Abstract
Description
-原動機付車両の前方の周辺区域を検出する周辺区域センサ装置によって、原動機付車両の事故の蓋然性を表す事故蓋然性量が判定され、
-事故蓋然性量の評価を参照して、事故蓋然性が所定の閾値を上回っていることが確認されたケースについて、原動機付車両の運転者非依存的な非常ブレーキプロセスが開始される。
-ブレーキ操作部材の操作強度が第1の閾値を上回っているとき、作動化されている間隔制御機能または速度制御機能をブレーキ操作部材の操作によって運転者により不作動化可能であり、
-単軌道の原動機付車両に取り付けられた周辺区域センサ装置によって単軌道の原動機付車両についての衝突危険性の存在が判定され、
-衝突危険性が存在するとき、第2の閾値を上回る操作強度での運転者によるブレーキ操作部材の操作によって、操作強度に対応するブレーキ強度を運転者非依存的に増強する非常ブレーキアシスト機能が作動化され、
-第2の閾値は第1の閾値よりも低く、
-非常ブレーキアシスト機能の終了後、作動化されている間隔制御機能または速度制御機能が、非常ブレーキアシスト機能の作動化前に存在していた設定をもって運転者非依存的に続行される。
このことは、非常ブレーキアシスト機能を間隔制御機能または速度制御機能に埋め込むことを可能にする。一時的に必要な強いブレーキプロセスが、その強度を間隔制御機能または速度制御機能の枠内では具体化可能でないとき、間隔制御機能または速度制御機能の不作動化が行われることなしに、このブレーキプロセスを運転者により非常ブレーキアシストを利用したうえで実行することができる。

Claims (7)
- 単軌道の原動機付車両のための間隔制御機能または速度制御機能を実行する方法において、
ブレーキ操作部材の操作強度が第1の閾値を上回っているとき、作動化されている間隔制御機能または速度制御機能をブレーキ操作部材の操作によって運転者により不作動化可能であり(101)、
単軌道の原動機付車両に取り付けられた周辺区域センサ装置によって単軌道の原動機付車両についての衝突危険性の存在が判定され(103)、
衝突危険性が存在するとき、第2の閾値を上回る操作強度での運転者によるブレーキ操作部材の操作によって(105)、操作強度に対応するブレーキ強度を運転者非依存的に増強する非常ブレーキアシスト機能が作動化され(106)、
前記第2の閾値は前記第1の閾値よりも低く、
非常ブレーキアシスト機能の終了後、作動化されている間隔制御機能または速度制御機能が、非常ブレーキアシスト機能の作動化前に存在していた設定をもって運転者非依存的に続行される(107)、方法。 - 前記第2の閾値が前記第1の閾値よりも低い場合に、衝突危険性が存在するときにのみ、前記第2の閾値を上回る操作強度での運転者によるブレーキ操作部材の操作によって非常ブレーキアシスト機能が作動化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ブレーキ操作部材がブレーキペダル、ブレーキレバー、またはブレーキグリップであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 単軌道の原動機付車両がオートバイであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記周辺区域センサ装置がレーダセンサ装置、ビデオセンサ装置、ライダーセンサ装置、または超音波センサ装置であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ブレーキ強度がブレーキ力、ブレーキトルク、またはブレーキ圧であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法を実施するために構成された手段を含んでいる装置。
