VILLAMARの米国仮特許出願第61/946,690号の優先権を主張する、現在の米国特許第9,585,315号である、2015年2月27日付けで出願された「SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SOLAR GREENHOUSE AQUAPONICS AND BLACK SOLDIER FLY COMPOSTER AND AUTO FISH FEEDER」という名称を有するCarlos R. VILLAMARの米国特許出願第14/633,387号の一部継続である、現在の米国特許第9,788,496号である、2017年3月1日付けで出願された「SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SOLAR GREENHOUSE AQUAPONICS AND BLACK SOLDIER FLY COMPOSTER AND AUTO FISH FEEDER」という名称を有する、Carlos R. Claims (10)
- アクアポニックス及び温室システムであって、
冬の太陽光を極大化するための角度で太陽に対向する側におけるグレージングとハウジングとを有する断熱されたソーラー温室と
前記ソーラー温室内に収容された魚タンクと、
前記ソーラー温室内に収容された植物成長エリアと、
前記ソーラー温室内に収容されたキノコ成長エリアと、
前記ソーラー温室内に収容された、且つ、前記植物成長エリアとキノコ成長エリアとの間に配設された、水壁サーマルマスと、
前記ソーラー温室内に収容された、且つ、前記キノコ成長エリア内に霧状の空気を提供するように構成された、自然空気換気システムと、を有し、
前記植物成長エリアによって生成されたO2は、前記自然空気換気システムによって受け取られ、且つ、前記キノコ成長エリアに提供され、且つ、前記キノコ成長エリアによって生成されたCO2は、前記植物成長エリアに提供される、システム。 - 前記魚タンクに結合され、また前記植物成長エリア内において前記ソーラー温室内に収容された、複数の成長ベッドであって、前記複数の成長ベッドのそれぞれは、前記魚タンクの内部の個々の魚タンク間欠式ポンプに結合され、
前記魚タンク間欠式ポンプは、前記魚タンクから前記成長ベッドに水をポンピングするべく、且つ、前記魚タンクの水に酸素供給するべく、外部空気ポンプによって動力供給されている、複数の成長ベッドと、
ハードフィルタであって、前記魚タンクに結合され、且つ、前記魚タンクから前記ハードフィルタに水をポンピングして前記魚タンクの水に酸素供給し且つフィルタリングするために、前記魚タンクの内部の、且つ、外部空気ポンプによって動力供給されるハードフィルタ間欠式ポンプを有する、ハードフィルタであり、藻類に酸素供給するべく藻類層の下方の外部空気ポンプによって動力供給される空気石を有する前記藻類層をその上部部分上に含むハードフィルタと、を更に有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記温室内において使用される真水を生成するべく前記植物成長エリアの下方に配設された脱塩システムを更に有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記自然空気換気システムは、
前記温室の前記屋根の下方に配設された、且つ、雨樋水リザーバに結合された、セカンダリ屋根プレナムと、
前記雨樋水リザーバに結合された、且つ、前記雨樋水リザーバからの水をフィルタリングするように構成された、水フィルタと、
前記フィルタに結合された、且つ、前記セカンダリ屋根プレナムの上部部分上の霧生成器噴霧ヘッドに前記フィルタリング済みの水をポンピングするように構成された水ポンプであって、水の霧が噴霧され、且つ、前記温室の前記屋根及び前記セカンダリ屋根プレナムによって形成されたチャネル内において凝縮し、且つ、前記雨樋水リザーバに戻るように構成された、水ポンプと、を更に有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記ハードフィルタは、
機械的なフィルタリング、生物学的なフィルタリング、化学的なフィルタリング、及び/又はUV光浄化と、
前記魚タンクに結合された出力を有する、且つ、前記魚タンクに提供される前記ハードフィルタの上部水面上において成長するウキクサを有する、ウキクサ自動魚給餌器と、を有する、請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 有機物を魚給餌用のアメリカミズアブ(BSF)幼虫に変換するための、且つ、内部ランプ及び外部ランプを有するBSFコンテナを有する、BSFコンポスティング及び自動魚給餌器を更に有し、前記内部ランプは前記BSFコンテナ内に配設され、且つ、前記外部ランプは、前記BSF幼虫が前記内部ランプを這い上がり、且つ、前記外部ランプから前記魚タンク内に前記魚給餌として落下しうるように前記内部ランプに結合され、且つ、前記魚タンク上にわたり配設されている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記温室内の温度、湿度、O2、及びCO2レベルを含む、前記温室の空気パラメータを計測するべく、前記温室内に配設されたガスプローブと、前記魚タンク水の溶存酸素、PH、硝酸塩、亜硝酸塩、アンモニア、及び導電性(EC)レベルを含む前記魚タンク水の水パラメータを計測するべく前記魚タンク内に配設された水プローブとを有する、スペクトルアナライザに基づいたセンサと、
前記スペクトルアナライザに基づいたセンサに結合され、且つ、前記計測された空気及び水パラメータレベルに基づいて前記空気及び水パラメータのうちの1つ又は複数を制御するように構成された、コンピュータと、を更に有する、請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記成長ベッドのそれぞれは、前記成長ベッドの外部の、且つ、前記水を前記成長ベッドから前記魚タンク内に戻るように、且つ、前記成長ベッドから前記個々のハイドロポニックタンク内に戻るように排水するように構成された、ベルサイフォンを含み、
それぞれのベルサイフォンは、開放端部及び閉鎖上部を有するベルサイフォンハウジングであって、前記ベルサイフォンハウジングの前記開放端部は、前記成長ベッドの下部に結合されている、ベルサイフォンハウジングと、前記ベルサイフォンハウジング内において延在し、且つ、前記水を前記成長ベッドから前記魚タンク内に戻るように、且つ、個々の弁を介して前記個々のハイドロポニックタンクに排水するべく前記魚タンクに結合された、ベルサイフォンスタンドパイプと、を有する、請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記魚タンク及びハードフィルタ間欠式ポンプのそれぞれは、開放下部及び閉鎖上部を有する間欠式ポンプハウジングであって、空気入口が、前記空気ポンプに結合された前記間欠式ポンプハウジング内に提供される、間欠式ポンプハウジングと、前記間欠式ポンプハウジングの前記閉鎖上部を通じて前記間欠式ポンプハウジングの内側に延在し、且つ、前記魚タンクからの前記水を前記成長ベッドの上部にポンピングし且つ前記水に酸素供給するべく前記成長ベッドの前記上部に結合された、間欠式ポンプスタンドパイプと、を有する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記温室の上部上に配設されたソーラーパネルと、
前記ソーラーパネル上に配設された、且つ、前記ソーラーパネル上の埃又は砂を清掃するように構成された、ソーラーパネル清掃装置と、を更に有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
