Claims (12)
- トルクおよび/または力伝達マシンパーツ間での取り付けに適した実質的に平行なカバー表面(2)を備える平坦な測定素子レセプタクル(1)と、少なくとも一つの圧電測定素子(10,20)と、を備える測定システムであつて、
前記圧電測定素子(10,20)は、前記測定素子レセプタクル(1)の貫通開口部(3)に配置されるものにおいて、
前記少なくとも一つの圧電測定素子(10,20)は前記貫通開口部(3)に所定の遊びをもって機械的に固定されることを特徴とする測定システム。 - 前記少なくとも一つの圧電測定素子(10,20)は、その周面(11)に、前記貫通開口部(3)の周壁(4)上の対応の構造において、前記カバー表面(2)に平行および/または前記カバー表面(2)に垂直な少なくとも1つの空間方向において遊びをもって係合する構造を有している請求項1の測定システム。
- 前記少なくとも一つの圧電測定素子(10,20)の周面(11)に少なくとも一つのバネ部材(6)を受け入れる環状溝(13)が形成され、ここで、前記バネ部材(6)は、前記貫通開口部(3)の周壁(4)の環状溝(5)に係入する請求項1又は2の測定システム。
- 前記バネ部材(6)は、片側が開放された環状バネとして構成されている請求項3に記載の測定システム。
- 前記少なくとも一つの圧電測定素子(10,20)上に、前記貫通開口部(3)の環状溝(5)に係合する周部ウェブ(14)が形成され、ここで、前記環状溝(5)は、一方においては、ベース部(7)によって、他方においては、当該ベース部(7)に挿入可能な前記測定素子レセプタクル(1)のカバー(8)によって、画定されている請求項1又は2の測定システム。
- 前記少なくとも一つの圧電測定素子(10,20)は、前記測定素子レセプタクル(1)の面平行な前記カバー表面(2)に対して垂直な方向から見て、貫通開口部(15)を備える円形に閉じられている或いは円形環状構成である請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の測定システム。
- 前記測定素子レセプタクル(1)の少なくとも一つの前記貫通開口部(3)は、長穴(23)として構成されている請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の測定システム。
- 複数の圧電測定素子(10,20)が、環状測定素子レセプタクル(1)において、好ましくは、周方向で等間隔で配置されている請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の測定システム。
- 複数の圧電測定素子(10,20)が、力測定プレートの所定位置に配置されている請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の測定システム。
- 前記測定素子レセプタクル(1)は、ベース部(7)と当該ベース部(7)に挿入可能なカバー(8)とを含み、ここで、前記圧電測定素子(10,20)の電気接触用の凹部(9)が、前記個々の圧電測定素子(10,20)の位置から始まって前記ベース部(7)に形成されている請求項8又は9の測定システム。
- 前記測定素子レセプタクル(1)は、スチール、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金又はプラスチックから成る請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載の測定システム。
- 平行な力導入境界表面(12)と周部表面(11)とを備え、前記力導入境界表面(12)間に配置された圧電測定素子ディスク(19)を有する圧電測定素子(10,20)であって、前記圧電測定素子(10,20)の前記周部表面(11)が、前記圧電測定素子(10,20)が測定素子レセプタクル(1)に遊びを持って機械的に固定可能な構造を有することを特徴とする測定素子。
