Description
Claims (30)
- 第1の開口部を有する浸漬冷却タンクから少なくとも1つの電子デバイスをホットスワップするためのデバイスであって、
前記浸漬冷却タンクの第1の開口部に取り出し可能に配置可能な凝縮デバイスであって、前記少なくとも1つの電子デバイスを取り出し可能な第2の開口部を形成する凝縮コイルを含む凝縮デバイスと、
前記浸漬冷却タンクの第1の開口部の周りで前記凝縮デバイスの高さ及び位置の少なくとも一方を選択的に調節するために前記凝縮デバイスに結合された装置と
を含むデバイス。 - 前記凝縮デバイスは、前記凝縮コイルに接続された外縁部分をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記装置はクレーンを含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記クレーンは、
前記凝縮デバイスの高さを調節するための昇降アームと、
前記凝縮デバイスの位置を調節するために前記昇降アームに動作可能に結合された可動プラットフォームと、
前記可動プラットフォームを位置決めするために可動プラットフォームの底部に動作可能に結合された複数のキャスタと
を含む、請求項3に記載のデバイス。 - 前記クレーンは、自家動力デバイス、外部動力デバイス、フォークリフト、及びトラックからなる群から選択される可動デバイスに組み込まれる、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記凝縮デバイスと流体連通する冷却剤容器と、
前記冷却剤容器から前記凝縮デバイスへ冷却剤流体を循環させるためのチラーポンプと
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記電子デバイスに選択的に取り付け可能なアイテムロックをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記アイテムロックの高さを調節するための装置をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記アイテムロックの高さを調節するための装置はプーリシステムを含む、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記プーリシステムは、
複数のシーブと、
ウィンチと、
前記複数のシーブを通して配置され、前記ウィンチに動作可能に取り付けられた近位端と、前記アイテムロックに動作可能に取り付けられた遠位端とを有する巻き上げワイヤと
を含む、請求項9に記載のデバイス。 - 前記ウィンチは、手動ウィンチ及びモータ駆動ウィンチの少なくとも一方である、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記アイテムロックの高さを調節するための装置は、チェーンホイスト/フォークリフトアセンブリ又はベルト駆動/フォークリフトアセンブリの少なくとも一方を含む、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記チェーンホイスト/フォークリフトアセンブリは、
複数のギアホイールと、
前記ギアホイールの少なくとも1つに動作可能に結合されたウィンチと、
前記ギアホイールの周りに配置されたローラチェーンと、
前記ローラチェーンに動作可能に結合された取り付けブラケットと
を含む、請求項12に記載のデバイス。 - 前記アイテムロックは振動モータをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記アイテムロックの高さを調節するためのデバイスは、ガントリ型オーバーヘッドクレーン、モノレール型オーバーヘッドクレーン、ブリッジ型オーバーヘッドクレーンのうちの少なくとも1つを含むから構成される群から選択される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記アイテムロックの高さを調節するためのデバイスは、曲がった延長ロッドを含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記曲がった延長ロッドは、昇降タワーに動作可能に結合される、請求項16に記載のデバイス。
- 前記昇降タワーは、前記浸漬冷却タンクに固定されるもの及び前記浸漬冷却タンクに沿って選択的に移動可能であるものの少なくとも1つである、請求項17に記載のデバイス。
- 前記凝縮コイルの外周面は、前記浸漬冷却タンクの内周面内に嵌合するように適合される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記外縁部分の少なくとも1つの外周寸法は、前記浸漬冷却タンクの少なくとも1つの内周寸法よりも大きい、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記凝縮デバイスが、選択的に可変な第2の開口部を有する調節可能な凝縮デバイスを含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記浸漬冷却タンクの第1の開口部のためのカバーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記カバーは、一定の開口部寸法又は可変の開口部寸法の少なくとも一方を有するシートを含む、請求項22に記載のデバイス。
- 第1の開口部を有する浸漬冷却タンクから少なくとも1つの電子デバイスをホットスワップする方法であって、
第2の開口部を形成する凝縮コイルを含む凝縮デバイスを提供することと、
前記浸漬冷却タンクの第1の開口部の周りで前記凝縮デバイスの高さ及び位置を選択的に調節することと、
前記第2の開口部を通して前記浸漬冷却タンクにアイテムロックを挿入することと、
前記第2の開口部を通して前記浸漬冷却タンクから少なくとも1つの電子デバイスを取り出すことと
を含む方法。 - 前記凝縮デバイスの高さ及び位置を選択的に調節することはクレーンを使用することを含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記アイテムロックを挿入することは、前記アイテムロックを上げることと下げることの少なくとも一方にプーリシステムを使用することを含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の開口部は前記第1の開口部よりも小さい、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 第1の開口部を有する浸漬冷却タンクから少なくとも1つの電子デバイスをホットスワップする際に使用するための凝縮デバイスであって、前記少なくとも1つの電子デバイスを取り出し可能な第2の開口部を形成する凝縮コイルを含む凝縮デバイス。
- 前記凝縮コイルに接続された外縁部分をさらに含む、請求項28に記載の凝縮デバイス。
- 前記外縁部分の少なくとも1つの外周寸法は、前記浸漬冷却タンクの少なくとも1つの内周寸法よりも大きい、請求項29に記載の凝縮デバイス。
