Claims (3)
- 電流検出部を有する基板と、
前記基板に電気的に接続される第一接続部と、前記第一接続部から前記基板と直交するように突出している中間部と、シャント抵抗に電気的に接続される第二接続部と、前記第二接続部と前記中間部とをつないでいる屈曲部と、を有する接続端子と、
前記中間部と一体成型されて前記中間部を保持しており、かつ前記基板によって支持される樹脂製の保持部材と、
前記保持部材によって保持される基部と、前記保持部材から突出する突出部とを有し、前記突出部が前記基板にはんだ付けされることにより前記保持部材を前記基板に固定する固定端子と、
前記基板、前記接続端子、前記固定端子、および前記保持部材を収容し、かつ前記第二接続部を露出させる開口を有するケースと、
前記開口と対向するように前記ケースに対して外側に配置され、かつ前記第二接続部に対してねじ部材によって締結される前記シャント抵抗と、
を備えることを特徴とする電流検出装置。 - 前記第二接続部は、前記シャント抵抗と接触する平板状の本体と、前記本体から前記基板の側に向けて突出した円筒状の雌ねじ部と、を有し、
前記シャント抵抗は、貫通孔を有し、かつ前記貫通孔を前記雌ねじ部と対向させており、
前記ねじ部材は、前記貫通孔に挿入され、かつ前記雌ねじ部に螺合して前記第二接続部と前記シャント抵抗とを締結する
請求項1に記載の電流検出装置。 - 前記保持部材は、二つの前記接続端子の前記中間部を保持しており、
二つの前記雌ねじ部は、前記保持部材と対向しており、
前記固定端子は、前記基板を平面視した場合に二つの前記雌ねじ部の間に配置されている
請求項2に記載の電流検出装置。
