Abstract
Description
隔離板の調製:(1)パッケージ層におけるパッケージ用物質PPを分散剤であるNMP(N-メチルピロリドン)に均一に分散して、濃度が45wt%であるパッケージ層懸濁液を得た。(2)接着剤塗布機で、厚さが20μmである中間層PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)薄膜の二つの表面の周囲エッジに厚さが40μmであるパッケージ層PPを調製し、パッケージ層PPの幅が5mmであり、中間層PETの軟化開始温度が270℃であり、パッケージ層PPの軟化開始温度が150℃であり、パッケージ層の厚さの圧縮率が70%であった。(3)130℃でパッケージ層懸濁液における分散剤であるNMPを乾燥して、隔離板の調製を完了した。パッケージ時間、パッケージ圧力、パッケージ温度などのパラメータを調節して各実施例のパッケージ層の厚さの圧縮率を調節し、具体的に、表1を参照する。
電極組立体の組み立て:パンチング成形(Scouring-pit forming)された厚さが90μmである包装フィルム(アルミプラスチックフィルム)を組立治具に置き、ピットの凹面を上に向けて、調製例4で得られた電極組立体Aをピット内に置き、隔離板を電極組立体Aの上に置き、隔離板の一側が電極組立体Aのセパレータに接し、外力を印加して押し固めた。上記のように組み立てられた半製品を別の組立治具内に置き、調製例4で得られた電極組立体Bを隔離板の上に置き、隔離板の他側が電極組立体Bのセパレータに接し、その後、パンチング成形された別の厚さが90μmであるアルミプラスチックフィルムは、凹面を下に向けて電極組立体Bの上に覆い、ホットプレスで二つのアルミプラスチックフィルムを隔離板と一緒にヒートシールし、電極組立体Aと電極組立体Bとを隔離板で隔離させて、組み立てられた電極組立体を得た。当該組み立てられた電極組立体は、二つの独立したキャビティを有し、電極組立体Aが第1キャビティに対応し、電極組立体Bが第2キャビティに対応した。
電極組立体の注液とパッケージ:調製例3で得られた電解液をそれぞれ上記した組み立てられた電極組立体の二つのキャビティに注入した後、パッケージして、二つの電極組立体のタブを筐体に引き出し、電極組立体Aの正極タブと電極組立体Bの負極タブとを溶接し、二つの電極組立体を直列接続して、電気伝導を実現した。
Claims (16)
- イオン絶縁性を有する電気化学装置用隔離板であって、
中間層とパッケージ層とを含み、
前記パッケージ層は前記中間層の上下の二つの表面に位置し、前記パッケージ層の軟化開始温度は前記中間層の軟化開始温度より少なくとも10℃低い、電気化学装置用隔離板。 - 前記中間層の材料は炭素材料、第1高分子材料及び金属材料から選ばれる少なくとも一種を含み、前記パッケージ層の材料は第2高分子材料を含む、請求項1に記載の隔離板。
- 前記中間層の面積に占めるパッケージ層の面積は30%~100%である、請求項1に記載の隔離板。
- 前記中間層の二つの表面の周囲エッジにパッケージ層を有する、請求項1に記載の隔離板。
- 前記中間層の少なくとも一つの表面にパッケージ層を有する、請求項1に記載の隔離板。
- 前記中間層は積層されている第1構造層と第2構造層とを含み、前記第1構造層と前記第2構造層における二つの背離する表面の周囲エッジにパッケージ層を有する、請求項1に記載の隔離板。
- 前記中間層は第1構造層と前記第1構造層の両側に位置する第2構造層及び第3構造層とを含み、前記第2構造層及び前記第3構造層の少なくとも一つの表面にパッケージ層を有する、請求項1に記載の隔離板。
- 前記炭素材料は、カーボンフェルト、カーボンフィルム、カーボンブラック、アセチレンブラック、フラーレン、導電性グラファイトフィルム及びグラフェンフィルムから選ばれる少なくとも一種を含み、
前記第1高分子材料は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレングリコールナフタレート、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリアミドイミド、ポリカーボネート、環状ポリオレフィン、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリメチレンナフタレン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリプロピレンカーボネート、ポリ(フッ化ビニリデン-ヘキサフルオロプロピレン)、ポリ(フッ化ビニリデン-co-クロロトリフルオロエチレン)、シリコン、ビニロン、ポリプロピレン、酸無水物変性ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、エチレン及びその共重合体、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン、ポリエーテルニトリル、ポリウレタン、ポリフェニレンエーテル、ポリエステル、ポリスルホン、非晶性ポリアルファオレフィン、及びこれらの誘導体から選ばれる少なくとも一種を含み、
前記金属材料は、Ni、Ti、Ag、Au、Pt、Fe、Co、Cr、W、Mo、Pb、In、Zn、Al、Cu及びステンレス鋼から選ばれる少なくとも一種を含み、
前記第2高分子材料は、ポリプロピレン、酸無水物変性ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、エチレン及びその共重合体、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン、ポリエーテルニトリル、ポリウレタン、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、非晶性ポリアルファオレフィン、及びこれらの誘導体から選ばれる少なくとも一種を含む、請求項2に記載の隔離板。 - 前記隔離板は、
(a)前記隔離板の厚さが2μm~500μmであること;
(b)前記中間層材料の軟化開始温度が130℃を超えること;
(c)前記パッケージ層材料の軟化開始温度が120℃~240℃であること、
から選ばれる少なくとも一つの特徴を備える、請求項1に記載の隔離板。 - 前記隔離板は、
(a)前記隔離板の厚さが5μm~50μmであること;
(b)前記中間層材料の軟化開始温度が150℃を超えること;
(c)前記パッケージ層材料の軟化開始温度が130℃~170℃であること、
から選ばれる少なくとも一つの特徴を備える、請求項1に記載の隔離板。 - 少なくとも一つの請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の隔離板、少なくとも二つの電極組立体、電解液及び筐体を含む電気化学装置であって、
前記電極組立体は密封された独立のキャビティ内にある、電気化学装置。 - 前記電極組立体の最外層にセパレータが含まれ、前記セパレータは前記隔離板に隣接する、請求項11に記載の電気化学装置。
- 少なくとも一つの前記電極組立体の最外層にセパレータが含まれ、前記セパレータは前記隔離板に隣接し、少なくとも一つの前記電極組立体の最外層に集電体が含まれ、前記集電体は前記隔離板の他側に隣接する、請求項11に記載の電気化学装置。
- 前記電極組立体の最外層に集電体が含まれ、前記集電体は前記隔離板に隣接して、前記隔離板の両側にある電極組立体の集電体は反対の極性を有し、前記隔離板はNi、Ti、Ag、Au、Pt、Fe、Co、Cr、W、Mo、Pb、In、Zn及びステンレス鋼からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種である、請求項11に記載の電気化学装置。
- 前記隔離板は電子絶縁性を有し、前記電極組立体の最外層に集電体が含まれ、前記集電体は前記隔離板に隣接する、請求項13に記載の電気化学装置。
- 請求項11~15のいずれか1項に記載の電気化学装置を含む、電子装置。
