Abstract
Description
(L1)H化合物および塩基を一次溶媒中で反応させて、一次溶媒中に中間アニオン性L1化合物を含む反応混合物を作製することと、
中間アニオン性L1化合物およびL2MX3錯体を反応させて、L1L2MX2錯体(式中、L1およびL2は、独立してシクロペンタジエニル型(Cp型)配位子であり、Mはジルコニウムまたはハフニウムであり、各Xはハライドである)を作製することとを含み、中間アニオン性L1化合物は前記反応混合物から単離されていない。
Claims (13)
- 金属-配位子錯体を作製する方法であって、
(L1)H化合物および塩基を一次溶媒中で反応させて、前記一次溶媒中に中間アニオン性L1化合物を含む反応混合物を作製することと、
前記中間アニオン性L1化合物およびL2MX3錯体を反応させて、L1L2MX2錯体(式中、L1およびL2は、独立してシクロペンタジエニル型(Cp型)配位子であり、Mはジルコニウムまたはハフニウムであり、各Xはハライドである)を作製することとを含み、前記中間アニオン性L1化合物は、前記反応混合物から単離されていない方法。 - 前記L1L2MX2錯体をアルキル化剤と反応させてL1L2MR2錯体を作製することを含み、前記L1L2MX2錯体は前記反応混合物から単離されておらず、各Rはヒドロカルビル置換基である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記一次溶媒が、エーテル、ポリエーテル、チオエーテル、および炭化水素から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記一次溶媒が、ジメトキシエタン、トルエン、エーテル、テトラヒドロフラン、およびそれらの任意の2つ以上の組み合わせから選択される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 各XがClである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記アルキル化剤がハロゲン化アルキルマグネシウムである、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記塩基が、ブチルリチウム、1-メチルプロピルリチウム、2-メチルプロピルリチウム、および1,1-ジメチルエチルリチウムから選択される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- L1およびL2の各々が、独立して置換シクロペンタジエニルまたは置換インデニルである、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- L1およびL2が異なる、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 各Rが、独立してC1~C20アルキルまたはベンジルである、請求項2~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記(L1)H化合物および前記塩基を前記反応させて前記中間アニオン性L1化合物を作製すること、ならびに前記中間アニオン性L1化合物および前記L2MX3錯体を前記反応させて前記L1L2MX2錯体を作製することが、反応容器から前記中間アニオン性L1化合物を除去することなく同じ反応容器内で行われる、請求項2~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記(L1)H化合物および前記塩基を前記反応させて前記中間アニオン性L1化合物を作製すること、ならびに前記中間アニオン性L1化合物および前記L2MX3錯体を前記反応させて前記L1L2MX2錯体を作製すること、ならびに前記L1L2MX2錯体および前記アルキル化剤を前記反応させて前記L1L2MR2錯体を作製することが、前記反応容器から前記中間アニオン性L1化合物および前記L1L2MX2錯体を除去することなく前記同じ反応容器内で行われる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記(L1)H化合物および前記塩基を前記反応させること、前記中間アニオン性L1化合物および前記L2MX3錯体を前記反応させること、ならびにL1L2MX2錯体を前記アルキル化剤と前記反応させることが、前記一次溶媒中で行われる、請求項2~12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
