Claims (23)
- 可撓性シースと、
前記可撓性シース内で軸方向に移動するように構成された操作ワイヤと、
前記操作ワイヤの遠位端に接続された第1処置部材と、
前記第1処置部材の遠位端に接続された第2処置部材と、
前記第2処置部材を覆うように構成された保護部材と、を備え、
第1処置モードのとき、前記第2処置部材が前記保護部材の遠位端から突出し、
第2処置モードのとき、前記第1処置部材が前記可撓性シースの前記遠位端から突出し、かつ前記保護部材は前記第2処置部材を覆う、処置装置。 - 前記操作ワイヤの軸方向の動きに応じて前記第1処置モードと前記第2処置モードとの間で切り替わるように構成される、請求項1に記載の処置装置。
- 前記処置装置が準備モードにあるとき、前記第1処置部材は前記可撓性シース内に配置され、前記第2処置部材は、前記保護部材および前記可撓性シースによって実質的に覆われる、請求項1に記載の処置装置。
- 前記保護部材の近位端は、前記可撓性シースの遠位端に圧入されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の処置装置。
- 前記保護部材の近位端に接続され、前記保護部材が前記第2処置部材を覆うように前記保護部材を遠位方向に付勢するように構成された付勢部材をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の処置装置。
- 前記付勢部材の遠位端は前記保護部材の前記近位端に接続され、前記付勢部材の近位端は前記第1および第2処置部材の少なくとも一方に接続される、請求項5に記載の処置装置。
- 前記付勢部材がばねである、請求項6に記載の処置装置。
- 前記第1処置モードでは、前記保護部材の前記近位端が前記可撓性シースの遠位端に圧入され、前記ばねが圧縮され、
前記第2処置モードでは、前記保護部材が前記可撓性シースから取り外され、前記ばねは圧縮されない、請求項7に記載の処置装置。 - 前記第1処置部材がスネアである、請求項1に記載の処置装置。
- 前記第2処置部材がナイフである、請求項1に記載の処置装置。
- 前記第1処置装置は、組織を切断可能に構成されており、
前記第2処置装置は、流体を排出可能および/または組織を切断可能に構成される、請求項1に記載の処置装置。 - 前記第1処置装置は、スネア、先端が絶縁されたナイフ、またはESTナイフであり、
前記第2処置装置は、断熱ナイフまたは注射針である、請求項11に記載の処置装置。 - 前記第2処置モードのとき、前記保護部材は、前記第2処置部材の遠位部を覆う、請求項1に記載の処置装置。
- 前記第2処置モードのとき、前記第2処置部材の側面は、前記保護部材によって効果的に完全に覆われる、請求項13に記載の処置装置。
- 前記第2処置モードのとき、前記第2処置部材の遠位端面は、前記保護部材によって覆われる、請求項14に記載の処置装置。
- 前記保護部材は、前記保護部材の遠位端に遠位突出部を備え、前記遠位突出部の外径は、軸方向において、前記遠位突出部の中間領域から前記遠位突出部の近位端および遠位端のそれぞれに向かって縮径する、請求項1に記載の処置装置。
- 可撓性シースと、
前記可撓性シース内で軸方向に移動可能に構成された操作ワイヤと、
前記操作ワイヤの遠位端に接続されたスネアと、
前記スネアの遠位端に接続されたナイフと、
前記ナイフを覆うように構成された保護部材と、
前記保護部材の近位端に接続された遠位端と、前記スネアおよび前記ナイフの少なくとも一方に接続された近位端と、を有し、前記保護部材が前記ナイフを覆うように前記保護部材を遠位方向に付勢可能に構成されたばねと、を備え、
第1処置モードのとき、前記ナイフは前記保護部材の遠位端から突出し、
第2処置モードのとき、前記スネアは前記可撓性シースの前記遠位端から突出し、前記保護部材が前記ナイフを覆う、処置装置。 - 前記第1処置モードでは、前記保護部材の前記近位端が前記可撓性シースの前記遠位端に圧入され、かつ前記ばねが圧縮され、
前記第2処置モードでは、前記保護部材が前記可撓性シースから取り外され、前記ばねは圧縮されない、請求項17に記載の処置装置。 - 前記スネアの遠位端と前記ナイフの近位端との間の接合部を覆う接続チューブをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の処置装置。
- 前記ナイフと前記接続チューブとの間に配置された円筒形のスペーサーをさらに含む、請求項19に記載の処置装置。
- 前記保護部材は、
前記処置装置の長手方向に延びる長細管部と、
前記長細管部の少なくとも一部の外周部の周りに配置された弾性部材と、を備え、
前記弾性部材は、前記保護部材が前記可撓性シースの前記遠位端に圧入されたときに前記可撓性シースの内面に接触可能に構成される、請求項4に記載の処置装置。 - 前記可撓性シースの遠位部の外周部の周りに配置され、前記保護部材が前記可撓性シースの前記遠位端に圧入されたときに前記シースの前記遠位部の径方向の拡張を制御可能に構成された金属部材をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の処置装置。
- 前記可撓性シースの遠位部の外周部の周りに配置され、前記保護部材が前記可撓性シースの前記遠位端に圧入されたときに前記シースの前記遠位部の径方向の拡張を制御可能に構成された金属部材さらに含む、請求項21に記載の処置装置。
