Abstract
Description

図7Aおよび図7Bは、支持ビーム720を含むことが可能である構造上に支持されたフィルタ媒体710を有するフィルタモジュール700を示す。フィルタ媒体710は、ビーム720上に取り付けられた個々のシート部材710を含む。スペーサ730は、媒体710間に一貫した間隔を保証し、一貫した断面の空気チャネル740を形成するのに役立つ。
Claims (20)
- 汚染物質を濾過する流体フィルタに使用するためのフィルタ媒体モジュールであって、
フィルタフレームと、
フィルタフレーム内に取り外し可能に設けられ、フィルタフレームを通過する最短経路を規定するフィルタ媒体とを含み、
フィルタ媒体が、フィルタ媒体を通過するチャネルを含み、各チャネルは、最短経路より長いチャネル経路長を規定することを特徴とするフィルタ媒体モジュール。 - フィルタ媒体は、複数層のフィルタ媒体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタ媒体モジュール。
- 複数層のフィルタ媒体は、スペーサによって分離されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のフィルタ媒体モジュール。
- スペーサは、円形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のフィルタ媒体モジュール。
- スペーサは、細長い形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のフィルタ媒体モジュール。
- スペーサは、接着剤であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のフィルタ媒体モジュール。
- 接着剤は、複数層の媒体を接続することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のフィルタ媒体モジュール。
- 接着剤は、VOCを発散させないことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のフィルタ媒体モジュール。
- 複数層のフィルタ媒体間のスペーサは、チャネルを形成することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のフィルタ媒体モジュール。
- 媒体は、活性炭材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のフィルタ媒体モジュール。
- 活性炭材料は、不織布媒体の間に設けられた炭素の顆粒または粉末を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のフィルタ媒体モジュール。
- 複数層のフィルタ媒体は、水平に積層されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のフィルタ媒体モジュール。
- 複数層のフィルタ媒体は、垂直に積層されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のフィルタ媒体モジュール。
- 角度は18~21度であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタ媒体モジュール。
