本発明はまた、この被覆ステンレス鋼基材の製造方法に関する。
Description
C≦1.2%、
Cr≧11.0%、
Ni≧8.0%
及び純粋に任意の基準で、以下のような1種以上の元素

N≦1.0%、

Mo≦6.0%、
Ce≦1.0%
を含み、残余は鉄及び精錬から生じる不可避の不純物からなる、被覆ステンレス鋼基材からなる。
- ナノグラファイトの横方向サイズは1~65μmの間であり、
- ナノグラファイトの幅サイズは2~15μmの間であり、
- ナノグラファイトの厚さは1~100nmの間であり、
- 皮膜中のナノグラファイトの濃度は5重量%~70重量%の間であり、
- 皮膜中のケイ酸ナトリウム濃度は35重量%~75重量%の間であり、
- バインダーに対するナノグラファイトの重量比は0.05~0.9の間であり、
- 皮膜の厚さは10~250μmの間であり、
- 皮膜はさらに粘土、シリカ、石英、カオリン、酸化アルミニウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化ケイ素、酸化チタン、酸化イットリウム、酸化亜鉛、チタン酸アルミニウム、炭化物又はそれらの混合物を含む。
A. 重量パーセントで、最大1.2%のC、少なくとも11.0%のCr及び少なくとも8.0%のNiを含み、組成の残余は鉄及び精錬から生じる不可避の不純物であるステンレス鋼基材を提供するステップ、
B. ステンレス鋼基材の少なくとも一部へ、ナノグラファイト及びケイ酸ナトリウムであるバインダーを含む水性混合物を堆積させて、皮膜を形成するステップ、
C. 任意に、ステップB)で得られた皮膜を乾燥させるステップ。
- ステップB)において、皮膜の堆積は、スピンコーティング、スプレーコーティング、浸漬コーティング、又はブラシコーティングにより実施され、
- ステップB)において、水性混合物は、40~110g/Lのナノグラファイト及び40~80g/Lのバインダーを含み、
- ステップC)において、乾燥を施す場合は、乾燥は50~150℃の間の温度で実施され、
- ステップC)において、乾燥を施す場合は、乾燥は5~60分間実施される。
A. 本発明によるステンレス鋼基材を提供するステップ、
B. ステンレス鋼基材の少なくとも一部へナノグラファイト及びケイ酸ナトリウムであるバインダーを含む水性混合物を堆積させて、本発明による皮膜を形成するステップ、
C. 任意に、ステップB)で得られた被覆ステンレス鋼基材を乾燥させるステップ。
試験例1及び2については、横方向サイズが2~10μmの間、幅が2~15μmの間、厚さが1~100nmの間の50g/Lのナノグラファイト及びバインダーとして25.6~27.6重量%のSiO2及び7.5~8.5重量%のNa2Oを含む水溶液の形態の60g/Lのケイ酸ナトリウムを含む水性混合物をブラッシングすることにより、ステンレス鋼1及び2を被覆した。その後、75℃で60分間、熱気を含む炉内で皮膜を乾燥させた。皮膜は厚さ130μmで、45重量%のナノグラファイト及び55重量%のバインダーを含んでいた。
試験例1~6を、0.2%のAl及び0.02%のFeを含む亜鉛をベースとする浴に2週間浸漬した。2週間後、非接着性の亜鉛薄膜が試験例上に存在した。亜鉛の膜は試験例から容易に剥離できた。本発明の皮膜は、全ての試験例上に依然として存在していた。亜鉛の浸食は出現しなかった。
Claims (17)
- ナノグラファイト及びケイ酸ナトリウムであるバインダーを含有する皮膜を含む被覆ステンレス鋼基材であって、該ステンレス鋼基材は重量パーセントで以下の組成、すなわち、
C≦1.2%、
Cr≧11.0%、
Ni≧8.0%
及び純粋に任意の基準で、以下のような1種以上の元素
Nb≦6.0%、
B≦1.0%、
Ti≦3.0%、
Cu≦5.0%、
Co≦3.0%、
N≦1.0%、
V≦3.0%、
Si≦4.0%、
Mn≦5.0%、
P≦0.5%、
S≦0.5%、
Mo≦6.0%、
Ce≦1.0%
を含み、残余は鉄及び精錬から生じる不可避の不純物からなる、被覆ステンレス鋼基材。 - 前記ナノグラファイトの横方向のサイズが1~65μmの間である、請求項1に記載の被覆ステンレス鋼基材。
- 前記ナノグラファイトの幅サイズが2~15μmの間である、請求項1又は2に記載の被覆ステンレス鋼基材。
- 前記ナノグラファイトの厚さが1~100nmの間である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の被覆ステンレス鋼基材。
- 前記皮膜中のナノグラファイトの濃度が5重量%~70重量%の間である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の被覆ステンレス鋼基材。
- 前記皮膜中のケイ酸ナトリウムの濃度が35重量%~75重量%の間である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の被覆ステンレス鋼基材。
- 前記バインダーに対するナノグラファイトの重量比が0.05~0.9の間である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の被覆ステンレス鋼基材。
- 前記皮膜の厚さが10~250μmの間である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の被覆ステンレス鋼基材。
- 前記皮膜が、粘土、シリカ、石英、カオリン、酸化アルミニウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化ケイ素、酸化チタン、酸化イットリウム、酸化亜鉛、チタン酸アルミニウム、炭化物又はそれらの混合物をさらに含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の被覆ステンレス鋼基材。
- 被覆ステンレス鋼基材の製造方法であって、連続する以下のステップ
A. 重量パーセントで、最大1.2%のC、少なくとも11.0%のCr及び少なくとも8.0%のNiを含み、組成の残余は鉄及び精錬から生じる不可避の不純物であるステンレス鋼基材を提供するステップ、
B. ステンレス鋼基材の少なくとも一部へ、ナノグラファイト及びケイ酸ナトリウムであるバインダーを含む水性混合物を堆積させて、皮膜を形成するステップ、
C. 任意に、ステップB)で得られた皮膜を乾燥させるステップ
を含む、方法。 - ステップB)において、皮膜の堆積をスピンコーティング、スプレーコーティング、浸漬コーティング、又はブラシコーティングにより行う、請求項10に記載の方法。
- ステップB)において、前記水性混合物は、40~110g/Lのナノグラファイト及び40~80g/Lのバインダーを含む、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- ステップC)において、乾燥を施す場合、乾燥は50~150℃の間の温度で行われる、請求項10~12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップC)において、乾燥を施す場合、乾燥は5~60分間の間行われる、請求項10~13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 鋼帯を溶融めっきする方法であって、浴中に少なくとも部分的に浸漬した設備の部分を含む溶融金属浴を通って鋼帯を移動させるステップを含み、前記設備の部分の少なくとも一部が請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の被覆ステンレス鋼基材で作られる、方法。
- 浴中に少なくとも部分的に浸漬した設備の部分を含む溶融金属浴を備えた溶融めっき施設において、前記設備の部分の少なくとも一部が請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の被覆ステンレス基材で作られる、施設。
- 前記設備の部分は、スナウト、オーバーフロー、シンクロール、安定化ロール、ロール支持アーム、ロールフランジ、パイプライン、及びポンプエレメントの中から選択される、請求項16に記載の溶融めっき施設。
