Claims (15)
- ヒートシンクを備えたバッテリーモジュールと、
前記バッテリーモジュールが置かれる上面部及び前記バッテリーモジュールのヒートシンクに冷却水を供給または排出するためのクーラントチャンネルが形成されている下面部を有するフロアパネルと、前記フロアパネルの下に層状で配置されるベースプレートと、を備えるパックハウジングと、
各々が前記クーラントチャンネルと選択的に連通し、前記フロアパネルの上面部に結合可能に設けられ、前記フロアパネルの右サイドラインに沿って配置される冷却水供給パイプと、前記フロアパネルの左サイドラインに沿って配置される冷却水排出パイプと、
を含み、
前記クーラントチャンネルは、その下端が前記ベースプレートに固定結合したことを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記クーラントチャンネルは、
四角管状で前記右サイドラインから前記左サイドラインまで延びるように設けられ、前記四角管状のクーラントチャンネルの下端と前記ベースプレートとが摩擦撹拌溶接されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記フロアパネルが、
前記フロアパネルの下面部に前記クーラントチャンネルの厚さだけ突出して形成された支持部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記支持部材は、縦断面が逆になった「T」字形態で前記右サイドラインから前記左サイドラインまで延びるように設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ヒートシンクが、前記バッテリーモジュールの底面を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記クーラントチャンネルは、
いずれか一つの前記バッテリーモジュールに冷却水を流入させるための第1クーラントチャンネルと、いずれか一つの前記バッテリーモジュールから冷却水を流出させるための第2クーラントチャンネルと、を含み、
前記第1クーラントチャンネル及び前記第2クーラントチャンネルを一対として複数個が備えられ、前記パックハウジングの前後方向に沿って一定のパターン間隔で配列されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 一対をなす前記第1クーラントチャンネルと前記第2クーラントチャンネルとの間隔が、前記バッテリーモジュールの幅以内であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記フロアパネルの中央領域に前記第1クーラントチャンネル一つ当たり二つずつの注入ポートと、前記第2クーラントチャンネル一つ当たり二つずつの排出ポートが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールが、二つずつ互いに対向して配置され、
対向して配置された二つの前記バッテリーモジュールは、前記二つの注入ポートのいずれか一つから各々冷却水が供給され、前記二つの排出ポートのいずれか一つから各々冷却水が排出されるように設けられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記パックハウジングが各々前記フロアパネルと垂直に結合し、
前面壁体を形成する前フレーム、後面壁体を形成する後フレーム、右側面壁体を形成する右側フレーム、及び左側面壁体を形成する左側フレームをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記右側フレームが、前記冷却水供給パイプを覆う第1パイプ保護膜を備え、
前記左側フレームが、前記冷却水排出パイプを覆う第2パイプ保護膜を備えることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1パイプ保護膜は、前記冷却水供給パイプの上部に配置される第1水平板と、前記第1水平板の一端から下方へ折り曲げられて延び、端部エッジが前記フロアパネルに溶接された第1垂直板と、を備え、
前記第2パイプ保護膜は、前記冷却水排出パイプの上部に配置される第2水平板と、前記第2水平板の一端から下方へ折り曲げられて延び、端部エッジが前記フロアパネルに溶接された第2垂直板と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、少なくとも一側が前記第1水平板または前記第2水平板にボルト締結されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記フロアパネル、前記前フレーム、前記後フレーム、前記右側フレーム、及び前記左側フレームが各々、アルミニウム押出構造物であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含むことを特徴とする、自動車。
