本出願は、2020年10月21日付の韓国特許出願第10-2020-0136605号及びこれに基づいて2021年06月17日付で再出願された韓国特許出願第10-2021-0078390号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として組み込まれる。
共役ジエン系重合体、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる第1グラフト共重合体;アクリルゴム系重合体、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる第2グラフト共重合体;及び芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる熱可塑性共重合体;を含むベース樹脂と、
熱可塑性ポリアミド弾性体と、
エチレン共重合体と、
金属顔料とを含み、
前記ベース樹脂100重量部に対する熱可塑性ポリアミド弾性体の重量をaとし、前記ベース樹脂100重量部に対する前記エチレン共重合体の重量をbとし、前記ベース樹脂の総100重量%中の前記第2グラフト共重合体の重量をcとするとき、b+c≧0.5aであることを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂組成物を提供する。

前記ベース樹脂は、加工性及び衝撃強度などの機械的物性、外観品質の維持、及び帯電防止剤を投入した素材の成形特性を考慮するとき、第1グラフト共重合体;第2グラフト共重合体;及び熱可塑性共重合体;を含むことが好ましい。
本発明の第1グラフト共重合体は、共役ジエン系重合体、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる。
本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は第2グラフト共重合体を含み、前記第2グラフト共重合体は、一例として、アクリルゴム系重合体、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる。
本発明の熱可塑性共重合体は、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる。
本発明において、前記熱可塑性ポリアミド弾性体は帯電防止剤の役割を担う。
本発明のエチレン共重合体は、前述した第2グラフト共重合体と併用して適切な含量で使用される場合、前述した熱可塑性ポリアミド弾性体と金属顔料の併用時に現れるスジをはじめとする表面品質の不良を解消し、改善された射出外観を提供するという効果がある。
前記金属顔料は、メタリック外観を形成する役割を担う。
前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、塗装外観品質及び外観物性などに影響を与えない範囲内で滑剤、光安定剤、帯電防止剤、離型剤、衝撃補強剤及び可塑剤から選択された1種以上の添加剤を含むことができる。
以下では、本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法に関して説明する。本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法を説明するにおいて、上述した熱可塑性樹脂組成物の内容を全て含む。
本発明の成形品は、一例として、本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物で製造されたものであってもよく、この場合、機械的特性及び帯電防止性に優れながら、射出品質及び外観に優れたメタリックカラーを有する成形品を提供するという効果がある。
下記実施例1~5、比較例1~7及び参照例1~4に用いられた材料は、次の通りである。
B)第2グラフト共重合体(ASA):平均粒径300nmのブチルアクリレート重合体50重量%、スチレン35重量%、アクリロニトリル15重量%
C-1)熱可塑性共重合体(バルク重合SAN):スチレン70重量%、アクリロニトリル30重量%、Mw120,000g/mol
C-2)熱可塑性共重合体(バルク重合SAN):スチレン68重量%、アクリロニトリル32重量%、Mw150,000g/mol
D-1)熱可塑性ポリアミド弾性体(ポリ(エーテル-ブロック-アミド)共重合体):融点200℃、密度1.14、IEC 60093により測定した表面抵抗1×107Ω/sq
D-2)熱可塑性ポリアミド弾性体(ポリ(エーテルエステル-ブロック-アミド)共重合体):融点202℃、IEC 60093により測定した表面抵抗1×109Ω/sq
E-1)エチレン共重合体:ビニルアセテート28重量%及びエチレン72重量%
E-2)エチレン共重合体:ビニルアセテート15重量%及びエチレン85重量%
E-3)エチレン共重合体:ビニルアセテート35重量%及びエチレン65重量%
F-1)金属顔料(アルミニウム顔料、Silverline社製、平均粒径20μm)
F-2)非金属無機顔料(製品名:BAYFERROX120、製造社:Lanxess)
それぞれ、下記表1~表3に記載された成分及び含量を、230℃に設定された二軸押出機に投入し、溶融混練及び押出してペレットを製造した。製造されたペレットを用いて溶融指数を測定した。
前記実施例1~5、比較例1~7、及び参照例1~3で製造されたペレット及び試験片を、下記に記載された方法により物性を測定し、その結果を下記表1~表3に共に示した。
Claims (20)
- 共役ジエン系重合体、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる第1グラフト共重合体;アクリルゴム系重合体、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる第2グラフト共重合体;及び芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる熱可塑性共重合体;を含むベース樹脂と、
熱可塑性ポリアミド弾性体と、
エチレン共重合体と、
金属顔料とを含み、
前記ベース樹脂100重量部に対する熱可塑性ポリアミド弾性体の重量をaとし、前記ベース樹脂100重量部に対する前記エチレン共重合体の重量をbとし、前記ベース樹脂の総100重量%中の前記第2グラフト共重合体の重量をcとするとき、b+c≧0.5aであることを特徴とする、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記第1グラフト共重合体と前記第2グラフト共重合体の重量比は3:1~5:1の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記ベース樹脂は、第1グラフト共重合体15~40重量%と、第2グラフト共重合体3~17重量%と、熱可塑性共重合体55~80重量%とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記エチレン共重合体は、エチレンビニルアセテート共重合体、エチレンブチルアクリレート共重合体、エチレンメチルアクリレート共重合体、エチレンエチルアクリレート共重合体、エチレンメチルメタクリレート共重合体、エチレンブテン共重合体及びエチレンオクテン共重合体から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記エチレン共重合体は、ベース樹脂100重量部に対して1~6重量部含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記エチレン共重合体は、ビニルアセテートを18~30重量%含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリアミド弾性体は、IEC 60093に準拠して測定した表面抵抗が1×107~1×109Ω/sqの範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリアミド弾性体は、ポリ(エーテル-ブロック-アミド)共重合体及びポリ(エーテルエステル-ブロック-アミド)共重合体から選択された1種以上を、ベース樹脂100重量部に対して5~20重量部で含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記金属顔料は、アルミニウム顔料、銅顔料及び銀顔料から選択された1種以上を、ベース樹脂100重量部に対して0.05~5重量部で含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記第1グラフト共重合体は、共役ジエン系ゴムの平均粒径が0.01~1μmであり、シェルの重量平均分子量が70,000~300,000g/molであることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記第1グラフト共重合体は、第1グラフト共重合体の総100重量%中、共役ジエン系重合体40~80重量%、芳香族ビニル系単量体10~45重量%及びビニルシアン系単量体1~25重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記第2グラフト共重合体は、アクリルゴムの平均粒径が0.01~1μmであり、シェルの重量平均分子量が70,000~300,000g/molであることを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記第2グラフト共重合体は、第2グラフト共重合体の総100重量%中、アクリルゴム系重合体40~70重量%、芳香族ビニル系単量体10~45重量%及びビニルシアン系単量体1~25重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記アクリルゴム系重合体は、ブチル(メタ)アクリレート重合体、2-エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート重合体及びヘキシルアクリレート重合体から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 熱可塑性共重合体の総100重量%中に芳香族ビニル系単量体50~90重量%及びビニルシアン系単量体10~50重量%を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- ビニルシアン系単量体の含量が異なる熱可塑性共重合体を2種以上含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 永久帯電防止用熱可塑性樹脂組成物であることを特徴とする、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 共役ジエン系重合体、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる第1グラフト共重合体;アクリルゴム系重合体、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる第2グラフト共重合体;及び芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を含んでなる熱可塑性共重合体;を含むベース樹脂と、熱可塑性ポリアミド弾性体と、エチレン共重合体と、金属顔料とを含む熱可塑性樹脂組成物を、溶融混練及び押出するステップを含み、
前記ベース樹脂100重量部に対する熱可塑性ポリアミド弾性体の重量をaとし、前記ベース樹脂100重量部に対する前記エチレン共重合体の重量をbとし、前記ベース樹脂の総100重量%中の前記第2グラフト共重合体の重量をcとするとき、b+c≧0.5aである、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - 請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物で製造される、成形品。
- 前記成形品は、IEC 60093に準拠した表面抵抗が1×1012Ω/sq以下であり、ASTM E97に準拠した光沢度(45°)が100以上であることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の成形品。
