Claims (19)
- 能動電界分極媒体型エアクリーナ用のフィルタアセンブリであって、

前記導電性スクリーンに接着によって取付けられる導電性パッチとを含み、
前記プローブは、前記導電性パッチを介して前記導電性スクリーンに前記高電圧を供給し、前記パッチは、丸みを帯びた縁を有し、前記導電性スクリーンとは明確に区別される別個のものであることを特徴とするフィルタアセンブリ。 - 前記導電性スクリーンのいずれかまたは両側に配置されるフィルタ媒体をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記導電性スクリーンのいずれかまたは両側にある複数の接地スクリーンをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記プローブ近傍の前記接地スクリーンの領域に前記複数の接地スクリーンの少なくとも1つに取付けられる絶縁要素をさらに含み、前記絶縁要素はグランドへの前記高電圧の短絡を防止することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 少なくとも1つのフィルタ媒体パッドは、貫通孔を含み、前記プローブは前記貫通孔を通って延びて前記導電性パッチに接触することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 該アセンブリを接地する接地スクリーンをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記導電性パッチは、アルミニウム箔を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記導電性パッチは、金属シートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記導電性パッチは、導電性プラスチックを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記導電性パッチは、裏張りに取付けられた導電部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記パッチは、中央部から外方に達するスプラインを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記プローブおよび前記導電性パッチは、接着剤を介して互いに係合していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記導電性スクリーンの反対側に取付けられる第2の導電性パッチをさらに含み、各導電性パッチは導電部を含み、各導電性パッチの導電部は互いに対して背中合わせに設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の導電性パッチは、前記導電性パッチと電気的に接触していることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の導電性パッチは、前記導電性スクリーンの間隙を介して前記導電性パッチに接着によって接続されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記導電性スクリーンの反対側に取付けられた前記第2のパッチは、絶縁体であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記導電性スクリーンの反対側にある絶縁スペーサをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記高電圧は、前記導電性パッチから放射状に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記導電性パッチは、楕円形であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
