Claims (15)
- 表示領域の内部に、複数の画素領域及び非画素領域を具備した基板と、
前記複数の画素領域それぞれに対応する複数の画素電極と、
前記複数の画素電極のエッジを覆うカバー部、及び前記複数の画素電極の中央部を露出させる開口を含む画素定義膜と、
前記画素定義膜の上面の少なくとも一部に対応するように配置された導電層と、
前記開口内に配置された中間層と、を含み、
前記中間層は、発光層、前記発光層の下部に配置された下部機能層、及び前記発光層の上部に配置された上部機能層を含み、
前記下部機能層の少なくとも一部は、前記導電層の上部に配置され、前記導電層の上部に配置された前記下部機能層は、前記開口内に配置された前記下部機能層と離隔されて具備され、
前記導電層の上部に配置された上部機能層の少なくとも一部と前記発光層の上部に配置された上部機能層とは連続する、有機発光表示装置。 - 前記下部機能層はホール注入層及びホール輸送層のうち、少なくとも1層を含む、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記上部機能層は、電子輸送層及び電子注入層のうち、少なくとも1層を含む、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記導電層の厚みは、前記下部機能層の厚みより厚い、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記導電層は、前記画素定義膜の開口に対応する貫通ホールを具備するメッシュ構造に具備され、
前記開口の上部幅は、前記貫通ホールの幅より広い、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記中間層上に配置された相対電極をさらに含み、
前記導電層は、前記相対電極と連結される、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記相対電極の幅は、前記中間層の幅より広い、請求項6に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記相対電極の端部は、前記導電層に向かって延びて前記導電層と接触する、請求項6に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記相対電極は、Yb/Ag:Mg/ITOで構成された、請求項6に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記導電層は、Mo、Tiのうち、少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記基板上には、前記複数の画素電極と電気的に連結された複数の薄膜トランジスタが具備された、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記表示領域に配置され、少なくとも1層の無機膜と、少なくとも1層の有機膜とを含む薄膜袋層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記導電層の端部は、前記画素定義膜の前記カバー部の上面に対して接触せずに突出した、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記導電層の端部が、前記カバー部の上面から突出した距離は、前記下部機能層の厚みに比べて厚い、請求項13に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記複数の画素電極にそれぞれ対応する複数の相対電極をさらに含み、
前記複数の相対電極は、互いに離隔されて配置されるが、前記導電層によって電気的に連結される、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
