Claims (7)
- 原紙と、前記原紙に形成された被膜とからなる食品用容器であって、
前記被膜が、水とコンニャクマンナンとアルカリとを混合、撹拌することでアセチル基を遊離させて膨潤抑制した変性マンナンに中和剤を加え、膨潤した中性または酸性のマンナンゾルを、前記原紙に塗布して乾燥させたものである、
ことを特徴とする食品用容器。 - 前記被膜が、
前記マンナンゾルを、少なくとも50μm以上の厚さで塗布して乾燥させたものである、
請求項1に記載の食品用容器。 - 前記被膜が、
前記マンナンゾルを、少なくとも100μm以上の厚さで塗布して乾燥させたものである、
請求項1に記載の食品用容器。 - 前記被膜が、
前記マンナンゾルを、少なくとも200μm以上の厚さで塗布して乾燥させたものである、
請求項1に記載の食品用容器。 - 原紙と、前記原紙に形成された被膜とからなる紙製品であって、
前記被膜が、水とコンニャクマンナンとアルカリとを混合、撹拌することでアセチル基を遊離させて膨潤抑制したマンナンに中和剤を加え、膨潤した中性または酸性のマンナンゾルを、前記原紙に塗布して乾燥させたものである、
ことを特徴とする紙製品。 - 前記紙製品は、
