Abstract
Description

医療撮像技術(例えば、内視鏡等の検鏡アセンブリ)が、医療または外科手術手技中の対象または患者の内部解剖学的または生理学的特徴の画像またはビデオデータを捕捉するために使用され得る。捕捉される画像またはビデオデータは、医療従事者(例えば、外科医、医療オペレータ、技師等)に患者または対象内の内部構造またはプロセスの可視化を提供するために、処理および操作され得る。
本開示は、従来の医療撮像システムの少なくとも前述の欠点に対処する。一側面では、本開示は、1つ以上の医療撮像技術(例えば、検鏡アセンブリ)と適合性のある光学アダプタを提供する。ある場合、光学アダプタは、染料の使用の必要性を伴わずに、標的部位の追加または複数の特徴の可視化を可能にし得る。

ある側面では、本開示は、本開示の方法、例えば、医療撮像のための本主題の方法のうちのいずれかを実装するようにプログラムまたは別様に構成されたコンピュータシステムを提供する。図11は、医療撮像のための方法を実装するようにプログラムまたは別様に構成されたコンピュータシステム1701を示す。コンピュータシステム1701は、例えば、(i)白色光をコヒーレントレーザ光と組み合わせ、組み合わせられた光ビームを発生させるように照明源に指示し、(ii)組み合わせられた光ビームを検鏡アセンブリの検鏡に提供するように照明源に指示し、(iii)組み合わせられた光ビームによる照明時に対象の標的部位によって反射または放出される光信号の少なくとも一部を受け取るように光学アダプタの画像センサに指示するように構成され得る。コンピュータシステム1701は、ユーザの電子デバイスまたは電子デバイスに対して遠隔で位置するコンピュータシステムであり得る。電子デバイスは、モバイル電子デバイスであり得る。
Claims (53)
- 光学アダプタであって、前記光学アダプタは、
(1)検鏡に解放可能に結合するように構成された第1の端部と、(2)カメラに解放可能に結合するように構成された第2の端部とを備えている筐体と、
前記筐体内の画像センサと、
前記筐体内に配置された光学系アセンブリと
を備え、
前記光学系アセンブリは、(i)対象の身体内の標的部位から反射され、前記検鏡を通して伝送される光信号を受け取り、(ii)前記光信号の第1の部分を前記画像センサまたは前記カメラのうちの一方の上に反射しながら、前記光信号の第2の部分が前記画像センサまたは前記カメラのうちの他方に至るまで通過することを可能にするように構成されている、光学アダプタ。 - 前記画像センサは、前記筐体に解放可能に結合されている、請求項1に記載の光学アダプタ。
- 前記画像センサは、前記光信号の第1の部分から撮像データの第1の組を発生させるように構成され、前記カメラは、前記光信号の第2の部分から撮像データの第2の組を発生させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の光学アダプタ。
- 前記撮像データの第1の組は、レーザスペックルパターンを備え、前記撮像データの第2の組は、写真またはビデオ画像を備えている、請求項2に記載の光学アダプタ。
- 前記画像センサは、レーザスペックル撮像のために使用される、請求項1に記載の光学アダプタ。
- 前記光学系アセンブリは、ビームスプリッタを備えている、請求項1に記載の光学アダプタ。

- 前記光学系アセンブリは、ショートパスダイクロイックミラーを備えている、請求項8に記載の光学アダプタ。
- 前記光学系アセンブリは、前記光信号の前記第1の部分を前記カメラ上に反射しながら、前記光信号の前記第2の部分が前記画像センサに至るまで通過することを可能するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の光学アダプタ。
- 前記光学系アセンブリは、ロングパスダイクロイックミラーを備えている、請求項10に記載の光学アダプタ。
- 前記光信号の前記第1の部分は、前記標的部位が前記検鏡を介して伝送されるコヒーレントレーザ光を用いて照明されるときに発生させられる後方散乱光を備えている、請求項1に記載の光学アダプタ。
- 前記コヒーレントレーザ光は、実質的に単一の波長を有する単一のレーザ源から提供される、請求項12に記載の光学アダプタ。
- 前記コヒーレントレーザ光は、複数の異なる波長を有する複数のレーザ源から提供される、請求項12に記載の光学アダプタ。
- 前記光信号の前記第2の部分は、前記標的部位が前記検鏡を介して伝送される白色光を用いて照明されるときに発生させられる反射光を備えている、請求項1に記載の光学アダプタ。
- 前記単一の波長は、不可視スペクトル内に位置している、請求項13に記載の光学アダプタ。
