- 複数のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記バッテリーモジュールが載置される載置プレート、前記載置プレートの長手方向の一側に備えられる前方フレーム、及び前記載置プレートの長手方向の他側に備えられる後方フレームを含むトレイと、
前記トレイの幅方向の両側部を覆う一対のサイドカバーと、
前記前方フレーム及び後方フレームと平行であり、隣接したバッテリーモジュール同士の間に介在される少なくとも一つのモジュール隔壁と、
一端部が前記モジュール隔壁に締結され、他端部は前記後方フレームに締結されるBEMブラケット、及び前記BEMブラケット上に載置されるBEMを含むBEMアセンブリと、
を含み、
前記BEMブラケットは、
バッテリーパックの幅方向に沿って互いに離隔して配置される一対の第1ブラケットと、
前記一対の第1ブラケット同士の間に配置される一対のサブブラケット、及び前記一対のサブブラケット同士を連結する複数の連結ブラケットを含む第2ブラケットと、
を含み、
前記BEMは、前記一対のサブブラケット及び複数の連結ブラケットによって形成される載置面上に載置される、
バッテリーパック。 - 前記複数のバッテリーモジュールは、
前記前方フレーム、前記後方フレーム、前記一対のサイドカバー、及び前記モジュール隔壁によって区画される複数の収容空間内にそれぞれ収容される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記BEMブラケットは、
前記後方フレームとそれに隣接した前記モジュール隔壁との間に形成される収容空間内に配置される前記バッテリーモジュールの上部に位置する、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記後方フレームは、内側壁から前記トレイの内側に向かって延びた支持リブを備え、
前記BEMブラケットの他端部は、前記支持リブに締結される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記モジュール隔壁の上面には、複数の隔壁溝が形成され、
前記BEMブラケットの一端部は、前記隔壁溝の底面に締結される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記BEMは、長手方向の両端部のそれぞれが前記一対の第1ブラケットと締結される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数のバッテリーモジュールのそれぞれは、
少なくとも一側に形成される固定部を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記複数のバッテリーモジュールのそれぞれは、
前記固定部を通じて前記一対のサイドカバーのうちの少なくともいずれか一つに固定される、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記複数のバッテリーモジュールのそれぞれは、前記バッテリーモジュールの内部で発生したガスを排出する開口を有する排出ポートを備え、
前記一対のサイドカバーのそれぞれは、前記サイドカバーの長手方向に延びる管状のガス排出部と、前記ガス排出部の一部分が開口して形成され且つ前記排出ポートのそれぞれと1対1で連結される複数の入口と、を備え、
前記トレイは、前記一対のサイドカバーのそれぞれの前記ガス排出部によって移送される前記ガスを外部に排出する排出口を備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ含む、自動車。
