Description

インダクタコイルを支持部材から除去するステップと、を含む方法が提供される。
Claims (15)
- エアロゾル供給デバイスインダクタコイルを形成する方法であって、
複数のワイヤストランドを備えるリッツワイヤを用意するステップであり、前記複数のワイヤストランドの各々が、接合可能なコーティングを備える、ステップと、
支持部材上に前記リッツワイヤからインダクタコイルを形成するステップであり、前記インダクタコイルが既定の形状を有する、ステップと、
前記インダクタコイルが前記既定の形状を実質的に保持するように、前記接合可能なコーティングを活性化するステップと、
前記インダクタコイルを前記支持部材から除去するステップと、を含む方法。 - インダクタコイルを形成する前記ステップが、前記リッツワイヤを前記支持部材の周りに巻き付け、以て、らせん形インダクタコイルを形成することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記既定の形状が、前記インダクタコイルの1つ又は複数の端部に、前記インダクタコイルを電力源に接続するための接続部分を含み、前記方法が、
前記接続部分をある期間にわたってはんだに浸漬するステップを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記期間が、約2秒~約6秒である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記はんだが、約400℃~約500℃の温度を有する、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 前記接合可能なコーティングを活性化する前記ステップが、前記接合可能なコーティングを加熱することを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接合可能なコーティングを活性化した後に前記インダクタコイルを冷却するステップを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記既定の形状が、2つの接続部分を備え、それらの両方が、実質的に同じ平面内にあり、前記形成するステップが、前記接続部分のうちの少なくとも一方を、それが前記平面内にあるように曲げることを含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記曲げることが、約90度曲げることを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記リッツワイヤを巻き付けるステップが、前記リッツワイヤを前記支持部材の周りに約5~9回巻き付けることを含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記リッツワイヤが、撚り方向を有し、前記形成するステップが、前記リッツワイヤを前記撚り方向と同じ方向に巻き付けることを含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接合可能なコーティングが、エナメルを含む、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 複数のワイヤストランドを備えるリッツワイヤから形成されるエアロゾル供給デバイス誘導コイルであって、前記ワイヤストランドの各々が、接合可能なコーティングを有し、前記接合可能なコーティングは、前記エアロゾル供給デバイス誘導コイルが、支持部材がなくても独自の形状を実質的に保持するように活性化されている、エアロゾル供給デバイス誘導コイル。
- 前記誘導コイルが、一方の端部に接続部分を有し、前記接続部分が、前記リッツワイヤの実質的にすべての前記ワイヤストランドと電気接触状態にあるはんだで被覆される、請求項13に記載のエアロゾル供給デバイス誘導コイル。
- 請求項13又は14に記載のエアロゾル供給デバイスと、
エアロゾル生成材料を備える物品と
を具備する、エアロゾル供給システム。
