹脂50~95重量%及び(a-2)ポリスチレン樹脂5~50重量%を含むベース樹脂100重量部と、
(b)リン含量が異なる2種以上の有機リン系難燃剤8.5~16重量部と、
(c)有機粘土0.5~3重量部と、
(d)粉砕雲母0.5~3.5重量部とを含み、
ASTM D3638に準拠して射出試片(サイズ:50mm×50mm×3mm)の電気絶縁特性を測定した際、耐トラッキング性が255Volt以上である、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、射出試片を60℃で7日間暴露させた後、UL94規格(Vertical Burning Test)に準拠して測定した難燃性がV-0グレード以上である、請求項1又は11に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、衝撃補強剤、難燃補助剤、滑剤、可塑剤、熱安定剤、滴下防止剤、酸化防止剤、相溶化剤、光安定剤、顔料、染料、無機物添加剤(ガラス繊維を除く)、ガラス繊維及び炭素繊維からなる群から選択された1つ以上を含む、請求項1又は11に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- (a-1)ポリアリーレンエーテル樹脂50~95重量%及び(a-2)ポリスチレン樹脂5~50重量%を含むベース樹脂100重量部と、(b)リン含量が異なる2種以上の有機リン系難燃剤8.5~16重量部と、(c)有機粘土0.5~3重量部と、(d)粉砕雲母0.5~3.5重量部と、(e)アルカリ土類金属の硫酸塩1~4重量部と、(f)多官能反応化剤1~5重量部とを含んで混練及び押出するステップを含み、
前記混練及び押出は、混練ブロックが9個以上である押出機を用いて行う、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - (a-1)ポリアリーレンエーテル樹脂50~95重量%及び(a-2)ポリスチレン樹脂5~50重量%を含むベース樹脂100重量部と、(b)リン含量が異なる2種以上の有機リン系難燃剤8.5~16重量部と、(c)有機粘土0.5~3重量部と、(d)粉砕雲母0.5~3.5重量部とを含んで混練及び押出して熱可塑性樹脂組成物を製造するステップを含み、
前記混練及び押出は、混練ブロックが9個以上である押出機を用いて行い、
