Abstract
Description
E1またはE2はそれぞれ独立して、置換または非置換された炭素数1~10のアルキル基、置換または非置換された炭素数2~20のエチレンオキシド基、置換または非置換された炭素数1~20のアルコキシ基、置換または非置換された炭素数1~20のシクロアルキル基、置換または非置換された炭素数7~20のアリール基、置換または非置換された炭素数5~20のヘテロアリール基、置換または非置換された炭素数5~20のシロキサン基からなる群より選ばれる1種以上であり、E1とE2とはそれぞれ同一または異なってもよく;
Pはポリオールであり;
Rはジイソシアネートであり;
xは2~50の整数であり;
yは2~100の整数であり;
前記ポリオール(P)の分子量は400g/mol~10,000g/molである。
xおよびyは前記化学式1で定義したとおりであり、
nは10~250の整数であり、
aは10~15の整数である。
(a)ポリオール(P)とジイソシアネート(R)とを反応させてプレポリマーを重合させる段階;
(b)前記段階(a)で構成されたプレポリマーを、親水性または疎水性官能基(E1またはE2)を含む鎖延長剤と反応させて、両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタンを製造する段階。
E1またはE2はそれぞれ独立して、置換または非置換された炭素数1~10のアルキル基、置換または非置換された炭素数2~20のエチレンオキシド基、置換または非置換された炭素数1~20のアルコキシ基、置換または非置換された炭素数1~20のシクロアルキル基、置換または非置換された炭素数7~20のアリール基、置換または非置換された炭素数5~20のヘテロアリール基、置換または非置換された炭素数5~20のシロキサン基からなる群より選ばれる1種以上であり、E1とE2とはそれぞれ同一または異なってもよい。
Claims (22)
- 下記化学式1で表される、親水性または疎水性官能基(E1またはE2)を有する鎖延長剤を含む、両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタン:
E1またはE2はそれぞれ独立して、置換または非置換された炭素数1~10のアルキル基、置換または非置換された炭素数2~20のエチレンオキシド基、置換または非置換された炭素数1~20のアルコキシ基、置換または非置換された炭素数1~20のシクロアルキル基、置換または非置換された炭素数7~20のアリール基、置換または非置換された炭素数5~20のヘテロアリール基、置換または非置換された炭素数5~20のシロキサン基からなる群より選ばれる1種であり、E1とE2とはそれぞれ同一または異なってもよく;
Pはポリオールであり;
Rはジイソシアネートであり;
xは2~50の整数であり;
yは2~100の整数であり;
前記ポリオール(P)の分子量は400g/mol~10,000g/molである。 - 前記両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタンは、ポリオール(P)とジイソシアネート(R)とのブロック共重合体としての熱可塑性ポリウレタン高分子である、請求項1に記載の両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタン。
- 前記ポリオール(P)は、ポリエーテル系(Polyether)、ポリカーボネート系(Polycarboante)、ポリエステル系(Polyester)およびシリコン系(Silicone)からなる群より選ばれる1種以上のポリオールである、請求項1に記載の両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタン。
- 前記ポリエーテル系(Polyether)のポリオールは、ポリエチレングリコール(PEG)、ポリプロピレングリコール(PPG)およびポリテトラメチレングリコール(PTMG)からなる群より選ばれる1種以上であり、ポリカーボネート系(Polycarboante)のポリオールは、ポリ(1,6-ヘキサメチレンカーボネート)ジオール(PHMCD)、ポリ(デカメチレンカーボネート)ジオール(PDMCD)、オリゴカーボネートジオールおよびポリヘキサメチレン-ペンタメチレンカーボネートジオール(PHMPMCD)からなる群より選ばれる1種以上であり、ポリエステル系(Polyester)のポリオールはポリラクチド(Polylactide:PLA)、ポリカプロラクトン(Polycaprolactone:PCL)およびポリエチレングリコールアジペート(Polyethyleneglycol adipate:PEGA)からなる群より選ばれる1種以上であり、シリコン系(Silicone)としてポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS)、ポリアリルシロキサンおよびポリアルキルシロキサン、これらの組み合わせ物からなる群より選ばれる1種以上である、請求項3に記載の両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタン。
- 前記ポリオール(P)それぞれの平均分子量は、400g/mol~10,000g/molである、請求項1に記載の両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタン。
- 前記ジイソシアネート(R)は、4,4’-ジシクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアネート(HMDI)、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)、1,4-シクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアネート(CHDI)、4,4’-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)、2,4-または2,6-トルエンジイソシアネート(TDI)、カルボジイミド-改質されたMDI、ポリメリックMDI、およびヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートからなる群より選ばれた1種以上である、請求項1に記載の両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタン。
- (a)ポリオール(P)とジイソシアネート(R)とを反応させてプレポリマーを重合させる段階;
(b)前記段階(a)で構成されたプレポリマーを親水性または疎水性官能基(E1またはE2)を含む鎖延長剤と反応させて請求項1による両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタンを製造する方法。 - 前記ポリオール(P)は、ポリエーテル系(Polyether)、ポリカーボネート系(Polycarboante)、ポリエステル系(Polyester)およびシリコン系(Silicone)からなる群より選ばれる1種以上のポリオールである、請求項8に記載の両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタンの製造方法。
- 前記プレポリマー中のポリオール(P)それぞれの平均分子量は、400g/mol~10,000g/molである、請求項8に記載の両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタンの製造方法。
- 前記ジイソシアネート(R)は、4,4’-ジシクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアネート(HMDI)、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)、1,4-シクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアネート(CHDI)、4,4’-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)、2,4-または2,6-トルエンジイソシアネート(TDI)、カルボジイミド-改質されたMDI、ポリメリックMDI、およびヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートからなる群より選ばれた1種以上である、請求項8に記載の両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタンの製造方法。
- 前記鎖延長剤は下記化学式10の構造で表される、請求項8に記載の両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタンの製造方法:
E1またはE2はそれぞれ独立して、置換または非置換された炭素数1~10のアルキル基、置換または非置換された炭素数2~20のエチレンオキシド基、置換または非置換された炭素数1~20のアルコキシ基、置換または非置換された炭素数1~20のシクロアルキル基、置換または非置換された炭素数7~20のアリール基、置換または非置換された炭素数5~20のヘテロアリール基、置換または非置換された炭素数5~20のシロキサン基からなる群より選ばれる1種以上であり、E1とE2とはそれぞれ同一または異なってもよい。 - 前記段階(a)においてポリオール(P)とジイソシアネート(R)との当量比は、ポリオール:ジイソシアネートとして0.5~1:1~5である、請求項8に記載の両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタンの製造方法。
- 前記段階(b)においてプレポリマーと親水性または疎水性官能基を含む鎖延長剤との当量比は、プレポリマー:親水性または疎水性官能基を含む鎖延長剤として0.5~1:1~4である、請求項8に記載の両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタンの製造方法。
- 前記ポリオール(P)は、両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタンの全体重量に対して30~97重量%で使用される、請求項8に記載の両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタンの製造方法。
- 前記ジイソシアネートは、両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタンの全体重量に対して2~60重量%で使用される、請求項8に記載の両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタンの製造方法。
- 前記親水性または疎水性官能基を含む鎖延長剤は、両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタンの全体重量に対して1~20重量%で使用される、請求項8に記載の両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタンの製造方法。
- 請求項1による両親媒性熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含む、物品。
- 前記物品は医療用物品または装置である、請求項19に記載の物品。
- 前記医療用物品は埋め込み可能なものである、請求項19に記載の物品。
- 前記埋め込み可能な医療用物品は電気化学的センサである、請求項21に記載の物品。
