Claims (10)
- 被焼成物が載置される載置面を有する焼成用台板から前記被焼成物を取り出す被焼成物取り出し装置であって、
ロボットアームと、
前記ロボットアームに設けられ、かつ、金属材料から形成され、かつ、前記焼成用台板を把持可能な把持部材と、
前記把持部材のうち前記焼成用台板と接触する部分に形成され、かつ、セラミック成分を含むセラミック皮膜から構成された保護部材と、を備えている、被焼成物取り出し装置。 - 前記セラミック皮膜は、セラミック溶射皮膜である、請求項1に記載の被焼成物取り出し装置。
- 前記ロボットアームは、前記把持部材を所定の軸周りに回転させることによって前記焼成用台板を少なくとも傾けるように構成され、
前記焼成用台板が傾けられる位置の下方に設けられ、前記焼成用台板に載置された前記被焼成物を回収する回収装置を備えている、請求項1または2に記載の被焼成物取り出し装置。 - 前記把持部材は、第1把持部材と、第1の方向に関して前記第1把持部材と対向する位置に設けられた第2把持部材と、を備え、
前記第1把持部材は、前記焼成用台板に接触する第1把持面と、前記第1把持面より上方に位置しかつ前記第1把持面よりも前記第2把持部材に向けて突出する第1上爪部と、前記第1把持面より下方に位置しかつ前記第1把持面よりも前記第2把持部材に向けて突出する第1下爪部と、を有し、
前記第2把持部材は、前記焼成用台板に接触する第2把持面と、前記第2把持面より上方に位置しかつ前記第2把持面よりも前記第1把持部材に向けて突出する第2上爪部と、前記第2把持面より下方に位置しかつ前記第2把持面よりも前記第1把持部材に向けて突出する第2下爪部と、を有する、請求項3に記載の被焼成物取り出し装置。 - 前記第1把持部材は、上下方向に関して少なくとも前記第1上爪部と前記第1下爪部との間に位置し、かつ、前記第1把持面から前記第2把持部材に向けて突出し、かつ、前記第1把持面に前記焼成用台板が接触するときに平面視で前記第1の方向と交差する第2の方向に関して前記焼成用台板の前記第2の方向の一方側の端部よりも前記第2の方向の一方側に位置する第1中爪部を有し、
前記第2把持部材は、上下方向に関して少なくとも前記第2上爪部と前記第2下爪部との間に位置し、かつ、前記第2把持面から前記第1把持部材に向けて突出し、かつ、前記第2把持面に前記焼成用台板が接触するときに平面視で前記第2の方向に関して前記焼成用台板の前記第2の方向の一方側の端部よりも前記第2の方向の一方側に位置する第2中爪部を有する、請求項4に記載の被焼成物取り出し装置。 - 前記第1中爪部の前記第1の方向の長さは、前記第1上爪部および前記第1下爪部の前記第1の方向の長さより長く、
前記第2中爪部の前記第1の方向の長さは、前記第2上爪部および前記第2下爪部の前記第1の方向の長さより長い、請求項5に記載の被焼成物取り出し装置。 - 前記ロボットアームは、前記把持部材が設けられたアーム部を有し、
前記アーム部の少なくとも上面には、前記保護部材が形成されている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の被焼成物取り出し装置。 - 前記焼成用台板を搬送し、かつ、前記焼成用台板の前記載置面に載置された前記被焼成物を焼成する焼成炉と、
前記焼成炉の下流側に設けられ、前記焼成炉から搬送された前記焼成用台板を搬送する搬送ラインと、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の被焼成物取り出し装置と、
前記被焼成物取り出し装置より下流側に設けられ、前記焼成用台板を回収する回収ラインと、を備え、
前記被焼成物取り出し装置は、前記搬送ラインの下流側に設けられている、焼成システム。 - 前記搬送ラインは、前記焼成用台板を搬送する第1搬送機構と、前記焼成用台板を前記第1搬送機構よりも上方に移動させる第1リフターとを備えている、請求項8に記載の焼成システム。
- 前記回収ラインは、前記焼成用台板を搬送する第2搬送機構と、前記第2搬送機構よりも上方において前記焼成用台板が載置される第2リフターと、を備え、
前記第2リフターは、下方に移動することによって、前記焼成用台板を前記第2搬送機構上に配置するように構成されている、請求項8または9に記載の焼成システム。
